They absolutely lack customer service. Did not feel welcomed nor did they bother to help. The lady looked irritated as if she did not feel like working. Yeah I'll definitely be taking my money somewhere else. It was uncomfortable just to even order a smoothie.

High protein, tastes great! I'm a breastfeeding mom and felt very good about this meal. So healthy and didn't even have to sacrifice flavor. These ladies know what they're doing. It was also very clean and a nice calming environment. Great family place or great for post workout treats that feel good. I got the tree hugger and the chicken pesto sandwich. Ate the sandwich too fast for a picture though.

So glad to have found this spot! They are clean, cute interior, and location wise, it is right by a breakfast place. They fresh juices, smoothies, breakfast and deli sandwiches, acai and pitaya bowls, salads and wraps! We ordered the Purple Haze and the Green Party Juice and they were both refreshing! Excellent service and great quality ingredients. While visiting Glendale during a 114 degree Saturday afternoon (a break from the prior 118 degree days before), we stumble upon this gem. Phoenix Phresh has a diverse menu selection and great options. We were pleasantly surprised with the Purple Haze juices we ordered! We will definitely be back often!

Stopped in around 2pm on a Friday. There was one other table. The ambience was just fine. There's gentle music in the background, the place was clean and inviting. I ordered at the counter. A very polite young lady helped and answered some of my questions regarding the protein powder. They offer a whey protein and a Pea protein I opted for the Bob Marley smoothie and added Chia seeds. The smoothie was very good and tasty. I particularly liked peanut butter in my açai bowl so I thought this would be a great smoothie and I was not disappointed. To the previous commenter who compared it to Nekktar, I would agree with that stance and I'm glad this is in my neighborhood. They also provide delivery service through a third-party vendor.

Phoenix Phresh is a small fast/casual health and calorie focused eatery in Glendale. They offer breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, salads, bowls, acaia & pitaya, smoothies, and juices. You order and pay at the counter. Someone runs out your food when it's ready. I tried the mixed berry salad. I thought it was a good sized salad. I was surprised that it's made with lunch meat that contains sodium phosphate but then again it's a big salad with lots of natural fresh fruits and only cost $10.99. It's a good salad for the price. My husband tried the el diablo bowl (brown rice, black beans, spicy chicken (lunch meat), pepper jack cheese, jalapeno, eggs, chipotle sauce. This actually tasted good but was at least half the size of my salad. My husband said that he would need to order two bowls next time. This is a very good stop for if you are calorie counting. All the calories and nutrition are available for you. The place seemed very clean and the people working there were efficient and friendly. Three stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK

Very relaxing atmosphere on a very clean restaurant. I ordered the acai smoothie and it was very fresh and the fruit tasted wonderful no complaints. I also got the sourdough tuna which came on toasted sourdough bread with homemade tuna with lots of veggies and this was a real treat. I say that because the tuna fish really tasted great and you can taste the vegetables on top of it which give it an extra great flavor. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a healthy alternative to the fast food stuff that's out there.

Phoenix Phresh is a good place to stop in for a quick bite, though it's a bit lacking in organization. I stopped in for an Acai bowl and found the young man at the counter to be very pleasant. When I presented my Yelp 10% off digital coupon, he was unsure how to process it, so he asked another employee for help. The second employee was also unfamiliar and needed to call (perhaps an owner) on the phone for help. When they ended their phone call, I was told they "don't do those anymore", but they'd extend the discount one time. While the business has every right not to offer coupons, how is a Customer to know they don't accept "live" coupons with no expiration date? I recommend the management take ownership of the issue and inactivate coupons / discounts they no longer wish to extend. As for the Acai bowl, while it was a little light on granola, it was tasty and refreshing.

First time and last time going there I ordered two wraps and a bowl spent almost 50 bucks with a 3 dollar tip! The wraps are so small and not worth it! You're better off going to subway! When you leave the gym your hungry and it's not worth what you pay for what you get! I'm sure this place won't last! Service is great though! This is in the same lot that I grab my meal plans from and my friend Mo H. had some great things to say about it. I ordered a Caesar wrap and a large Bob Marley bowl. The wait wasn't long and the girls at the front were super friendly. The Caesar wrap had fresh hot chicken along with plenty of romaine and crunchy croutons. It was seriously so refreshing and a great lunch. The Bob Marley bowl is açaí and pitaya topped with granola, bananas, strawberry and honey. It was the most delectable refreshing treat! It was a straight dessert for me and so good! I'm already craving another. My only wish is they opened earlier and stayed open later! Lol I'll definitely be trying their breakfast in the very near future along with another Bob Marley bowl ;)

My husband and I wanted to grab a bite passed by Phoenix Phresh, We ordered southwest wrap it was amazing delicious. Then we ordered Coffee crunch smoothie and Açaí bowl we loved it. it is a great place to grab a quick bite and their customer service is excellent, Playing reggae music made me stay even longer at Phoenix Phresh . Overall the place is spotless clean. I definitely recommend it. read more

Love this place! Great fresh sandwiches, delicious açaí bowls. Love that you can get three different sizes of açaí bowls instead of the typical large for like $11. Tried the Bob Marley bowl, so fresh and good! We also tried the Phoenix and Glendale club-soft bread, Boars Head meat and good sized portions. And the prices can't be beat! Wish we had more healthy (but still tasty) options like this around town! read more

This place is so yummy! They have awesome smoothies that they actually use fresh fruit for (unlike most popular protein smoothie joints). Their wraps are really good and come toasted automatically. I've had the Mediterranean and Caesar wrap, bother we're great. The coffee crunch protein smoothie is really good. Best part is, it's family owned and operated!! read more

Great all natural juicing!!! Perfect when I don't have time to juice at home! Tucked in a little strip mall by a Safeway store and a couple of other restaurants phoenix pfresh lives up to its name. The food is made fresh so it may take a minute. my husband had the Caesar wrap with chicken (made with canned chicken) And I had the make your own wrap. Both were heated on a grill, but did not warm the inside ingredients. Smoothies were made fresh and very good. A definite place for a light lunch. Will have to come back and try their breakfast! read more

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The best acai bowls we can find anywhere!! SO fresh and literally delicious - my mouth is watering just thinking about one right now. Their sandwiches are also really good and there's honestly nothing I've ever ordered that I haven't liked. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I saw a few people post on social media about this place and decided to try it for lunch today. I had the southwest wrap for lunch and it was really tasty and it was HUGE! It's been a few hours and I'm still full. I also had a couple bites of my acai bowl and it was phenomenal (I had to take the rest home, to full). They are a good place to grab a healthier bite. The inside is clean. But they almost never make my orders correctly. There's not much consistency if you order the same thing twice. They constantly forget ingredients, especially if you modify an item. They also are very slow, so I usually order for pick up. Finding out when I get back to work that my order is not right, how frustrating. read more

I always go for Açaí bowls although they have a lot of different food items, smoothies, and juices on their menu. They have different options with açaí and pitaya and a variety of fruit and you can order them in different sizes which is great. Every time I have gone service has been great and I get my order fast. Everything is visible where they prepare your food and it has always been very clean and presentable! I love this place and I never go anywhere else when I'm craving açaí!! read more

First time trying Phoenix Phresh today. I got the El Diablo wrap and I must say that I am impressed. Food was excellent and the environment felt as if I was eating right at home. This place seems like the perfect mom and pop place for the healthy-conscious person. This new cafe opened up by our work. Got a little excited on their menu. Tried it today for the first time, and we will definitely go back. Had the Hawaiian açaí aloha in a pineapple, and it was delicious. Friend had a turkey sandwich and said it was great. We can't wait to try other items on the menu since they all look intriguing. Super clean and fabulous food here everyone! I would highly recommend their wraps! Especially the Southwest one is fabulous. I have been waiting for a place like this for a long time. It is in the Safeway shopping center directly across from the doughnut shop at 59th Ave and Thunderbird. I literally could eat here everyday. For what most spend on a sugar syrup drink from a popular coffee house, you could eat fabulously healthy organic food. I had a Acai smoothie that was awesome! The people that work there and own and operate are very kind and friendly. You have to try this place, I am a frequent flyer here for sure. I do not like eating out much and I am very picky. I’m passionate about providing healthy, flavorful meals that nourish both body and mind. I opened Phoenix Phresh in April 2018 in Glendale to share my love for wholesome, Phresh food. I walk in to an empty store and go to the pick up counter. I make eye contact with a girl in the back and smile but she just stares at me cold. I see her talk to another girl and she just stares at me too and they keep talking. A third girl appears and does the same until she walks out after 3 minutes. I also saw my order and two others just sitting on the counter, not in the fridge where they usually keep pick-up orders to keep cool. She looks at me and walks AWAY from me to the counter and continues to work on other orders and says, "Hii!?!" Loudly and rudely, while not even looking at me. Not a welcome, not a how are you, not a how can I help you. I said I'm here to pick up my order and she grabs it and just thunks it, rudely on the table with no bag. I ask for a bag nicely and she puts it on the counter and walks off to continue what she was doing. No thank you or have a good day. She barely acknowledged me and all of the girls were just blatantly staring at me through the window. Nobody looks or sounds friendly and I'm treated like a nuisance. Never coming back to this location and don't want to go to Nekter again. I usually don't write reviews but after so many bad experiences with them, I think it's time. $13.50 after a tip is overpriced for a bowl and attitude on the side anyways. Good riddance. P.s.
