$12 for this with no meat? That's a no for me. I get that everything is more expensive nowadays, but the quality just doesn't justify the price. After seeing other reviews, it's clear this is a common issue. Definitely not worth a high-end price tag.

    Pho or Indian curry soup?

This was the first time I'd seen pho with the flavor of Indian curry. When the dish was served, I could only stare at it.

The service was good but the food overall wasn't anything special. Portions should be much bigger and they don't even have chili oil! The tofu was soggy and had no flavor. Soda was watered down, definitely skip this place if you love Pho like me.

I am a huge fan of soup in general, and I pass here alllll the time. I decided to swing in today and get some take out. They had a super easy order system and it was ready in under 10 minutes. I ordered the Pho Soup, with double rich beef broth, and the Pho Yum beef combination. It wasn't cheap at $18, but it came with so much and so much flavor. The broth was packaged separately from the add ins, so I just heated that up right before I plated everything. There was so much meat, noodles, veggies. On the side was also a bag of bean sprouts, jalapeño and Thai basil. It also came with lime, hoisin and sriracha. I added a lot more lime and sriracha from my home too. I love that you can make it your own, and I like adding more and more sriracha while I eat. I will defintely get this again! It even came with a cute disposable soup spoon. I will add - I do not recommend the banh mi. I found it to be under filled and over priced. It had no substance to it. Over all, I will keep coming back for my pho!

My first time here, service was so fast, portions were perfect and the food!!! To die for, the lady bringing the food out was so sweet and it was adorable to watch her greet people by first name. Such a cute little place to go for pho

The best Pho anywhere. We sample Pho wherever we go and are always pleasantly surprised that Pho Yum surpasses them all.

Food was below par and small portions. We wanted Pho on a rainy day driving home from NY and this was on route and near the highway.

Portions are microscopic. Meat are barely there. Not cool. I paid for it. Where is it? Just avoid it. Scammers.

There's a parking lot and some gorgeous decor inside. The restrooms are sparkling clean. The service is top-notch and the staff is happy to answer any questions about allergies. And the food... yummy. My party of 6 enjoyed pork, duck, and beef. We passed each others plates in a circle and sampled everything. I was a big fan of the salmon at Van's and almost went with that at Saigon but was convinced to try something different so I went with the pork. I'm not usually a pork fan but I've had Vietnamese pork before and enjoyed it. The pork here was perfection. There are so many dining options in Clifton park but if you have the opportunity to check out Saigon Spring, you absolutely should

I enjoyed my usual small bowl of Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup ($8.00) with tender dumplings, egg noodles, scallions, cilantro, and crispy shallots in a flavorful broth. Best ever. Upon my recommendation, we both ordered the Shaking Beef, or Bò Lúc Lắc, ($25.) which is a delicious Vietnamese dish of marbled cubes of beef tossed in all the good stuff: soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, a little sugar, butter, garlic, and black pepper. Everything is shaken around in the wok to get a nice all-around sear, hence the name...Shaking Beef! We enjoyed it with Brown Rice instead of Jasmine. Kudos: The cubed filet mignon was cooked perfectly; it was tender and pink in middle. Outstanding! Two reactions: --I did not like the lime dipping sauce because it was very salty (grains of Sea Salt intact)served in a small dish that was on the plate, so next time I will order another type of sauce. However, the beef was flavorful without it. --There were too many sliced red onions and not enough spring onions. Our two orders to go (Pho with Filet and Chicken Wings) were ready when we finished lunch. Grandsons were delighted! Service was efficient and courteous as usual.

Not bad pho, not great ambiance…read more Came here on a whim. Missus wanted some soup so we went to this place as our date night trek. It's close to a sporting complex, in the same plaza as a larger brewery. Not the easiest to spot, will need the gps to assist. The inside is sparse in decoration but the staff was very friendly. We got the spring rolls, the fried wonton, a pho and a bahn mi. Food came out quick, we took pics then dug in. The wontons had a good pork and scallion filling. They didn't need sauce to taste good, which is a good sign. The spring rolls were okay, crispy but oily and the dipping sauce was weak. The pho was good, meat was tender, noodles were okay, and soup base was chicken broth with spices. The bahn mi was pretty good as well. Pickled veggies were very sweet, the ham was tender enough and the mayo butter was heavy handed. The bread was crusty but soft, not what I consider to be proper bahn mi bread, but good enough. Price was about 45 for the two apps and entrees, which is about average for that style of meal. It's not anything to write home about. I would recommend ordering to go mainly because the dining space is right underneath a wrestling ring and the floor shakes when someone gets body slammed below. But it's good enough pho for that area

I ordered Rare Steak Pho (packed to mix at home), the Van Special Fried Rice, a Steak Banh Mi, fried egg rolls and Natural Rice Wrapper Vegetable and Vermicelli Rolls with Spicy Peanut Sauce Dip. I shared all of this with my family at home. We were very impressed with Pho Van's food. The Pho Broth was awesome, especially considering I assembled the pho a few hours later for dinner. Pho Van is definitely in play as a top Pho spot in CT. We ate the rest of the food 30 minutes later for lunch. The fried rice, with a substantial mix of sausage, shrimp, beef, pork etc., was up there with CT's best fried rice too. Full of stuff and flavor. The Banh Mi and Rolls were also very good. The inside was more functional than nice, but it's definitely fine to eat there. Service was good. I'll definitely return for a dine in experience. 4.5 Stars

I ordered the Pho Tibet Special,,, it was such a icy cold day this hot soup brought me back to life it was sooooo good! SO GOOD! If we went on food alone this would be 10/10 but I am so disappointed with the service!! Like? There was only one other table dinning when I went with my group of three, I am assuming they probably have a lot of online orders and that is why it took so long for the food to come but it was not just the food! The staff themself took so long to come take our order and did not even look in our direction that I had assumed I had to go up to the counter to order (which you don't they come to your table), and when we did order they forgot our summer rolls, they forgot to bring us water, and forgot to bring us silverware... come on... I don't want to be a hater! Eventually we got the summer rolls and silverware but I never got water? they brought water for the rest of my table though lol. Okay well you know the staff was young so they are probably still learning, I am gonna give three stars... and the food was good I would be willing to try again,,, but this place is probably better as takeout then dining in... it is unfortunate because it is a nice space, I like how open it is.
