Always so good and fresh. The Alaskan roll is my favorite. Price is fair. It's always ready on time with good customer service.

Party Box #1 dish. They let you select the eight types of rolls.

This place is a hidden gem. From the outside Oishi is very unassuming. Inside the food is amazing. The two things that surprised me were the quality and quantity of food. This is the 3rd week in a row my wife and I have gone out for sushi and Oishi blew the other two places away. We ordered the party box #1 and Salmon lover dishes. We have decided the next time we go for sushi we will drive an hour north to go back here.

This is my new favorite place. While I prefer take out - they do have a small dining room. The sushi is made fresh. There is a ton of Vegetarian options (even mango sushDelivery and/or pick up is always fast and the service is friendly. Also during the pandemic they took severe precautions and I appreciated that.

Shrimp, Steak, noodles, vegetables, dipping sauce. Hibachi Combo Lunch

I ordered the Hibachi combo lunch. Shrimp and Steak accompanied by noodles and vegetables. The food came out quite quickly and it was delicious. Not to mention that the prices are great and the food portion is also great. Definitely recommend this place.

California roll, spicy shrimp roll (x2), spicy crab roll, cucumber roll, sweet potato & avocado roll, super volcano roll, and Tokyo roll.

Love this place! It's a great addition to the area and I love that it's a close place to get reasonably priced sushi. I've ordered the party box twice now. Usually I go to an unlimited sushi place when in the mood for sushi but that ends up usually costing us around $65 for two people. From Oishi we've been ordering the party box #2 for $40. The amount of sushi we get with the party box is more than the amount of sushi we'd eat at unlimited and costs less, so it's a great deal. The party box #2 could easily feed 2-4 people depending on how much sushi you can eat. Each roll comes with 6 pieces. In the party box pictured we got the California roll, spicy shrimp roll (x2), spicy crab roll, cucumber roll, sweet potato & avocado roll, super volcano roll, and Tokyo roll (my favorite). I've ordered online both times and the orders have been ready in 15-20 minutes. All in all 5 stars and I have no complaints!

Everything was delicious!! Crab Rangoon was the best I have had. Just enough crab meat and sweet but not too sweet! Ginger dressing was a little thicker and lighter than other places it was delightful! The sushi we had was a Phili roll, tuna and Eel avocado, so fresh and perfectly portioned with each ingredient! DELICIOUS! Also got the shrimp Yakisoba noodles, so good although it could have had more shrimp!! Real Green tea was good and we didn't have any room for dessert so maybe next time!! I will definitely be back! Small inside, but nice, very clean and you can get it to go as well if you didn't want to stay! Debbie was very nice server! All the staff was pleasant! We enjoyed it! Give them a try!!

When we got they're it was late and the place was empty. But the waitress was so full of energy and polite super inviting and it was a nice ice breaker. The chef sent us a table app on the house and it was really good. Grilled salmon with eel and spicy mayo. Super devious. Then our orders came and they were beautiful and delicious. Wasabi was super spicy and amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter and my grand daughter (her niece) had a great lunch here. The staff was very kind and sweet with the little one!

Had dinner here yesterday. My second visit. I loved this restaurant so much the first time, I brought a friend from NYC who was visiting. As always the staff is friendly, efficient and speedy. The food!!!! Fabulous! My friend commented that if he knew we had such great sushi in Scotia, he would have come here sooner! Oishi is excellent!!!!!

Very friendly staff and always top notch sushi. My only complaint is the price going up more than 25% in the last year.

Decent food, great service, and reasonable prices. I order from here about once a month. Best sushi in Scotia, NY!

I was in the mood for sushi and a place that delivered. I came across Oishi while going through Yelp. It came quick and was rather tasty.

I enjoyed my usual small bowl of Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup ($8.00) with tender dumplings, egg noodles, scallions, cilantro, and crispy shallots in a flavorful broth. Best ever. Upon my recommendation, we both ordered the Shaking Beef, or Bò Lúc Lắc, ($25.) which is a delicious Vietnamese dish of marbled cubes of beef tossed in all the good stuff: soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, a little sugar, butter, garlic, and black pepper. Everything is shaken around in the wok to get a nice all-around sear, hence the name...Shaking Beef! We enjoyed it with Brown Rice instead of Jasmine. Kudos: The cubed filet mignon was cooked perfectly; it was tender and pink in middle. Outstanding! Two reactions: --I did not like the lime dipping sauce because it was very salty (grains of Sea Salt intact)served in a small dish that was on the plate, so next time I will order another type of sauce. However, the beef was flavorful without it. --There were too many sliced red onions and not enough spring onions. Our two orders to go (Pho with Filet and Chicken Wings) were ready when we finished lunch. Grandsons were delighted! Service was efficient and courteous as usual.

I'll admit to having kind of written it off for a long time due to the weird menu/concept (it's hard to trust that a restaurant is going to serve you a burger, some empanadas and a plate of pad Thai and execute any or all of them competently), but the good people at Fusion are serving food that's truly, honestly about three times better than it needs to be (caveat: we've stuck to the more Asian sections of the menu, so I won't make any bold claims about the burgers). The Chinese portion of our family unit said that my drunken noodles reminded him of the stuff that a street vendor sold outside of his middle school, which like, IYKYK (if you don't know, this is about the highest praise a plate of noodles can get). I'm not normally a major pad Thai enthusiast, but the version here was well-balanced and flavorful, not just kind of sweet and gloppy like a lot of local versions, and the broth for the chicken noodle soup is also truly random-SE Asian-street-cart level flavorful. If that wasn't enough to sell you on this place, the draft Sapporo is five bucks. In conclusion: please come here support these nice folks so they can continue to make above-par food for many years to come.

I will admit at first I was a little nervous, the restaurant only had a total of four menus so we had to share, and we were told the bartender hadn't showed up that day. Nonetheless, I immediately got a good vibe from the guy working there. The menu had a Colombian section, a burger section and an Asian section. We all stuck with Asian dishes. It quickly became clear that the guy taking our order was the only one working. He got to work making the meals for six people. While he was cooking away, another large group of at least seven people arrived and sat themselves. You'd never know there was one guy doing everything all alone because the food was beautifully presented, all dishes were served together and man was it delicious! Everyone was very happy with their meals and we all got a variety of dishes. This is clearly a small business and definitely worth checking out. The one guy there was working so hard, but was so friendly and still attentive, despite manning the place alone. I will definitely be back to try out more

The beauty of it is that you can try a little bit of everything. For the hot pot there are an unheard of 5 different broths available. The atmosphere is welcoming, they have a hibachi grill "Ting Ting Flip" room for parties, a sushi bar, and a nice dining area. It's all a great use of space for a restaurant that isn't necessarily huge, but also does not feel cramped. There's mild background music playing, so you never feel awkward between chats. And the lighting is just right, without being too dim or annoyingly bright. I started with Crab Rangoons and a California Roll. The rangoons were crispy and delicious. The California roll was fresh and hit the spot. But the Basil Chicken really blew me away tonight. It came with a mushroom broth soup which was yummy and a simple Japanese salad with a delicious sesame dressing ~ perfect for that umami craving. The main course Basil Chicken was packed with vegetables, perfectly cooked chicken, and although it was mild, had a nice kick to it. On display mushrooms, red and green peppers, onion, eggplant, broccoli, and asparagus. Really a full serving of all the good vegetables you need!
