    Drunken Noodles - really good!
    Kylie M.

My friends and I chose Fusion for a late Monday dinner, it was one of very few places with hours after 9PM on a Monday and we arrived shortly after 8. I will admit at first I was a little nervous, the restaurant only had a total of four menus so we had to share, and we were told the bartender hadn't showed up that day. Nonetheless, I immediately got a good vibe from the guy working there. The menu had a Colombian section, a burger section and an Asian section. We all stuck with Asian dishes. It quickly became clear that the guy taking our order was the only one working. He got to work making the meals for six people. While he was cooking away, another large group of at least seven people arrived and sat themselves. You'd never know there was one guy doing everything all alone because the food was beautifully presented, all dishes were served together and man was it delicious! Everyone was very happy with their meals and we all got a variety of dishes. This is clearly a small business and definitely worth checking out. The one guy there was working so hard, but was so friendly and still attentive, despite manning the place alone. I will definitely be back to try out more

This seemed like it was going to be the hidden gem we'd yet to find based on other reviews. After getting some food delivered from this place, either we must have ordered the least good things on the menu or people just aren't into flavor. Overall, it was edible. It didn't taste bad. It just didn't taste like much. The textures of most things were subpar but not off-putting - just wrong. I can't say I'd ever want to eat their stuff again and I wouldn't be happy about it if someone wanted something from there with me involved but I wouldn't be scared of getting something I couldn't eat. 2.5/5 stars. The orange chicken was orange in color, I guess, but absolutely zero orange flavor...and not much other flavor either. It was also super soggy. There wasn't an abundance of overly wet sauce. The batter was just mush though. The vegetarian Szechuan Ma Po Tofu was absolutely not silken tofu. It was cubes of fried(?) tofu with broccoli and some sort of sauce in less quantity than expected with that dish. It had a hint of flavor but I couldn't tell you exactly what. It was absolutely not what was expected. I really wanted to love the Salchipapa. It was OK, I guess. The chicken and hot dogs were flavorless. The cheese and sauce were basically the entire flavor of the dish. The fries were under salted but that would have been OK had the other stuff tasted like something interesting. The Szechuan beef was tasty enough in that it actually tasted like something but only hinting at spicy in a way that was unusual for Szechuan food. The beef was so over done that I, the well done steak lover, actually enjoyed it. So, win for me. Others, probably not so much. But they did provide a decent amount of beef which I appreciated. The fried rice? Clumpy and similarly lacking in flavor to most other things even though it was super dark in color. The weirdest interpretation of fried rice I've ever had. Not in a good or interesting way. A few pork egg rolls for over $10? Inflation, I get it. They were just standard egg rolls as far as I could tell, like from any other place that sells egg rolls. Absolutely the best thing from there that we ordered. But, that's not saying we got a great deal. That's saying it's wild how expensive, average egg rolls were the winner out of everything. Tell me where I went wrong ordering and how awesome something else is and I might try it again. If that's the case, they need to drop the stuff we ordered and stick to only things that are actually appealing to eat.

There are some pros and cons with this fusion restaurant especially if you have looked them up online. I walked in thinking this was an Asian fusion restaurant and ended up at a restaurant with Which had a Asian menu and a Colombian menu. The menus are one pagers but the Colombian menu had no descriptions and made it hard to order. Overall the good was a solid 4, the service was friendly and quick. The place has a character and looks more Colombian than Asian. The restaurant was buzzing, with a good crowd that were singing to the Spanish music while they waited for their order. The place was decorated with balloons in the colors that represent the Colombian flag. Overall a good experience.

There's a parking lot and some gorgeous decor inside. The restrooms are sparkling clean. The service is top-notch and the staff is happy to answer any questions about allergies. And the food... yummy. My party of 6 enjoyed pork, duck, and beef. We passed each others plates in a circle and sampled everything. I was a big fan of the salmon at Van's and almost went with that at Saigon but was convinced to try something different so I went with the pork. I'm not usually a pork fan but I've had Vietnamese pork before and enjoyed it. The pork here was perfection. I enjoyed my usual small bowl of Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup ($8.00) with tender dumplings, egg noodles, scallions, cilantro, and crispy shallots in a flavorful broth. Best ever. Upon my recommendation, we both ordered the Shaking Beef, or Bò Lúc Lắc, ($25.) which is a delicious Vietnamese dish of marbled cubes of beef tossed in all the good stuff: soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, a little sugar, butter, garlic, and black pepper. Everything is shaken around in the wok to get a nice all-around sear, hence the name...Shaking Beef! We enjoyed it with Brown Rice instead of Jasmine. Kudos: The cubed filet mignon was cooked perfectly; it was tender and pink in middle. Outstanding! Two reactions: --I did not like the lime dipping sauce because it was very salty (grains of Sea Salt intact)served in a small dish that was on the plate, so next time I will order another type of sauce. However, the beef was flavorful without it. --There were too many sliced red onions and not enough spring onions. Our two orders to go (Pho with Filet and Chicken Wings) were ready when we finished lunch. Grandsons were delighted! Service was efficient and courteous as usual.

I came on a very blustery Saturday night and it was quiet inside, and freezing. It was about 55° in the dining area and our server couldn't care less. Everyone was bundled up at their table. Honestly, we should have left. The server was very slow to welcome us at the table and take our drink orders, but when they arrived, they were great. The cocktails were large and strong, I loved my dirty martinis and the aviation. Excellent drinks. The appetizer round fell flat and felt so overpriced. The French onion soup was what I was most excited about, however it was not soup. It was soggy bread covered with cheese. I don't know what happened, but the crouton added to this must have been the size of the whole bowl. There was no soup. It was a good flavor but, not what I wanted or expected. The calamari looked like it could have came from any hotel restaurant, pass. The lobster fries, which I saw online, were sad with a tiny portion of over cooked lobster, they weren't even served with a sauce. On to the entrees, we ordered the clam sauce (fish special), a build your own burger, and the duck gnocchi. My sister enjoyed her clams, and the burger looked great. I ordered the duck gnocchi and I was just shocked at the tiny dish. It was not as described on the menu, it was 4 slices of duck, 10 fried gnocchi, spinach and few mushroom floating in an overly salty brown butter. I ate the duck off the dish and told the server that this was not what I thought I was ordering. If it tasted delicious I would of course look past other things, but it was inedible. There was nothing to balance from the heavy butter and salt on the dish. I am really sad to write this review. I can't even say it was an off night, because the owner was there. I don't know if I would ever return here, but the cocktails were amazing.

The server was nice but tables are very small and dishes are presented on large plates. I had to pull up a chair to out my cheese plate on and she never asked if she could do anything to make it easier despite their being empty tables nearby us. Food wise the dips and cheese plate were yummy and presented well with chips and all the yummies. I also had the French onion which was good but the broth was a tad over reduced making it super sweet. Tried 2 of the tiki bevs on the menu one was a special the Saturn and the other the Mai tai. Both presented nicely with garnish the Saturn had a bit too much passion fruit bit all in all ok for New York tiki. Would I go back next time in town. Maybe but they should work on accommodating guests a bit more

That server went out of her way to make the experience meaningful. The food is also alright. I liked everything I ordered as far as taste, no real complaints there. I just wish that the food that was supposed to be hot was served hot and some of the meat was really fatty and sinewy. I loved that I got to order endless green tea and they had mini crème brûlée for dessert which I thought was a total win! They are super tiny so if you order the maximum of two that you are allowed then it is almost the size of one anywhere else. If you are a big eater then I think this is a really good deal for the price. If you're not then you could feel it's a bit pricey. Overall I would recommend trying it!
