Drove by this place a few times, glad it came to mind for dinner. Very clean. Idk how new they are or if not they are very clean. Lady helping made us feel a little rushed. But food came out fast and good flavoring to it. I got "fried rice" but it was just yellow.....wasn't spicy at all for the general tso CS9. Good flavoring. Chicken pho was good as well. The food was decent- comparable to the other places in town. The vegetables were fresh and everything was cooked well. The service was also ok. The servers didn't seem like they wanted to be there and weren't overly polite, but they took our order, brought us food and refilled our drinks without prompting. Prices were comparable as well. All three of the Vietnamese places are about the same distance from our house, so I don't think I would choose this one over the others in most cases, but, if I lived in the Creekside area, I would just go to this one. Do I ordered the chicken stir fry and specifically asked if it was in the brown sauce. I normally expect the sauce over the dish and this was on the side and more like soup than sauce. The chicken has a good flavor. The celery is wilty and the onions are cut too large. Restaurant was empty when I went around 5:30pm for a to go order. I used their provided app to order food. I tried to call first, would have rather talked with a human. Their number listed online was not available. We decided to go ahead with the ordering app. I ordered, paid, and added a 20%tip. As soon as I hit order my card was declined by my bank. I received a text from Chase saying they think it was a fraudulent charge. I typed yes, good charge. I went back to the app and reordered the food and I received a notification from my bank their was the charge and I received a notification and order number for the paid for order and time it would be ready I drove to the restaurant which had maybe 8 customers eating. They told me they don't have my order. They said something was down, I don't remember what. I said I have emails and texts showing the order and it was paid. He told me I would have to order there now and pay cash. We went back and forth that I had proof of the order and payment. He refused to honor it and wanted cash. So I did not want to make a huge scene and left. I notified my card company that it was now indeed a fraudulent charge. Having said that they had to cancel that card. We are in town for a few days. Thankfully we have one other credit card to use for our meals and travel. Because of their problem I now have card payment info that I will have to change for all of my utilities, Amazon, you know. Your daily life bills you pay and then change the reoccurring charges that are set for automatic. They could have honored my proof of an under $50 food order with a 20% tip and I would not be making this negative review and all the hassle that still lies ahead of changing a lot of payment settings for running my life. read more

We ordered our drinks and dumplins. After the second time she came, she asked if we were ready, and we said no, can you give us a minute, please. She turned, didn't say anything, and just walked away with an angry face. My wife and I noticed right away. She came back with the dumplins, and I asked for the check right away. After she noticed that we were disgruntled, she changed her "tone" and started being "nice" to us. It was too late by then. I hope nobody gets to go through a situation like that.
