Well we've been going there for about 5 years. About 3 months ago we went back and took family from out of town. I had a craving for some Thai food and I remembered about this place. As you walk in you notice the place has adequate seating and you have the option to preorder to pick up for on the go orders. As you enter you're greeted warmly by one of the personnel and guided to your seat. They promptly take your drink order and then your meal order, they're pretty prompt on getting your order ready. The food was good I ordered the Drunken Noodles on a medium heat index. It was cooked just right with the right amount of spice. It was my birthday and she put one of the bouquets on my table. However, the last time that I went, and ordered my favorite, the person who prepared the dish did not deign to allow me to have the Thai Spicy as in their mind, I was incapable of enduring the heat. We come here every week for lunch and loved it. Hours state they're open till 8. We ordered online for pickup and get there at 746 to a locked door and being told they closed early. Didn't matter that we ordered and paid for our food already. No call saying they couldn't complete the order so we wasted our time driving over. An Oasis in the middle of a desert of good asian food. This is the only Thai restaurant in New Braunfels that I would recommend. We came early and had no problem getting a seat. The only down part was that the waiter was either very new or a relative of the owner. He messed up our order at least three times and the chef? or owner? had to get involved. Everyone really loved their food whether it was a Thai version of a Chinese plate or a local version of a Thai plate. I had the combination pad thai and they rocked it. Not quite top-tier, but I would eat here every day of the week with pleasure. The combination had both shrimp and chicken and both were cooked just the way it should be.
