Special Combo 36. Rice Vermicelli with Egg Rolls & Sausage Pork, Grilles Pork

I tried two entrees from pho you via Uber Eats pickup and I must say it was decent but I was disappointed. The atmosphere was great but only half of my food tasted amazing. I would say that I am particular about my pho since I've grew up on this. The pho was not great and in fact the meat they gave me did not dissolve or heat up in the soup. I don't know if this entree is served raw or what, but I know this one didn't have pictures but Uber said they would offer Uber cash for an entree picture. The other entree i ordered was rice vermicelli with pork and that was fire especially with the include egg rolls.

Note: It's now 'Pho You' I was told about this place by my son. He wanted to meet up and have us check out this place since hubby is a big Pho fan and I love the coffee and boba as well. I was happy we went because everything we ordered we enjoyed 100%. We had their sparkling strawberry drink, special appetizers with spring rolls & egg rolls, grilled beef bao buns & Pho. The beef broth was delicious and they put a good amount of meat in the Pho. The beef in buns were so flavorful along with the egg rolls. Egg rolls were probably my favorite but everyone enjoyed their meL and drinks. The service is fast and friendly and sometimes a robot machine will deliver it to your table. Its not a big place but they have seating and they get your order fresh and with a smile. I definitely recommend this place. I'll be going back to try more items on the menu.

Dropped into this restaurant while visiting Kyle, TX, and it was a decent spot for Asian cuisine. Nothing mind blowing, but pretty standard goods and decent pho. Inexpensive, large menu with good variety to accommodate all types of visitors, casual and quick service. We ordered a few appetizers (crab rangoons, steamed dumplings, pork spring rolls, chicken bao), a stir fried noodle dish with meat, and 2 bowls of pho (the special and beef meatball). Food was quick, but came out in a weird order. The stir fry dish came out first, then everything else followed. They use robots for delivery, which is cool but not perfect, so you still have a server. The boba was a total no-go, but I typically avoid ordering boba at restaurants and only get it from actual boba tea shops. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and it was super sweet and there was barely any boba, and on top of that, it wasn't good boba. Overall it was a "just-okay" lunch spot. We opted to try it since everything else in the area was chain fast food, but I don't think I'd ever revisit.

My absolute favorite pho of all time! I come here often and get the same thing every time, chicken pho, because it's so rich and flavorful and I always know I'm going to get a great quality meal. The staff is so sweet and at this point they know my order when I sit down because of how often I go, lol! Love the robots, vibes, and food. I rave about this place to everyone because it's genuinely the best pho I've ever had.

Horrible experience. We found a hair on the appetizer after we ate it. I have told the waitress. Nothing happened. They even charged us for it. It would be appropriate a sorry and we dont charge you. 0 customer service and bad experience.

Good pho starts with good broth and Pho 99 gets it. We ordered well done brisket pho and grilled pork Banh Mi sandwiches. The soup was delivered to the table by robots and a staff member followed with our sandwiches. Everything was hot and delicious. The pho was aromatic and flavorful. The sandwich was on a large baguette with a perfectly crisp crust and soft middle, a good portion of tasty grilled pork, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño and a bit of mayo. In addition to great food and the novelty of robot waiters, the atmosphere is fresh and pleasant. Great to find good Vietnamese food without dealing with traffic going into the city. We'll be regulars here!

This is a very interesting little restaurant nestled near Walmart across from the Kyle Hospital. That is to say blink and you'll miss it from the road. After arriving you're greeted by an establishment that is a cross between the over the cashier head menu experience ala Panda Express but a nicer, sit-down establishment with décor that titillates the senses with Thai abundance. Ever the champion of experience, I enjoyed my meal there. Everything has its own little place, chop stix, Pho spoons, soy sauce, etc were neatly and cleaned displayed in a box on the table. The restaurant is clean and has a few TVs, although none were on. The back wall has a gray brick façade which is soothing with shelving holding up small decorative plans on them. It actually is a warm and welcoming environment although I was the only patron dining in with 4 customers getting to go orders from 11-11:30ish. All the furniture was clean and newish, which is to say, didn't have rips or broken down as if Frank Sinatra visited there in the 50s. I ordered an unsweeted tea and it was outstanding! I was expecting the standard tea but it had a hint of hibiscus in it? Something floral that set it apart from other Asian or... Thai restaurants. Very tasty. For an app I got the fried shrimp spring rolls and I was disappointed. I was thinking spring rolls that were fried, not one shrimp, wrapped in rice paper and fried. I mean it was good as was the dipping sauce but not what I was expecting. For lunch I opted for the rare steak w/ rice noodles which was outstanding. The broth was fragrant even before I put my herbs and citrus into the bowl. It was a very delicate broth and already had a hint of herbs. The meat was overcooked for me as I like to put my own meat in, but that's the way they do it as I even asked. The bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, thai basil, japs were all fresh and I could smell their perfumes before giving them in a beef broth bath! All the flavors married well together and the only complaint I have is all the noodles were stuck together, as if it was just thrown in the bowl topped with broth. They separated with my assistance.... I took home the "stir fried chicken, shrimp, and beef with rice thick noodle" and to my surprise it was extremely good! In fact and despite my strongest inclination to not eat them, I hate half of it for dinner. The noodles were perfect and a very light soy background to the dish. The meat was cooked perfectly, something difficult when beef and shrimp are in the same dish but overall a very tasty treat! I really enjoyed my visit at Pho 99. The food is the star and it shone brightly. Everything was fresh and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you want good food I suggest you give this place a shot and see if you agree with me. I have a sneaky suspicion you'll love it too!

No idea what is in the photo cause it's not what ordered . Twice now i have ordered Korean ribs and i get something else instead. It's not like this place is crowded. It's always slow in there. What's so hard about reading and getting order correct? So aggravating cause their food is ok. But the workers are incompetent

First time here, won't be our last. Delicious lunch! So good to have a place like this in Kyle. We had the shrimp spring roll appetizers, which were the perfect combination of crunchy and fresh. For entrees, I had the tofu with thick noodles (#63) and my husband had the brisket pho. Both were incredible! They have the cute robot waiters, and also an attentive server. Very clean place, very fresh food

A casual Pho place in Kyle! When we feel like having Pho nearby we check out Pho 99. They have cute robots that deliver your food and a yummy menu. The service was sufficient...considering it was busy when we went for dinner. Their restaurant is clean but they could work on wiping down the tables better after each patron. Overall we will keep coming back.

    Spring roll with peanut sauce
    Mel M.

My wife and I were eagerly looking forward to dining at this place since we liked what we had from our last visit months ago. Well, after ordering the spring rolls as appetizers and the vermicelli bowls, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of flavors we've come to expect from this place and Vietnamese cuisine in general. The rolls were decent with a decent peanut sauce but we thought it could've benefitted from more flavorful herbs in it like mint and/or Thai basil. The vermicelli bowls were a disappointment. The noodles were more al dente than desired and the grilled pork pieces were tough and had muted flavors. The egg rolls in the bowl were good but our overall impressions weren't favorable. With the change in quality, we were left wondering if there's been a change in ownership or cooks since we last dined there. In any case, we might not be coming back. Lunch for 2 with tip came out to just under $40.

I think they're five is pretty good. I wish a more flavorful broth was offered, but they do serve a traditional pho, so no complaints there.

I got the absolute plate and i was so surprised when I opened my plate! I was not expecting it to come with Vietnamese spring rolls and grilled onions. The meat was so soft and delicious the sauce that went with it just elevated it so much more. 10/10!! A few weeks ago I had their pho and its the best pho I've ever had! The broth was amazing. I normally spice mine up with chili oil, but honestly it doesn't need anything additional added to it! The meat was soo good too this was a 2 day meal for me plus I had extra broth left over.

The pork belly pho was unimpressive as well, the egg was hard boiled not soft boiled and the meat could use charring. We also got thai basil chicken wings and clearly they use the same batter for everything as I had a piece of shrimp fried into the batter. This grossed my fiance out and he didn't eat anymore after my shrimp discovery. I still ate them and they were okay and i liked the flavor but under the fried batter the chicken skin was gooey. The only thing saving this review was the service as our waitress was very kind and attentive and the thai tea which was a decent size and not too sweet like most other places. They may have other good dishes but stay away from the chicken & pork belly pho and chicken wings.

BEST PHO SOUP IN AUSTIN!!! I've been living here for 10…read moreyears and tucked away in the back of The Village at Westlake, is a FABULOUS PHO VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT CALLED LEE'S. I had no idea it was even here and I LOVE PHO. I've been under the weather with horrible allergies and I was craving a great bowl of Pho Soup, so I finally Googled "Pho in Westlake, and Lee's came up. So I called up, ordered and drove over. The ambiance is super cute and clean. THIS SOUP BLEW MY MIND!!! This soup blew anything out of the water that I have tasted in Vietnam. Healthy and hardy portion. We started off with the spring rolls. These were the freshest Spring rolls I have ever tasted, and the sauce was incredible. Then we moved onto the 1 Beef Pho and 1 Vegetable Pho that we ordered. I put some beef in the Vegetable Pho, and it tasted phenomenal. As well, I wanted to add that I don't even like tofu, but the tofu that was in the soup was so fresh and spongy. Nothing like you've ever tasted, in a fabulous, unexpected but tasty way. THE BEEF BROTH WAS AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE!!! MY NEW GO TO PHO PLACE!!! Shout out to Brittany and your take out crew/staff........for being Extremely hospitable and inviting. ONLY SUGGESTION-I've been in marketing & sales, the restaurant industry, and the hospitality industry for over 32 YEARS. Now I'm in Corporate Real Estate. I've travelled the whole world and what I am telling you is that YOU HAVE THE BEST PHO SOUP I'VE EVER TASTED.......AND I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE EVEN THERE!!! (and I've been in Westlake for 10 years, and I drive into that parking lot, minimally 3 times a day, for one reason or another). Why is this? How come I didn't know you were there?......Besides the fact that I never googled "Pho Westlake". I'll tell you why......from my experience and expertise, it because of your signage and name. With the name "Lee's Kitchen and Cocktails", I thought you were just another Chinese restaurant, and were loyalists to Chinatown Westlake. Which leads me back to how can we fix this, and generate you more business?! I'll tell you how you do it....I like your name, but I would have your signage company make a BIG black and white, LARGE sign in Italic, that says "PHO". Then have a bowl of soup with chopsticks coming out of it. But minimally a LARGE "PHO" in writing. I'd place it to the right of LEE'S Kitchen and Cocktails. That way every one will know what you serve, when they look at your name. Then I would go on all your social media platforms and ADD "PHO" to your name. Either LEE'S PHO-Kitchen + Cocktails, or something to that effect. LEE'S Kitchen + Cocktails-PHO. Had I seen this on the wall for the last 10 years, 3 times a day, I WOULD HAVE STOPPED, COME IN, AND BEEN YOUR CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 2 PLUS YEARS. Please take my suggestion to heart and I can't wait to see your business thrive, even more than it already is. With love, Joanne and family

I came in before the dinner rush around 5:00 PM, hoping everything would be fresh and on point. I ordered the pho brisket, which is usually one of my favorites anywhere I go. Sadly, it was very bland and lacked flavor. The broth tasted watered down, and it just didn't have the rich depth I was expecting. On the positive side, the chicken wings were absolutely delicious -- easily 5 stars or more. They were flavorful, well-cooked, and definitely the highlight of the meal. I also ordered the drunken noodles afterward, and once again, the flavor was lacking. It seemed like seasoning may have been inconsistent that day. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. It really seems to depend on what you order. I may not have chosen the best items this time around, but since the wings were so good, I'm willing to give Lee's Kitchen another try in about a month to see if things improve. I'm hoping next visit changes my mind! Plenty of parking Tesla chargers close by.
