Pho Win is a win! I'm new to S.A. coming from D.C., where you can eat anything from anywhere and PHO WIN's Pho Ga is amazing! The combination of flavors and aroma (spices) make it an absolutely wonderful experience! Honestly, this soup has an aroma that makes this dish an experience you have to try! I'm still trying to wrap my head around it! Our waiter Nicko, was as friendly and helpful as servers can get (tip him big)! The owner came to our table to ask our opinion and brought samples of other dishes and soups for us to try. Food was fresh and delicious. The Thai ice tea is just right but maybe a little sweet but my daughter and hubby loved it. The lotus salad was awesome. The orange chicken was just sweet enough and very saucy so no need for extra sauce on the side. The waitress was attentive and helpful. We were very pleased to find this hidden gem. read more

Ordered here for my husband's birthday. Really spectacular curry tofu! But everything else was disappointing. There were 3 pieces of shrimp in my husband's pork and shrimp vermicelli, the tofu spring rolls were bland as all get out, and the crab Rangoon's were SUPER stale. Couldn't give this fewer stars. Just a little context, I ordered this during the Coronavirus issues, and people are supposed to practice social distancing and use protective masks when appropriate, my wife picked up the food and got home and told me no one who worked there was wearing a mask or gloves. She was greeted by cashier with no mask and the people making the food had no masks. Not gonna lie that upset me a little. My wife wore a mask coming in, your cashier couldn't even wear one? We ordered crab rangoon for an app and got two plates. The sweet and sour sauce had become jelly. It was clearly old. The crab Rangoon was stale and cold. I didn't get into the rest of the food, just called back and told her my how I was upset they didn't have protective masks on (didn't mention gloves), and my problems with the food. I asked for a refund. She told me I had to drive back and give her the food back so she knew I didn't eat it. So I did. I got there and some guy from the kitchen came stomping up grabbing the food and getting In my personal space, inspecting the food, clearly upset that I brought the food back. I told him I didn't appreciate being in my personal space with no mask, that it was irresponsible, and that the food was cold and stale and the sweet and sour had turned to gelatin. And put a mask on man! They reluctantly gave me my money back after seeing I only took one bite of crab rangoon. There's a reason no one was here. This is like my second or third yelp review ever. First time here. We were seated quickly and order taken in a timely manner. Food was moderately priced, but not very good. I had the lemon chicken. It was by far the toughest chicken I have ever had at a restaurant. I asked for a knife and still had to saw it. I had to ask two times to get my tea refilled. Broth and noodle lacked flavor. It was okay, but I have definitely had better. I love pho and was excited to try a new place out. This one had high stars so I figured it would not disappoint. Well sorry to say, I was disappointed. The broth simply was not on point. The spring roll was good, and my mom had the chicken pho. There are my nearest Asian food craving supplier and they are worth it. Best vermicelli with pork and yellow curry chicken in town. Walking into the restaurant the smell of exotic ingredients, can only entice the appetite. They also do carry out but do miscommunication I did not get my pork with shrimp vermicelli. I was sad. I tried this place for lunch not based on reviews but because it was close to work. The vermicelli bowl with eggrolls was pretty good. The portion was pretty generous & I left very stuffed. Delicious the only thing I would say I wish they had spicy broth even for there spiciest one it really was lacking a punch but with all the hot sauces I was able to make it spicier so no real big problem. Customer service was also great I really enjoyed the atmosphere all around. read more

This place is the real deal. The Chinese and Thai dishes are quite good. My kids love the sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. You can find Pad Thai that's as good or better nearby. But the real stars here are the Vietnamese dishes. Everything is great; the soups are superbly fresh and flavorful. The rice and noodle dishes are generous and well balanced. I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered Mongolian beef with fried rice what I got was beef and onion with white rice and soy sauce. Yes there was very little scrambled egg in the rice but other than that it was not even close to fried rice and the portion was small the cost was high. I was there the very first day they open and have visited there before but this is by far the poorest meal I've had from there. If you're looking for some Chinese food which they serve I suggest going someplace else. Don't waste your time or money read more

This place should be called Pho lose. Just moved to San Antonio, I was so excited to try a new Pho place and it couldn't of disappointed more. I ordered take out Pho, when I got home and opened the bag, there was blood dripping out of the box, when I opened the box they had not secured the very tiny portioned bag of raw beef, blood had completely spilled out and contaminated the noodles and the veggies. The broth was luke warm and the veggies were clearly old, on top of that the order of clearly freezer burned egg rolls I ordered tasted bland and had a similar texture to rubber. When I called to address the issue, the lady immediately argued with me, didn't even attempt to apologize let alone make it right. One of her many excuses for why the food was so poor was that we showed up late, considering I live five minutes away and the pick up time she provided was 5-10 minutes, I know that transportation was not the reason for the food not being up to standard. I work food service and highly value food safety and customer service, this place clearly doesn't. After reading other reviews, sounds like they don't even attempt to problem solve when guests have issues. Definitely won't return! read more

Fast and very friendly service! The appetizer of veggie spring rolls came out at the same time as the meal. The serving was generous as the rice paper was filled to capacity without breaking. This is a new Asian inspired restaurant that has Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese on the menu. It's a fantastic little place, with great service and excellent food. The service was fast and very courteous and the food was out of this world. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The egg rolls were homemade and very tasty. I happened upon this place due to its proximity to my hotel. It's casual dining and you seat yourself. My server Cathy recommended the eggplant lover and I'm so glad that she did. It's sautéd in a garlic sauce and it's served with a side of rice. The portions were generous and I even had enough for a to-go box. The staff were friendly and service was fast. read more

The owner here is so friendly and accommodating. I am vegetarian and love tofu so I asked if they could make sesame tofu instead of chicken. It's pretty much a hole in the wall. The area on the outside is kind of sketchy but it's really good overall. I had the egg noodle wonton soup with bbq pork and my bf had the pho tai nam. He ate all of it. The Thai tea is okay, a little milky but the coffee is strong and so so good. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommended. read more

Our first visit, I was quite impressed. Fantasic tasting Pho, affordable and super friendly staff! I ordered the Pho Ga - (chicken) and my hubby got the one with brisket.
