Walked in and looked promising as the ambiance was like any strip mall restaurant. That was until the food arrived. The appetizer of egg rolls came out and were cool to the touch. For a food item that is fried, you would expect it to come at least slightly hot. We gave it a pass, as all restaurants can make mistakes and maybe it was a one off. Our mains then came and the grilled meat and rice plates we had ordered were all very cool, like they had been sitting and were not even bothered to be warmed up in a microwave. The meat was not cooked well and truly felt like it had been sitting all day. We complained to the server and he basically said I will see about a discount and quickly asked if we need more water. That was it. I felt nauseous through the night. Do not go here...it is bad. They should have some line come in check on their quality as it does not meet restaurant standards. read more

Came into town to play golf and grabbed lunch on the way in. The food is decent and authentic. We ordered cafe sua da (Vietnamese coffee), spring rolls, Bun bo hue and Com Dac Biet - all were good. Ordered the pho special, the broth was very good and tasty. Also ordered spring rolls and egg rolls (not pictured). The spring rolls was fresh and the peanut sauce was very creamy! Although they are very much open, they will not answer their phones. I called a handful of times to no avail to place an order for pickup, so I ended up just dropping in. Just what I needed yesterday. It was so chilly and gloomy. The pho was so warming and feel good. The broth was so rich I gulped some of it down before mixing in the sauces and adding in the sides like bean sprouts, jalapeños and squeezing the lemon in. Roaches!!! We were shocked to find a roach crawling around our food and table right after it was served. It eventually dropped to the floor, and I had to step on it. We let the staff know and I sent my food back, and to their credit, they did comp one of our dishes. However, when my husband explained the issue in Vietnamese, it felt like they didn't really care or take it seriously. Roaches can happen, especially in restaurants, but what bothered us most was the lack of response or accountability after we left. That's not something we can overlook. Rather than bus the dishes away from a table, they brought out a cart that had a huge "slop bucket" where they disposed of all table waste. I couldn't help but see them clearing two tables near me. Worth the stop in if you're in the mood for some hot pho noodles. They also have good fried egg rolls. The service was also good, with indoor seating available. Credit card also okay. I ordered the Springs Rolls and Beef Pho. The Springs Roll had no flavor in the roll, this was disappointing as I love Springs roll and love to make them. The location was inside a large strip mall. There's plenty of parking so that's always a big plus. When you walk in, mask is required upon entering. You're greeted by the hostess, cashier. We were asked to look at the menu or take a picture of it. As menus were not handled out. You could order from her and from your waiter. It was taped onto of a table to side of the cashier. From there, we got a table. Mainly the booth were open and some individual table in the middle of the restaurant. Ordered the combo pho, spring rolls, combination fried rice, egg rolls and asian wings. Pho was good, price wise it was moderate. Kind of the same at others place. The spring roll was ok.
