Step through these doors and prepare yourself for some deliciousness!

We had Cajun garlic noodles, french fries and easy peel shrimp with the head off. It was all delicious, and the service was exceptional. Enjoyed it so much that we came back again!

Definitely a Hidden gem! A must try if you are visiting Palm Springs! Not only is the food amazing but the service makes your visit even better. Very kind and attentive people. Restaurant is very clean and spacious. 10/10! I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends and family here. Thank you for the delicious food and for the pleasant experience.

Dungeness and king crab drenched in that crazy sauce ‍

Honestly I have tried many seafood boil places not only in the valley but in different states. This place is definitely worth the price! The owner and staff were extremely friendly and cooked that food with their soul. The owner's crazy sauce is so good! We made our own bag and chose the medium Crazy sauce flavor which had a sweet and spicy kick to it. Don't let the price scare you, they aren't stingy with their servings and you definitely get some QUALITY AND QUANTITY! Seafood boil is expensive everywhere, but at least here ITS WORTH, trust. The place was clean, had good music, and a nice robot serving the food. The robot made sure you get your meal and had manners. This my new favorite spot!

Clams, shrimp and snow crab with sausage and potatoes and corn. House sauce at hot level

Came in here for some dinner after a search in the desert valley. Took a second to find it in the shopping center as it was a little hidden. After review of the menu and a couple pointers on what was is in and out of season I decided to build my own. I went with 1lb of peeled shrimp, 2 lbs of clams, and snow crab 1lb with sausage potatoes and corn. I did the house sauce and made it hot. Food was good especially with the clams and they definitely did not skimp on weight. Food was piping hot and flavors were really good. The only complaint I would have was the snow crab was cooked a little too long but other than that everything was solid. Service was very attentive and always filled my ice tea up without letting it get below the half way point. I would most definitely come back here again when live crawfish is season to add to the bowl!

For appetizers, our favorites were the crispy ginger green beans (so flavorful and tasty!), the hand-rolled crispy egg rolls (yum!); and the crunchy tiger shrimp spring rolls (freshy and tasty; liked these better than the poached shrimp spring rolls or mango spring rolls). For entrees, our top favorites were the (1) chicken protein bowl w/ fresh seasonal vegetables in a delicious sauce w/ a touch of chili oil and tamari soy sauce; (2) the sweet tamari glazed salmon w/ wok fried rice noodles nad peanut tamarind sauce; and (3) the pad thai trio (w/ pork, chicken & shrimp). The tiger shrimp vermicelli w/ shrimp wontons (like a crispy egg roll), was good, but not the best I've had; noodles were thicker than usual. The spicy red curry ramen w/ pork belly had a very flavorful sauce, but the coconut broth made it quite heavy. The Vietnamese crepe w/ pork & shrimp was good, but had too many bean sprouts. The Fried Chicken was good, and very generous portion, but had a lot of breading and bones. Next time would like to try the pho. They also have a happy hour, currently 5-6 pm at the bar and outdoors w/ cocktail, wine, beer and appetizer specials. Friendly service and nice ambiance. Would definitely return!

We also were introduced to the lobster popcorn (I leave the description to your imagination...because the preparation will surprise you with culinary delight!). Fellow guests had their usual preferred bowls, a vegetarian pad Thai that was worth singing about and some wonderful grilled pork and veggies. Trying to plan our next visit to this gem in the desert. Hopefully it is soon. The service, as always is the very best, whether you are a regular or first time visitor, chairs are comfortable and indoor and outdoor seating satisfies every happy customer. Good! Great! We loved it!…read more My family attends the Paribas tournament every year and we've exhausted almost all of our restaurant options in the Palm Springs area. I feel like everything is overpriced and starts to taste the same. Luckily for us, we found ourselves here. Who knew that sushi in the desert would hit the spot? First off, Otori takes resys. Secondly they have a pretty extensive menu - a lil something for everyone. Of the starters, I did really like the seaweed salad ($10.95). The version here is topped with imitation crab, radish, and daikon. It was a nice juxtaposition of textures and flavors. My mom loved the Avocado Bomb ($15.95) which is just deep fried avocado stuffed with imitation crab, spicy tuna, and cream cheese. It was just a delicious mashup of things we generally like. They have a wide selection of rolls you can choose from: fresh, baked + tempura. Honestly, everything we ordered tasted great. There are so many combinations to choose from, you're bound to find something you'd like. I found the nigiri to be pretty tasty as well. It wasn't overtly fresh, but good enough given the desert situation. Service was top notch. Highly recommend eating at Otori if you're tired of braised short ribs, salmon, and all the steak in the great Coachella Valley.

I ordered the set menu, at $40. I picked the crab stuffed snapper. (I think it was snapped, either way, omg delish!!!) it included a small wedge salad that was exceptional and dessert! The blue cheese was ample and the dressing not overpowering, as many places tend to cover the lettuce up with dressing. I wanted to try the escargot, not part of the set menu.. Escargot is one of my finicky treats. I have not had a good escargot in decades, seriously decades. The typical butter and garlic, steel snail plate, and shells were not here! YEA!!!! The escargot was served under a light pastry shell that soaked up the sauce and added to a tasty treat. I wish it had been served in a small ramekin, without the individual pockets. They serve it the way it should be offered. The pastry shell is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The serving dish aside, the dish was outstanding and EXCELLENT; I definitely recommend! This used to be a Mexican restaurant, which was a long time ago. Yet, they have created a vibe that doesn't feel like reimagining a Mexican restaurant space. Nope, it has a wonderfully calm vibe, simple and elegant water feature, dark vibe without feeling like a dark restaurant. An inviting space with booths and tables far enough apart that talking at our table didn't disturb other tables, and we didn't hear others either. I'm super sorry, but I can't recall out server's name. I want to say Alicia, but that's not it. No worry, we had three different people stop by our table and each of them was a treasure. The table was always clean and they were always nice. I tend to say hello to servers, or say "thank you" if they pour water or take a dirty plate. It was very nice that they smiled and engaged for a moment. The friendly service, not invasive or fake, makes them a team that's hard to beat. Parking is ample, both off or on street parking. Lastly, remember I said it was for my birthday? Well, after dinner they brought out a small candle lite dessert that was awesome. And, they began quietly singing a happy birthday tune. But, this restaurant instills a wonderful and open vibe, a comfortable space. They began singing a quiet happy birthday, but the entire restaurant began singing it too! Omgoodness!!! That unprompted joy can only happen in good places. Six stars please.

I've seen places that supposedly offered it but I get there, it's a whole different concept of it. Well, I may have found one that's worth it. Plus a lot of places do close early on Tuesday's and Wednesday. Also not open those days as they tend to be more mellows. Anyway, we found this place last minute. It's part of a strip mall with a few other Mexican restaurants surrounding it. Once inside, there's a bar to the left right by the door when you walk in. Restaurant is to the right where the main seating area is. There's also a back area but it was utilize for a private party that night. At first we were kind of iffy as there was barely anyone there but since we were here already it was a go. The waitress was quite friendly and very sweet. Throughout the while dining experience, they constantly checked up on us to see how the food was and if we needed anything else. Made sure we were taken cared of and enjoyed our experience. Then comes the menu, quite a lot of dishes that you would typically get at a Mexican restaurant and some that seem to be new. The birria ramen which lately have been seeing at loads of Mexican restaurant. Of course as it was Tuesday, we came for the tacos. Before you walked in, there's a board that says tacos Tuesday, 4 tacos for 10.00. Thats a deal that's worth it. Either chicken, al pastor, chorizo and buche. Of course that was needed. We wasn't quite sure what buche was so opted out from that. Started off with a cold beer as they have draft and price was quite nice. 2 order of the tacos, one with 2 chicken and 2 al pastor while the other was 2 al pastor, 1 chorizo and 1 chicken. When the dish came out, it was well plated. You usually see just the tacos alone but it was plated with slices of cucumber, radish, grilled onions and grilled chili peppers. Quite nice. And of course I had to try their birra ramen. Seems lately that Mexicans restaurant are incorporating that dish to their menu. I'm also on the hunt for the best...lol... This dish too was quite tasty. Pretty decent bowl full of broth and loads of meat. Served with a side of onions and cilantro and lime slices. The color was nice. Had a dish a while back where the color of the broth was pretty light and watery. This place was nice. The tacos were very tasty both the chicken and al pastor which also had slices of pineapple added. Chicken was flavorful and chorizo was goods. Onions and cilantro also added but asked beforehand if we wanted them. Beforehand, three different salsa was brought out, spicy medium and mild. Wow, both the spicy (red) and medium (green) were delicious. The right amount of spicy and perfect for the tacos. Food was delicious both the ramen and tacos. It's with the 10.00 for the four tacos and birria ramen was tasty and delicious. Worth it. Glad that we found this place. And the staff, all very sweet and very friendly. Attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of. Didn't have room for dessert but will definitely be back. We got seated at one of the booth which literally looked a lot to the men's restroom. It was fine but not a thing you want to see while eating.
