Went in today and the old lady refused service to my family. Two other times before she was extremely rude by telling my son to shut up and shhhhh. But as a parent kids are kids. My son likes to express mmm because soup is good. My son on both occasions was not loud and he was well behaved. I'd give this place a -1 star. But one star is good enough. Anyone with kids ‼BEWARE, ‼I recommend go somewhere else. Chopsticks Vietnamese kitchen or MPM Pho is the place to go for PHO. Not this place. read more

SO amazing, very quick service while only being a few workers, amazing hot food! Would 100% recommend!

Food was fine - no air conditioning made the experience miserable. I do not recommend if you are not willing to eat soup in a 85 degree building :( read more

As expected for a restaurant for tourists 1. They serve whatever 2. Overpriced I asked for rare steaks on the side and they don't do it. Ok fine. The Pho is actually alright. I had worse in Phx once. The broth has beef scent. There are about 4 beef balls, 4-5 tendons. I ordered the special one. They charged extra because we paid with credit card? What? Is this one of those restaurant that prefer cash because eventually they won't report income tax? read more

PLS READ! BEFORE YOU GO HERE IN THEIR PLACE (2700 S Woodlands Village Blvd Unit 360 Flagstaff, AZ 86001 United States) The young waitress was hardworking but, I still have a COMPLAIN for her because of the bill. She JUST put the bill in our table like in 8mins WHILE we're STARTING to eat. While we're eating .. Suddenly, my partner was SICK/ "nausea " because of the meatballs in their Pho V soup that they gave us. And she doesn't feel to eat anymore because of WHAT SHE TASTED It's ROTTEN and tasted Sour! And we asked for REFUND for that VIETNAMESE PHO NOODLE SOUP. When I was paying for my other order, I just saw that THEY STILL DONT REMOVE the Pho in my bills. THEN, I explained again everything to the LADY! The LADY owner/manager is RUDE to me while I was talking. The LADY DOESNT WANT ME TO REFUND my Pho V Soup order. I just told her that I want to refund it because Our soup order with the "Meatballs" is ROTTEN. The Meatballs is really disgusting and we don't even finished it. I wait longer and talk to them AGAIN nicely to remove that Pho V Soup in my Bills. Finally, they accepted it and they just remove it! (Their Spring Rolls is salty!) (Their V Pho soup with meatballs is Rotten) (Their Pork Chop is too Thin) #TOO EXPENSIVE!! Unlike the other Pho Restaurants In Flagstaff! read more

Broth is actually really good. I had the special combo pho and there was quite a lot of beef given. Not my usual special combo pho. It had less variety of meats. Though their broth is good so I'll give that to them!! Viet Coffee- yum! More on the bitter side Their prices are pretty high but I could imagine their rent for the space and ingredients is really high. Fair enough right? I would come back! read more

Pho was decent but not worth 20 dollars and the egg rolls where not 8 dollars worth, the service was not good she had forgotten our order and forgot to mention they where out of everything in the back after we had ordered those items. Also while there she told this couple to move to table one even though we were the only people in there they made the right choice and went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead read more

Had a pretty good pho-king dining experience! The place is easy to find, it's in a strip mall, plenty of free parking. My girlfriend and I were seated almost immediately and our orders were taken shortly after. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I had the pho with meatballs, she had the pho with lean rare steak. Both were pretty tasty! After reading all the one star reviews, eating at this restaurant reminds me of the Soup Nazi episode on Seinfeld. If you're with a party of +6, arrive within an hour of close, or have special food requests...NO SOUP FOR YOU! read more

My boyfriend and I went to try pho for the first time together. They only had one waiter for the entire restaurant which was small but I've worked in service before. We did take a while to order because we had some difficulties finding something we'd like. I ordered a brisket pho and my boyfriend had a chicken with egg noodle meal. The menus prices were outdated and only had a taped on piece of paper that many people missed stating "all prices in the menu are a dollar more from stated price" our waiter returned and asked us to chose something else on the menu because whatever we served isn't a available. we ordered something else. He goes to the next table for a similar issue. Why have things on the menu if you are not serving it????? 3 different parties that arrived after us were then served before us. it was absolutely ridiculous. The owner was yelling at the cook and the cook was yelling at the owner. His meal was brought out and they seated 2-3 more parties before i received my meal. I ended up not liking the meal after my boyfriend and i took a few bites. I told the server and i ordered something else. The owner yelled in front of the entire restaurant that we would have to pay full price after eating some. Our waiter returned and mentioned this to us. There was nothing wrong with the meal, i am just not a big fan of the beef soup. Not even a discount. we left and just decided not to cause a scene after the owner took care of the dramatics. read more

Food is ok. Ordered hot tea that came lukewarm. Service was terrible. Arrived here at 7:42 pm on a Sunday, after driving 10 hours. We were starving and so happy to finally be sitting down. An older, rude lady (the owner, I'm guessing?) yelled from the back, "We're closed, we close at 8pm." Were like, "Okay well it's 7:42..... can we please sit, we're starving etc.". They respond with, "well it's To-Go only and we're only serving Pho." Okaaaay. So they end up letting us sit, serve us Pho with no basil and old bean sprouts. I pay right away so we don't hold them up, and we finish by 8:02.... before then they're mopping around us, chemical smells permitting the restaurant etc. Super rude. Not to mention no ambiance in that place; bright lights, no music, etc. Skip this place and go into town. And hey lady, if you want to go home at 8pm then shut the doors at 7pm. I normally only like to give good reviews, but I just have to say something. A lot of the reviews were negative because of the rude service and at first I thought "ah I don't care, as long as the food's good!" But I was wrong :( Usually I don't care how friendly the service is. I don't expect everyone to constantly be cheery. But the service was so rude to the point where it was... uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable. I (a woman) was told to not sit the way I was sitting by staff even though my male friend was sitting the same way and did not get "corrected". The check was brought out shortly after we got our food and was tapped on by staff as we ate as if we were not wanted there and they wanted us to get out ASAP. (And it wasn't busy-- there were many other tables open) Very awkward. I don't know if we had inadvertently offended someone, but we felt very unwelcome the entire time. The food was good, but I will absolutely not be returning :( I wish there were nicer things to be said. read more

All the reviews about poor service were on point. It was in the 40's outside so I asked for an empty clean table in the back. The young hostess/server insisted I took a table next to the door. It went around a few times until another server intervened. Asked for rare steak served on the side and had it served well done in the hot broth. Service charge added to use plastic was the last straw. Never again. read more

The ambience was very awkward, it was near dead silent in the restaurant even with more than 4 families having sat down. There was no music or anything and it almost felt wrong to be talking too loud. We ordered Pho with extra noodles, but the noodles tasted old, and the broth wasn't too flavorful maybe also old. Definitely not what we were hoping for unfortunately. After some while after we got our food, we could hear the owner engaging in a shouting match with one of her cooks which definitely broke the silence. Our waitress was nice and quick to order so no issues there. We did however witness a group of three come in and not get sat for 10-15mins. They then proceeded to seat themselves only to get yelled at by the owner who came out at least another 5-10 mins after that. Our experience was definitely interesting... my recommendation is if you're looking to get Pho in Flagstaff is to go to MPM Pho instead off Fourth Street. :) read more

Food is good, can't complain about that, but service is not the best. They do a mediocre job at cleaning their floors overall and lady cops an attitude because of a handful of noodles that my one year old threw on the ground. One thing about me is I don't leave my mess behind, I feel so uncomfortable. I always try to pick up as best as I can. But I tell you what. I left that mess because of the attitude she got with me. ‍ read more

We came here today & the crotchety old lady said they were really busy (there were only two other couples seated when we arrived) and told us she "could" take our order but it wasn't going to happen. Who says that? Spend your money elsewhere, this place certainly doesn't want it. read more

My mom, she is a vegetarian. She doesn't like the soup. I asked the stir fried noodles but no meat and added tofu for her. They did not have that. So I ask the omelet for her. However , the restaurant doesn't have any more dishes except vegetable Pho with broth and vegetable Pho and tofu. So she had no more choices. She ordered vegetable Pho and tofu. But the broth had no taste, she said it liked tap water. And vegetables were pretty hard. It liked they just pour the hot soup in the dish, they did not cook vegetables. I ordered one rice stick noodles with shrimp and BBQ pork, the second dish was Pho. But the waitress didn't hear clearly, she brought out two bowls of Pho. But after that she changed the rice stick noodles for me. But the noodle soup was pretty salty. Pho always comes with basil, cilantro but we did not had these vegetables. They only had mung been sprout. The small dishes puted mung been sprouts still have oil on there. read more

Not very pleasant and really slow service. When asked for hot tea, they said they didn't have any. When asked for lemonade, they said they also didn't have any. Along with this they didn't have chili oil either. Despite everything the pho it's self was not bad. read more

My little family we're have a good day and we wanted to get Pho from this place entered and they sat us pretty quickly but then this nice old lady came up to us and started getting mad at my 1 year old trying to tell us how to teach our son and our son was just enjoying himself and looking around and baby's will be baby's and make noise and she can up to us at a sassy attitude and she started to yell at us for that problem. I do not know what her intentions was but she literally grab my child hand to take a plastic shop stick and reminder as a parent me and my wife we watch our son when he has something in his hand. The restaurant is clean, the food is alright and serving size per dish is large enough for 2. Sounds like a college student's dream. We're a family of 4. We ordered egg rolls, beef pho, shrimp fried rice, some egg noodle dish and 2 iced coffees. We received our food fairly fast but got chicken fried rice instead of shrimp. With hungry 2 and 5 year olds, we decided to keep it instead of waiting for the correct dish. The taste of the beef pho broth was alright but the noodles weren't very good (tasted off) and halfway through the bowl, we found some pieces of shrimp shell. The price per dish is a bit high but like I said, each dish is enough for 2 so I guess it averages to be cheap. The iced coffee was really good. Itself deserves 5/5 stars. Overall an okay experience but no plans to return. read more

Meh, just a single order of pho with extra tendon cost almost $30. Overpriced for the flavor, they are just riding on the good location. Perhaps one day BWW can start serving Pho too. Most likely won't come back the next time I visit town. read more

A hole in the wall in a Bashas shopping center. May be the only Pho place in Flagstaff so it was worth a try. Ordered an order of egg rolls, the 6 pieces of fried shrimp, and an order of spring rolls. You can tell they use the same oil to fry everything by the taste of the fried shrimp and egg rolls, it had a gross after taste. The spring rolls should have more options than the pork and shrimp combined because the pork as gross. They need to just have shrimp, tofu, and other options. Would have been better without the pork for sure as the mint and vegetables inside were very fresh. The we had to try the Pho, you can't mess that up! It was actually very good but they should add on the side some mint but I'm sure you can ask for some. Plate presentation looked as if they just opened, no sense of pride in their dishes. But then again, it wasn't a fancy place but a little love to beautify the food would be a nice touch. Now being in the restaurant industry for decades, I have a HUGE pet peeve, never leave dirty dishes in the table! No one wants to eat around trash and dirty dishes. Will I be back, maybe just for the Pho. I wasn't impressed with the other food unfortunately. I hope the owners read this to get honest feedback. There is a reason why all their patrons were just ordering pho. Hope they can put more love into their other dishes oh and the service was lacking big time. Big rush and two servers, I think one was a manager or owner. Had to go up to the front desk a few times, waited for menus for about ten min, and then the server forgot about my tea. Had to ask another sever and waited for it until I had my pho. This place could be a gem but I don't think there isn't much care honestly. Too bad, I see potential. Two stars are only for the Pho. read more

This place is fire, idk what these reviews are but holy sh*t. Definitely hole in the wall vibes. The food is great and the service was excellent, the people complaining about them being rude are crazy, the owners were so nice, and sweet, yes there's a language barrier but If you take the time and care about conversation you'd get a nice convo out of these people. Our server was great and very attentive. On a side note asking for egg on pho is ridiculous, that's an American ramen thing. This place is very authentic and hits home ; overall 1000/10 I love this place :) Definitely get the spring rolls, the best I've ever had! read more

I came here for lunch last week. I ordered the B2 which is Bun, a rice noodle bowl topped with lettuce carrots, an egg roll and grilled pork. It wasn't my favorite. I enjoyed the egg roll, but the grilled pork was a little too salty and also it wasn't warm. Whereas, you can tell the egg roll was freshly cooked. Another thing to mention is that on the window, it's written in marker "CASH ONLY" so I provided cash, but they could not provide a receipt. I went to the cashier to ask for a receipt and they said they cannot give me one, which is very odd. Also, when I went up there, there were several credit receipts, so they do accept credit cards evidently. This was off-putting. Regardless, I'd still like to come in to try their pho. I will update when that happens, as winter is approaching! read more
