I really like the spring rolls at this place. The fresh vegetables and grilled meat are tasty. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and quick. I will recommend this place to my friends.

We were in town for a special family event and before heading back to the valley we decided to stop by for some dinner. We really loved our last stop so hoped todays meal would be the same. I was surprised to see the location nearly empty on Friday night, but it was still fairly early when we arrived. We were told we could sit anywhere we liked so chose a high top table. Our server was kind and took our drink orders while we looked over the menu. We ordered both a brown sugar and taro milk tea with honey boba. We also did appetizers of egg rolls and gyoza. For the main course we ordered shrimp pho as well as chicken pho. Everything came out pretty quick and portions were perfect. Our egg rolls were crispy. I only wish they came with a bit of leafy lettuce and maybe cucumber. I love to wrap mine. Everything was so good and we left with full bellies for the long drive home.

Stopped in Flagstaff on the way to the Grand Canyon and originally wanted to eat at another restaurant in the same plaza, but they were really short staffed so we went down the way and found this pho place. It was actually kind of perfect since it's winter and was about 35 degrees outside. There were only a couple of other parties there when we arrived around 6:30 on the night after Christmas. I was definitely a little worried as we've had a lot of pho in Little Saigon in SoCal, so we had high expectations. A woman greeted us and let us sit anywhere. She brought menus quickly and water for us. Took our order and asked us if we wanted our eggrolls first or together with our soups. Food came out pretty quickly and was really good! I hate to say I was surprised but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I ate my entire bowl and my son ate all his eggrolls. I even ended up ordering spring rolls and they were freshly wrapped and still warm inside. Everything was delicious and the place started filling up with a lot of families around the time we left. It looks like a family-owned business so please go support if you're in Flagstaff and want some Vietnamese food along with great service!

So I am new to Flagstaff and being Vietnamese first thing I was looking for is a decent Pho place in case I get homesick. After a bit researching I came across this place and thought I would try it out. i came on a rainy and cold day so finding out that you can park in the covered retain parking, then take the inside exit and walk right into the restaurant was a pleasant find. A little bit disappointed they don't serve all the beef cut special to Pho but I asked for fatty brisket and the meat was decent enough. One thing I am thankful for is that they do have "nước béo" (fatty soup literal translation). The soup taste was definitely authentic and the noodle was decent enough (though IMO be better if they put the soup in a bit faster after cooking the noodles cuz the noodles stuck together a bit too hard! Overall, there can be improvement here and there but I am glad to see this level of quality Pho in Flagstaff! TLDR: Decently authentic Pho. Well decorated restaurant. You can park in retail covered parking and take the shortcut right in, very convenient.

Not sure if Noelle was just having an "off day" but there was no need for her horrible behavior & lack of customer service. We decided to add 2 sparking drinks to our order...take my advice DON'T. For $6 each we got a drink that had half a sparkling drink & about 10 pumps of syrup. We kindly asked her to dilute it & she snatched our drinks, watered them down & put them back on the counter without letting us know they were ready. Still tasted horrible. I'll add that the restaurant was NOT busy, but she certainly acted like she was. Glad the pho was delicious!

"Okay" is probably the best single-word summary I have for this place. I was visiting Flagstaff with my parents for a couple of days, and we were randomly really craving Vietnamese food. After combing through Yelp for a couple of hours, we eventually settled on Chopstix, although I do have to admit that I was a bit wary considering the multiple reviews mentioning food poisoning. We decided to take a chance anyway, and, thankfully, the risk (mostly) paid off! I ordered their vegetarian pho, which was served with fried tofu, onions, carrots, broccoli, and cabbage in a delightfully flavorful vegetarian broth (which, as my other pho-loving vegetarians know, is remarkably difficult to pull off). My parents tried their pho tom (shrimp) and pho dac biet (brisket, tripe, and tendon), and we shared an order of goi cuon chay (vegetarian spring rolls) between the three of us. The spring rolls were absolutely delicious and honestly really filling and refreshing -- I probably could've just eaten two rolls and left pretty satisfied. Thankfully I persevered and was able to try out their incredible pho; the broth was impressively flavorful, which the tofu just soaked right up, making each piece a little flavor bomb. The vegetables were a little bit undercooked for my taste, but still pretty solid, and they were really generous with their portion of veggies! Almost everything was fresh and delicious, but the thai basil that they served on the side was definitely past its prime (I could see little dots of black mold on the leaves), so do beware of some of their produce. My parents thought that their shrimp and beef pho were alright -- comforting and hearty as all pho is, but nothing particularly special. Beyond the food, the service was solid. We were seated immediately, and the food came out really quickly. Our server was kind, but I didn't appreciate that he gave me a bit of attitude when I asked him to substitute the peanut dipping sauce for the vegetarian spring rolls for something else because I have a life-threatening allergy. He didn't necessarily say this, so perhaps I'm overthinking it, but it seemed like he didn't want to be bothered by my request and thought that I might as well just not order the item, then. The restaurant was also incredibly empty (there wasn't anyone else there aside from us, even though it was 7 PM on a Saturday), so he didn't have much else to do. We could even see him watching TV on his phone from behind the counter the entire time, so I'm not sure what he was in such a rush to get back to. Overall, Chopstix is okay. If you're really craving Vietnamese food, it's probably one of your best choices in Flagstaff, but be prepared to check your dishes for freshness, potentially deal with slightly rude staff, and have a very average meal.

It is a pleasant and well located restaurant. The service is good as is the food. A good place to eat if you want to eat something with good portions.

Excellent pho in a rich broth and loaded with meat. The pork in the spring rolls tasted a bit stale and dry. Contemporary setting with concrete floor, bare bulbs, track lights, exposed ducts and the fragrance of incense in the air.

This little spot was a gem! We had 2 different Pho and Vermicelli combination (#57). They were all very good. For an app we had the shrimp rolls. Totally smashed the shrimp rolls. They were awesome. I had a Vietnamese coffee that was perfect. I got the small and it was exactly the right amount for me. The service was very good. Our server SIM was very accommodating and nice. I recommend this place for some good Vietnamese food.

Only one option when I was there a few months back. Fried Tofu and that's it. Vegetable broth was not even an option for Pho.

Days later, we were still craving the pizza! We ordered pepperoni, meat lovers, and sausage pizzas, and all were equally delicious. There was a line out the door when we arrived, but since we had reservations, we were seated immediately. This place has been featured on the Food Network's "Top Places to Eat," so it's easy to understand why they're so popular. The tables are also somewhat small, so things can feel a bit cramped once the restaurant gets busy. The food was incredible and the drinks were equally impressive. They have a great selection of cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails. The Basil Lemon Drop made with house-made limoncello was especially refreshing on a warm day. For our table of eight, we started with the bacon marmalade bruschetta, goat cheese bruschetta, and the wood-fired stracciatella with prosciutto. Everything was fantastic. The bruschetta boards each came with four pieces, and the stracciatella included four crostinis plus plenty of prosciutto to share. For entrees, we ordered several pizzas including the Ms. Piggy, Carnivore, and Belgio Dolce -- the same pizza Guy Fieri featured -- along with lasagna, pesto spaghetti, and rigatoni. Every dish was excellent, and the pizzas were large enough to easily feed two people. Even after all that food, we still made room for dessert and ordered the crème brûlée cheesecake, tiramisu, cannoli, and a couple espresso martinis. I only tried the cannoli because I was completely stuffed by then, but it absolutely delivered. The service was outstanding. Jennifer did an amazing job taking care of our large group and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I also loved the option on the menu where you can buy a 6-pack for the kitchen crew to show appreciation for their hard work. We figured one wasn't enough for the whole staff, so we bought five 6-packs instead. This would have easily been a 5-star experience if not for a couple issues. Originally, we made a reservation for 16 several weeks in advance. We received a confirmation the night before, but then got a cancellation notice just a few hours before the reservation. Our first phone call to the restaurant ended with us being disconnected, though thankfully the second call resolved everything. We later found out their reservation system automatically cancels large reservations unless they're booked as private dining. We also reduced our party size to 8, which helped. The other issue came at the end of the meal when the manager asked our table to leave. I understand we had been there for about two and a half hours and they likely wanted to turn the table, especially during a busy graduation weekend. Still, there were no time limits mentioned when we booked the reservation, so it left a sour note at the end of what had otherwise been an amazing dining experience. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend this place if you're in Flagstaff and craving Italian food -- just don't expect to keep your table for the entire night.

Then we were about to fold it, she told us "no no no, you have to put it in your car". There was no sign about stroller anywhere and the restaurant was almost empty. I was ok w it, folding it and walked back to leave it in my car. I told her we had 4 and a baby. She gave us a table for 4 then told us why didn't I told her sooner that we had 5 people. The chicken and biscuits were exactly what I was hoping for: smothered in rich country gravy with a perfectly fried flattened chicken breast that was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The buttermilk biscuit was golden, flaky, buttery, and had the perfect balance of soft interior and crisp edges. I honestly got full halfway through my plate and never even got a chance to try the wife's chilaquiles. I feel like we'd only been seated just a hot second when the food arrived! Fabulous service - quick and friendly and always with a smile. Hubby and I each got a cup of fresh brewed coffee that did not disappoint! Not too weak, not too strong... brewed to perfection! My husband ordered the chicken and biscuit and I the chilaquiles Christmas style. Lord have mercy both of these dishes were the bomb! Not only plenty of food but super tasty - I had my chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and they also came with about 1/2 a freshly sliced avocado. Nice, tangy flavor and sprinkled with just the right amount of cotija cheese! Shared with the table and still had leftovers (and I'm not mad about it). Husband's dish was perfection - the perfect biscuit combo - fluffy, chewy and crunchy in all the right places, and the gravy not overly seasoned or salty. Chicken was a breaded/fried (possibly baked) and cooked/seasoned just right. Inner meat was tender and moist and outside of course was crunchy - batter was well seasoned and breast didn't seem greasy at all. I worked in a mom-and-pop coffee shop decades ago - everything was homemade and fresh and the coffee 2 die 4.
