I looked at the reviews before coming in and somehow decided to ignore the photo of the bug in the pho, etc. I came in, with an hour to spare before my plasma donation just 2 min away from this spot. 20,30,40 min passed before we got our food. Kept looking around for someone to refill our water, ended up asking her to leave the pitcher. It's 2 stars because I have to admit I enjoyed the shrimp and pork spring rolls. But then saw a roach roaming on the floor. The chili sauce was gross it was comparable to tamarindo rather than the chili sauce at every Vietnamese place which I love to put all over my pho, I had to use sriracha which kinda ruined the pho for me. Like others said, they give you one measly plate of 3 leaves of basil, half a handful of bean sprouts, 3 pieces of chopped up jalapeños, and half a small lime. This was expected to be used for 2 bowls of pho. Had to ask for another plate. Didn't see anybody the duration of the meal, so I had to go up there to ask for the check. Waited a good idk 5 min? Before the girl finally came out. While I was up there I noticed behind the counter everything was out of place. A bag of bean sprouts just sitting there, open, on a table along with the chopped up jalapeños. My new pho place! Came here twice already and it is still good every time. The most recent time we went, it was nice and cool inside. It was already hot outside but they had a little window that provided a nice cool breeze. Typically I feel like pho places are really warm and sometimes stuffy. But not here! Both times I came here I ordered the thai tea with no boba. Man I wish I could order a larger size because the thai tea is just too good here. Some places it is kinda watered down. This place taste just right. The staff/employees are nice and the service is super quick. Granted, when we order there is only ever one other person there. After we order the food comes in less than 10 minutes. I really like this place and wish more people would come. This place looks like a family run business with some friendly and nice people. Overall the inside is quite old but it does have a few tables and chairs. We had a table of six and all of us actually loved the pho. The broth wasn't too strong and it was nice. I ordered a small size and it was still pretty big for even more to finish. This is my first time coming here. My daughter has been here a few times and she loves it! I have to agree with her. The food was delicious! It was authentic. I have been to lots of Vietnamese restaurants and this is my favorite. Their coffee was also very tasty! I'm picky about my Vietnamese coffee and I have to say that they are the best! I'm OCD so I was very happy to find it clean. I have been to lots of restaurants including other ethnic foods and this is one of the cleanest restaurant I have been to.
