This place is definitely random spot on the street and you will absolutely miss it when driving by! The parking lot is right to the side of the boba place. Upon coming in, there wasn't anyone inside except the cashier. The young gal in front took our order; I had ordered a milk tea with boba and eggrolls. My friend ordered their Mayo slushy and popcorn chicken. While we waited, there was kpop music playing in the background, near the area where they normally have karaoke. It took us about 20-25 minutes to get our food! The milk tea was not good. The boba was interesting, but wasn't as good as I'd like it to be. The slushy was sweet enough. As for the eggrolls and popcorn chicken, it was okay, as well. If I didn't have any other Asian food or boba options, I would come here. But for the price and the knowledge of other locations, I don't think I'd come back again. read more

Just moved across the street , nice spot inside , we got the popcorn chicken like how you can adjust the spice , they also have a good special two bobas get one free me and my two kids took advantage of that ! Love this place! It's close to my work so I'm here almost every other week for the popcorn chicken and mango smoothie w/boba. The chicken is DELISH, I get mild with the sweet chili sauce or ranch and and it's always good. At first I thought the price was a bit high ($9.50 at time of review) but you do get a good amount. The mango smoothie is always good as well, the boba is the perfect texture. However, I noticed that this place is now operating under a new name (Pho Saigon) when I came in today, 7/24/2023. They added a lot of food items to the menu, mainly pho. I'll have to come back for lunch when it's not so hot outside so I can try the food. I want to start off by saying the food smelled good and I did not try it. My review is only for the tea/boba. This was the first time I went into this boba shop and I did not like the milk tea nor Thai tea that I had ordered. The boba was also hard. When I spoke to the owner about not likingthe taste of the teas she kept asking what I didn't like about it. To which I reiterated that I didn't like the taste of the tea or the boba. She states she was a business and I couldn't get my money back or return it. She did end up giving me HALF my money back and I left the drinks there, but she was rude and did not want to give me a full refund stating "that's not what big companies do either", which is not true. I told her I understood it was a small business and that's why I went into asking what could be done. I think she was just offended I didn't like the taste and honestly the Thai tea tasted like cigarettes and the milk tea like something went bad. read more

Bad boba. I got baited by their buy one, get one free happy hour deal, but it only applies to their milk tea. I could already tell that their drinks weren't going to be that great, so I went a safer route and chose a slush. It's pretty hard to go wrong with slushies, but they somehow still managed to mess it up. I ordered a strawberry slush, but it was very watered down and the boba was overcooked. On the account of multiple people, the flavor tasted like unsweet watermelon, instead of strawberry.
