The soup base was clear. I ordered the egg noodles rather than standard pho rice noodles. Very tasty! I couldn't finish the bowl so I took away a portion of it. The décor was spare with photos of Vietnam scenes. For a meal of pho, the price is probably average for Mountain View. It is less than the cost of a bowl of ramen or fancy hotpot.
