Was craving some Bun, so stopped in to eat. My pork vermicelli with egg roll. Was ok, the pork marinade a bit too sweet for me, but overall id give the dish a 6 out of 10. The young man that served me was pleasant. There was an older woman there that was yelling / speaking in her language(which I'm guessing was Vietnamese) which made the atmosphere less than peaceful and I couldn't concentrate on my email that I was sending lol My 2 star rating is for the less than cleanliness of the establishment. I noticed after ordering my meal so couldn't up and leave. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen and food prep area was. Ick. Well based on that plus the food rating, I won't be back. I'll stick to Morgan Hill Pho. The best for the vermicelli tha I love.

Service was fast and friendly, portion size was generous. Barbecue pork had good flavor and there was plenty of seating. Counter area appears to be a bit cluttered. Pricing was on the high side.

I've been coming to this pho spot for years and it never disappoints. Ordering is always quick, and the food comes out fast too. The location is super convenient since it's right by the highway. Tables are usually clean and if not if just because they are a little behind or busy but usually clean and ready to go for walk ins. Honestly, I haven't found another pho place with broth as good as theirs. Their spring rolls are fresh and delicious, and their rice and noodle dishes are just as good. I've also tried their drinks--taro, Thai tea, and the coffee--and they're all so tasty. Definitely a go-to spot for me, and I'm always bringing friends/family who haven't tried it yet.

Very kind and patient servers. Two young boys helped with our orders and describing what each thing tastes like. Pho is very flavorful and meat is juicy.

I'm so mad. This WAS my favorite spot to have pho And they upped the prices a lot. I'm not impressed. & the last time I went I barely received noodles in my bowl. The service is wonderful, that isn't the issue. . . And the ambience is alright but it isn't shitty I love the plants it's comfortable enough... but those prices WOW!! Not cool.. you lost a family of 7. An I was loyal!!!!

Be careful with how they charge you in your receipt! We came in for an appetizer and a rice dish. The total with tax was supposedly 33.5 but the receipt showed 34.76. Their cash register can't do simple math addition??

Easy to find a seat as there weren't many people there. The place seemed clean enough and a good amount of seating inside the restaurant. Ordered a beef stew. It was ok. Not much flavor in the soup and a few pieces of beef in it. Some of the pieces of beef were pretty fatty. Also ordered a seafood soup with the hofun noodles. There were two shrimp and a few pieces of squid, more of the imitation crab and fish cakes. Not bad. The soups come with a plate of additions, jalapeños, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and lime. The last dish was the bbq chicken with vermicelli. Probably liked that dish the best, especially with the condiments on the table that can be added to it. Ordered the fried egg rolls. They were good fried just long enough to make them crispy. Overall it was an ok stop for something to eat.

This place is great but you better call first to check that they're open, even if yelp says they're open. Right now they're closed on Wednesdays.

My boyfriend got a vermicelli plate. It comes with an egg, egg rolls, beef, and radish/carrots. Simple but delicious! Definitely hit the spot. Overall rating 10/10

Not a bad spot, definitely not the BEST. The broth was very oily, although its something I didn't mind too much since I proceeded to dump hella chili oil in it lol. They could've given a bit more noodles. The meat was really tasty! Thai tea was not it, probably would pass on that. It's more like those hole in the wall type of pho places but I definitely wasn't disappointed.

I occasionally stop by here whenever I drive thru Pacheco Pass & Gilroy. This place is SO incredibly average, but still probably one of the better pho options in Gilroy. It took some time for us to get our water (we got our pho before our drinks came), and the server never came back to refill our water. The pho itself is pretty average, but I ordered a Large Special Beef Combo Pho (#7) and wasn't full from it. For its price, I expected the bowl to at least have larger portions of meat and noodles but it didn't...and had too much broth. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back and next time will just wait until I get to my destination in San Jose to have some better quality pho

    egg rolls & chicken pho

This chicken pho is so BOMB 100/100 fr. The broth is so delicious, and it's not salty like many other places that I have been to. The service is good also !

A respectable pho joint in Gilroy that gets popular at dinner time and weekends. The interior ambiance is old school greasy spoon pho joint vibes. Service was friendly and fast. I would come back if I'm craving Vietnamese food in this area.

The vibe was family friendly and welcoming. They have been around for over 6 years now. We ordered vermicelli with bbq pork and shrimp, beef ball noodle, and a beef stew with tendon. Everything was delicious. The broth was warm and flavorful. The tendon beef and bbq pork was tender and juicy. Overall we enjoyed our experience at M Noodle & Cafe. As an Asian person myself, I respect the hustle because I know restaurant life is hard and they probably deal with all kinds of customers daily. That being said, you can definitely feel the difference between locations. The Fremont location has always felt warmer, friendlier, and more relaxed. Maybe it's the location or the type of customers they deal with, I'm not sure, but the Gilroy location gave a much more controlling vibe that I personally didn't like. At other TK locations, they usually let customers pack their own condiments or freely grab what they need. Here, everything felt very monitored and limited. We ordered two dishes and only got tiny amounts of chili oil and toppings. I even accidentally grabbed an extra straw because my drink straw was already packed in the bag, but honestly the overall vibe made me assume they probably forgot it. The way she looked at me after mentioning it made the interaction feel awkward, like I did something wrong over a straw. I understand restaurants are trying to save money because everything is expensive now, and they probably deal with customers taking too much. I get it. But the overall vibe just came across as overly strict and cheap to me personally. Even paying extra for pork grinds felt weird because instead of putting it in a separate container so I could actually see the portion, they just tossed it into the bowl. I also asked for the rice to be packed separately so it wouldn't get soggy by the time my husband got home, and it felt like I was asking for too much. The food itself was still really good, which is why this review is disappointing to write. This is the closest TK to my house, so I genuinely hope they stay open and do well. I just hope the customer service becomes a little warmer and less controlling when it comes to condiments and small requests. Not trying to bash an Asian-owned business at all -- just being honest as someone who's been eating TK for years. I'd still come back for takeout because the food is solid. I did kill my soup at home tho!

We ordered basic egg roll, the dim sum sampler, combination chow mein, and Shanghai Noodle Three delight. The egg roll came with 2 rolls. They were the perfect amount of crispy and flavor. The dim sum sampler was mostly average. The only piece we could not eat because we found it disgusting was the chicken mochi. My partner said the chow mein was something he would come back for. If that was the only thing he ate it would be 5 stars. I ate the Shanghai Noodle Three delight. It was not a delight. It advertised having items like noodles, bean sprouts, onions, chicken, egg, shrimp, and calamari. After ordering I found it is supposed to come with 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of calamari. My plate only had two pieces of calamari. At first I was disappointed there wasn't more calamari, but then I tasted it. The calamari tasted rubbery, tough, and no good flavor. When I brought the problem of only having 2 pieces of calamari and they only said it usually tastes like that and I should have gotten three pieces. (So no solution.) My advice to the restaurant, if you know the majority of your customers think the calamari is disappointing, don't serve calamari. The dish would have been much better if you put more shrimp and deleted the calamari. (Without up charging customers.) The servers were kind and friendly. It did seem weird how busy they were when there were only two tables eating at the place. We barely saw them but they did fill up our drinks before we thought to ask.
