Great service and great atmosphere. The shrimp pho is amazing. Isn't too crowded even on weekends. Will be back again!

The wait was well worth it, but know there is a wait. The Seafood pho was a 7/10 and the Deluxe Pho 9/10. It's not much space to expect a possibility of being crowded. The space is quite quaint. If I'm the area I would eat here, but to willingly come, probably not.

Fairly new restaurant on South Street where Cafe V used to be. I came here on a Wednesday night with some friends. Here is the takeaway: *Super yummy food *Very polite and sweet staff *speedy service *Very clean *Condiments and chopsticks on all tables What we ordered: Pork Chops 5/5 My friend later texted me to tell me how much he liked his food Beef Pho 5/5 My friend didn't talk until he finished his food Vegetarian Eggplant & Tofu 5/5, oh so flavorful with crispy tofu--YUM! Will definitely return!

A really solid place for pho! My daughter wanted pho and I thought that sounded like a great idea so we found ourselves at Pho South Corner with big bowls of steamy beef brisket pho. The broth was delicious and the service was absolutely accommodating and attentive. My daughter's boyfriend ordered a broken rice dish with beef and loved it. They also split a mango smoothie while I enjoyed wine from the bottle I brought because this nice establishment is a BYOB! We ate our meal and then continued to hang out and enjoy each other's company while our water glasses were still filled. Don't skip this place. You know pho is the ultimate comfort food and you should come here and get comfortable.

I initially discovered this place through DoorDash and I'm so glad that I did! Their tofu Banh Mi is THE BEST. I also tried the avocado smoothie which paired nicely with the jalapeño heat from sandwich. The restaurant is super quaint and cozy. Perfect for a mid-day lunch or dinner and the service was excellent. Can't wait to return!

Super friendly and helpful staff, very eager to help you understand the menu and choose things to try! Delicious meal, Pho was delicious with rich broth. The Shanghai noodles were fresh and full of tasty ingredients, lastly, delicious spring rolls and milk tea!! Nice environment, small and cozy and BYOB, super easy to spend till closing here. Would totally come back!

Went for lunch today. Started with complimentary hot tea which was nice. Service was exceptional. Bubble tea was terrific. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice. Tasty and good portion... adding their various sauces made it terrific... Also ordered the vegetable spring rolls, also excellent! Please give this business a try! We are neighbors and excited with the new ownership and menu!

I come here for the Pho. I have tried several varieties on the menu. I enjoy the broth. I just ask them to hold the white onions because I think they add too many but otherwise very tasty. Also tried the tofu Bahn mi here. Well made with good bread which is the key.

Our meals were all very good! It's a byob which is great. Our service was on point. Seems like it would also be a good spot for groups.

The biggest surprise was the tái (eye-round steak), yet still retaining that pleasantly chewy texture of undercooked beef; the gầu (fat brisket) was thick and crisp, fragrant but not greasy--who would have thought I'd find brisket fat here? This showed the restaurant's precise control over the broth temperature and the thickness of the beef. Almost all phở restaurants claim to offer authentic raw beef or various cuts of beef, but very few can truly make customers feel the difference. The restaurant's decor is simple but spacious and clean; the service is average, but very efficient. Efficiency is essential for phở, otherwise the beef would be overcooked in the hot broth. After all, the essence of a restaurant is food, and for such affordable ones, it's gratifying to see them spend most of their costs on the food itself.

Pho Today is an enormous restaurant which does authentic Vietnamese very well. I honestly believe…read moretheir broth is better than Pho '75 across the street which seemed rather sweet to me. They have great meats. Their hearty Buns will blow your mind: as noted, the House Special is practically enough for two people. You'll also see many people eating the Prime Rib Pho which is quite different. to me it looks a bit unwieldly (much prefer meats cut into the broth). Their Bún Riêu, Duck Soup (served with a unique ginger sauce and bamboo shoots) and Bún bò Huế all hit the mark. Pho Today gives you two choices for the classic Fish In Pottery Pot, bone-off and bone-on. Many Vietnamese restaurants don't carry this anymore. One thing I should tell y'all is that, when you order your meal, ask for the homemade chilli oil.....they won't give it to you unless you ask: it's made with garlic and is really special. If I were to nitpick I'd suggest upping the ante on the spring rolls which are more of a footnote here. I much prefer the larger spring rolls, cut into 4 sections served with basil, veggies and lettuce for wrapping. But, yea, this place does a really good job and seems to be the go-to for both Vietnamese food and serious eaters.

Though not a huge fan of their lighting; a bit too bright. Fast customer service and they check back often. Large bathroom in the rear. Clean.
