Beautiful decor and great service! All the food was good, but I agree with other reviews that it is a bit overpriced for what you get. I definitely want to return to try out the happy hour and smaller bites!

Do you find yourself looking for happy hour on Sunday like we were yesterday? Then come here! They have two! Regular happy hour and late night happy hour! Our group ordered up more than a few dishes but my daughter and I split the oysters. Delicious, huge and fresh. The cocktails were delicious and Eric the bartender is a star here. I'm not kidding. If you land at this bar and he happens to be taking care of you, you will leave very happy! Bonus that this place is on the quiet side with the most lovely decor. Our group all agreed that we will be returning. So many times!

Absolutely beautiful location! The food was very tasty, we chose to have our dishes family style- we ordered the skewers, bani mi sandwiches, pickled cucumbers, and pork belly bao. Our waitress was very kind and also added additional portions so each person in our party could try each dish. The mocktails and cocktails were very delicious, although mildly pricey. Overall I highly recommend this location and definitely think it's worth it for happy hour. Also if available bring cash to pay as there is a 3% credit card fee.

I am from Southern California where we have the best Vietnamese food anywhere so my standards are super high. Food: 5/5 We got their skewers, banh kok, and fries. The skewers were pretty good! The chicken one was super delicious and came with really good dipping sauce. The banh kok was really good and great with wrapped with her pickled veggies and lettuce. The fries were crispy and came with a turmeric dipping sauce. Drinks: 5/5 We ordered a few Vietnamese inspired drinks. They tasted good, especially the Hello Ha Noi. It tasted like a tikki drink and was pretty strong. Service: 5/5 The servers were really nice and we got seated pretty quickly. The food came out relatively quick and so did the drinks. Price: 3/5 Our bill came out to about $200 and we only got appetizers and drinks. The drinks and food were good but the portions were pretty small. There is also a 20% automatic gratuity charge, an 8% tax, and a 3% credit card service fee. If we ordered $100 bill, it would automatically charge $31 for just fees, which is a little ridiculous. For these prices, I definitely do not think it is worth it. Ambiance: 4/5 This place has a modern artsy take to traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We got seated upstairs in one of the tables right next to another party. I don't know if this is normal for Philadelphia because of space constraints, but our table was arms distance from the table right next to us. I could overhear their entire conversation.

huge portions for the price - decent pho for philly and there is not typically a super long wait

Upscale Vietnamese food that still tastes traditional. From the outside the vibe looks romantic. But they walked us to possibly the worst table in the back upstairs by the bar haha. You can't win all the time i guess. The menu is not really clear or descriptive but the server was very helpful. The pho can be ordered in two sizes despite showing only the cheaper price. I got fries that said fish sauce but I didn't really taste any fish sauce. The pho was veryyyy tasty but the beef was tough (toooo chewy!). the bo ne I got was very flavorful too! It's not on the menu online but they said it was a brunch favorite that made it to the dinner menu recently. I drank an imported can of Vietnamese pale ale, solid flavor and not too hoppy. The table next to us got sparklers for their birthday event. They have automatic gratuity plus a 3% charge for credit card. The math looked like the charge was on top of tip. So Its a little pricey but feels like the norm for the area.

$20 for a bowl of beef pho is criminal. What's even more criminal are the prices for everything else. On top of that, automatic 20% tip and 3% credit card fee... Pho broth was stupid levels of salty. I did however like the noodles, more of a northern style.

Ended up having Miss Saigon twice while in town for a conference. Once was take out to eat super gross in my hotel room. The next was dine in with friends. The staff are really excellent, they were very kind and welcoming. Service was very good. The ambiance is also super cute, very Instagramable if you're into that kind of thing. I had the mini bahn mi sandwiches with tofu and they were really tasty. I also had the summer rolls which do need some work. They were a large portion but had almost no flavor.

Our hotel is right across from this restaurant. Definitely had to try it because they open late on the weekends. I must say... what a surprise when you walk in. From the outside, you wouldn't think the inside was so big and innovative. The food was great, a bit pricey, but it was delicious! Btw, the staff were friendly and superb.

The atmosphere and décor are really nice, with a cool bar vibe. It's a good spot to have a few drinks and hang out at night. However, the food was just okay -- nothing too impressive. I'd come back for the drinks and ambiance, but not necessarily for the food.

Oh what a treat! Miss Saigon has some stellar things to offer. We had a double date here and it was a great spot to catch up and enjoy some solid noms! We tried their fries and banh mi for the table as our apps and then my wife and I shared their tacos and pho as our meal. I loved that everything was able to be made vegetarian! Everything was so good and perfect for a rainy evening! We enjoyed their service and the drinks were really inspiring and well presented - points for that for sure! Parking was manageable for a weeknight but it's definitely a crowded part of town so plan accordingly especially if you're planning to dine at peak hours. Enjoy your time!

The vibes were vibes were gorgeous inside and the service matched! On a whim I came here for a dinner date with my little and we were happy to give it a shot. We loved our ginger ales and vegetarian options. The fresh rolls and vegetarian pho were delicious.

It's a smaller enclosed back patio area with one long table, a long bar, and some wall seats. It definitely gets packed so get there early or be lucky to grab a spot. Staff here always good about making sure everything runs smoothly and it's a fun time. Their food options are pretty fairly priced and most are good picks. Haven't had everything personally, but the banh mi, bao buns, and kimchi fried rice are all decent. Crab rangoons, dumplings, and satay skewers were fine but I wouldn't get again and instead try something else. Drinks also good even at regular price. Fun spot for after work or with friends on the weekend. Thanks

Since it was the weekend, we had to wait in the lobby downstairs for about 15-20 minutes. Luckily, we made it up just in time to catch the sunset and take some amazing photos. We were also fortunate enough to find seats at the bar, but if you want guaranteed seating, it's definitely better to make a reservation in the main seating area. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Valet / Nearby Parking Atmosphere - The view is absolutely the star of the show. Watching the sunset over the city from this height creates an unforgettable experience, especially for a special occasion. The space itself feels upscale and lively without being overwhelming. Service - The service was excellent. Our bartender, Michael, made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall experience. My girlfriend especially appreciated the complimentary olives, which was a nice touch. What We Ordered - Old Fashioned (Very well balanced and smooth) Cucumber Martini (Refreshing and perfectly crafted) Final Thoughts - This was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. Between the stunning views, great drinks, and attentive service, it made for a memorable evening. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great lounge experience in Philadelphia.

Food (7/10) - Mediocre food for a four seasons place. Found two thick bones in my sea bass and a thick branch that you can't chew in the veggies. Pasta was decent but nothing to rave about. Popular trout sushi is overrated - ratio of crispy rice and trout isn't right. Service (10/10) - top notch! Ambiance (10/10) - Romantic, relaxed. Beautiful 360 skyline view all around Philadelphia.
