Probably the best pho and broth I have ever had. Truly authentic and delicious!! The ladies that work here were incredibly nice too I got the vegan pho and spring rolls and they were amazing

a bowl of soup with meat and vegetables

The soup was on the sweet side with no depth of flavor. The presentation was nice, but no veggie plate as they put a little bit of bean sprouts and basil on top when they serve it to you. The bun bo hue was also sweet so I tried to transform it with fish sauce and lots of sriracha but it didn't help. I asked for shrimp paste but they said they couldn't give it to me for Bun Bo Hue. Wth!? lol I will not be coming back here even though the staff was super nice.

Meh, not impressed with this place. The spring rolls I ordered were soggy inside and had a funky taste to it. It was all veggies, just like a chinese egg roll but worst. The dipping sauce that came with it wasn't even Vietnamese nuoc mam (fish sauce), it's bottled Thai sauce. Pho didn't have that strong pho aroma, it was like watered down. The Sriracha sauce on the table was also watery and thin, eww. Bun bo hue (spicy noodle) wasn't spicy, lacked flavor, and they were missing a lot of ingredients. The traditional pork knuckle and pork roll were missing, and many more. The type of noodles they used for this dish was wrong as well. I ordered something to go and when we got home from the 5 hr drive, came to find out it was missing a few things. 3 different type of meats was suppose to be in the dish but all I got was dried up chicken. Not an authentic place if you ask me.

Hearty broth and nice portions. Service is excellent and inviting. Thai iced tea is refreshing!

Not a mind-blowing experience, but just the right combination of good food, ambience, and service: ++ They let you pick a table. Pho no. 8 with fatty brisket and flanks: surprisingly moderate serving, even if it's "small." I really expected and would've liked more...everything - noodles and meat. Good broth. 4/5 Chicken curry pho: slightly different broth with a nice hint of lemongrass. Not a massive curry flavor. Chicken is pulled-style white meat and kind of meh, but at least it's not soy. Again, smallish serving size with not a lot of noodles and chicken. 3/5 Food came out very fast. Service staff checked on us (doesn't happen always). Good ice tea with just the right sweetness. Comfy booth seats. -- How about just a handful more noodles and meat in pho bowls?

Food is okay, kinda sweet. A little pricy compared to other pho restaurants I went before.

I've eaten here many times and it offers the most traditional pho in town. I always enjoy my meal here!

Very good pho. It is hands down the best in Roanoke. Employees are very nice and the food is reasonably priced.

Solid Pho. Broth was a bit sweet but it wasn't overwhelming and I basically ate the whole bowl. Worth my money!

I love asian food of all kinds and this place delivered some serious flavor today. I had the rare…read moresteak and soft tendon pho today and it was amazing. The steak was thinly sliced and cooked perfectly and the soft tendon had so much flavor. The broth was seasoned great and with a little sriracha it opened up my sinuses really well. I also had an order of the fresh summer rolls and they are some of my favorite I've had. Fresh is the proper word for them. They'd make the Prince of Bel-Air proud. The staff was very friendly and personable even with a little bit of a language difference. The atmosphere was very laid back and there appeared to be a couple of regular customers in there too. I didn't try the bubble tea, but next time I go you can guarantee I'll be trying it to give me something sweet to contrast with my pho. Their portion sizes are nice as well. If you're in Lynchburg and you want legit Pho, you gotta check this place out. After typing all this out, I kinda wanna go back for seconds already... who's in with me??

This Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet is located in a relatively spacious building structure with…read morean extensive all-you-can-eat food items, including all types of chicken, beef, pork, fish, and seafood selections. Besides this, it has a small salad bar area, Hibachi area, Sushi area, and a very small dessert area with a selection of ice creams as well. The decor of the place is nothing fancy nor modernized and many of the furniture are a bit run down. The "make believe" what looks like a fountain, without water, in the entrance is nothing to brag about and the artwork on the wall look kind of cheap. As one enters the restaurant there is an order and pay counter where a person who seems like the manager gives you a warm greeting with a smile and efficiently takes your order, charges you and has one of the hosts take you to your booth. The price for the buffet is not too expensive and considering the large selection of food items available, this may be what continues to attract many people to eat at this place. We decided to eat here today because other buffets and opened restaurants around had a wait of more than an hour. Once you're seated at your booth, a server is assigned to bring you your drink and refills, and to remove your empty dishes once you finish eating what's on them. We had a very friendly and efficient young man who was always coming around to check on us with a smile and providing exceptional customer service. Now, if we talk about the food, which is the main reason one goes to a restaurant in the first place, leaves much to be desired. The quality of many of the items available is very poor and/or not cooked well. The turkey slices served were dry and not to fresh as well as many of the seafood items were lukewarm and not freshly served. The fried shrimps were crunchy and warm, however they were flat and not plumpy. The Sesame Chicken seemed to have more batter than meat. Even the squid looked and tasted cheap and was not warm. The Sushi Bar had a few variety of Suchi but they lacked craftsmanship. So much so that I didn't even dare to try one, and the employees working that station didn't encourage me either when they saw me there. In the Hibachi area, I noticed that the grill was not too cleanand the cook manding this area did not accommodate me when I asked if I could add two eggs to my items before he served them. If management addresses some of the above issues I mentioned, I think this Buffet restaurant will have a better chance to successfully grow its clientele and not lose many. I invite all of you reading my review to go experience for yourself if they have followed my recommendations, and this can only be done by trying you out.
