First of all. No joke, it was the worst pho my husband and I have ever had. We are pho lovers and just moved to the area. He loves trying out new places. The broth was completely watered down, absolutely no flavor. We also tried the "seafood pancake". The fish sauce that came with it was also watered down. I didn't finish my pho for the first time. Second of all. They added a dollar more to our tip total. If your customers took a copy of their receipt, it means they have a copy with their total. Such a gem in Enumclaw! Great tasting Pho and egg rolls. The portions are big and the prices are perfect. The restaurant itself is large, open, super well decorated and can easily accommodate large parties. The best thing about the place is the owners, it's a small Vietnamese family from Seattle that runs the joint and they are very very nice. It was 15min till close and they opened up the entire place my three friends and I, without hesitation and warm welcome. I'd definitely go here again. read more

Finally ethnic food in the claw! I really hope they are able to iron out the kinks.. was seated and not attended to. A couple seated 5 minutes after us were seated and ordered right after. After 15 minutes after our seating we were served water and the waitress walked away, without even asking if we were ready to order. Let alone not asked if we would like an alcoholic beverage and markups are what help restaurant revenue! Well, the food was phenomenal, best pho around period. And the service was inferior. I will come back, it's still new, possibly family owned.. maybe create a more designated job responsibility distinction would help. And take out may make the timing more efficient? Great place to go on cold days and you just want a bowl of Pho and even if it's a day that maybe a little warmer they got you covered with their vermicelli. Great food and people when you order over the phone and they tell you the estimated pick up time they aren't kidding. If they say 15 minutes they mean it I've even walked in a few minutes early and my order was being wrapped as I approached the counter. Great place for either dine in or pick up. Wow this is very good. We took our older daughter there and she loved it and thought it was very original; she eats Pho all the time. Our food tasted great, good menu and very clean place. I order the bun thit nuong and it's missing the Vietnamese herbs which brings out the flavor. when I order the Vietnamese combo I mention " dac biet" which is the original Vietnamese combo and it turned out to be a bunch of meat like chicken stuff in there and the bread quality looks like it's from Fred Meyers in the plastic bags in smaller bread size. I hate to say this but this isn't the authentic Vietnamese quality flavor. It's very simple and lack of flavor, This is the worst Vietnamese sandwich I ever had I end up throwing it away. The menu is simple and easy to read. There's not only Ph, but other rice plate options. I had the Combo, which had ox tail in it, yum! I ordered egg rolls and my guest had the pho enumclaw. I loved the dish I got here. It was some type of noodle bowl with pork. So yummy! It came with an egg role which was delicious and it is decently priced as well. The service was also fine. The atmosphere is where it can improve. It has a cold, dark feel to it and echos. The tables are metal which I am not a fan of, it just adds to the coldness. The girl on the phone was very courteous and helped me decide on a meal without me even looking at the menu. The restaurant staff was very friendly and I was immediately seated. Everything was perfect except..... Got in for lunch about 1:15 and there were a few tables with folks. Immediately impressed with cleanliness and light. Got my choice where to sit and was immediately brought water and menu. Ordered the usual, fresh rolls and pho. Rolls came out quickly. They were really good. These had plenty of grilled chicken and good peanut sauce accompanying. And they were pretty big, lots of grilled chicken. Pho arrived on cue and smelled great. The reason for a minus 1 star was the plate with the bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeno was a negative. Very poor basil sprig. 2 very little not fresh jalapeno slices. Bean sprouts were O K but not too many. And the lime wedge was dry. Even with that being the case the pho was very good. Great fragrant broth, plenty of meat and noodles. And a very large bowl and serving. Could real easy go 4 1/2 with a second visit determining 5 star status! read more

My wife and I went to town to eat out, no real plans, just wanted to stay away from the crowds and the typical places - try something special and different. We happened across this place by chance and decided to give it a try. (I am a meat eater typically, soups and foo foo tofu I avoid). I am really glad that we did! We had the shaken beef and dry chicken curry. Both the meats were cooked perfectly, very tender and flavorful. I have had alot of meals that rely on the spices and sauces to carry the meal, and over cook the meat a lot of times, but this restaurant did not, my wife is super picky and she was very impressed! The "shaken beef" was super tender and a high quality cut of meat so there was a fulfilling portion, just not as much as you would see in a teriyaki beef type meal. This is not a critique, just an observation and probably due to the cost of the high quality of beef used. The "dry chicken curry" on the other hand was a very generous portion, enough to take home for later. We are already planning on taking friends to show off this place and to try something different next time. Try it, you won't be disappointed! read more

Nicely laid out and contemporary pho/Vietnamese restaurant. The beef pho had the right balance of flavors: anise, cloves, onion. The spring rolls were well made and had the nice herb combination.
