The food quality and portions were great, my favorite dish at Vietnamese restaurants is the grilled marinated short ribs with broken rice. Fun fact: sriracha and hoisin are meant to be on the side to dip in, not poor into the broth. Also what makes me come back here is the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. The added crispy crunch on the inside makes these next level with the dark Romaine and just enough noodles to not overwhelm them like other places.
