First time visiting. I have being going to Pho Saigon on Mason for years so I am comparing Pho Queen to Pho Saigon. This place is as good and I recommend. For one who lives in Fulshear I will not be driving to Pho Saigon any more. I had their spring rolls with shrimp. Big and good. Had pho chicken medium size and it was plenty. Wife had the chicken rice plate and presentation was awesome taste was great.

Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Lunch Special

Have visited Pho Queen twice now and I haven't been let down. First visit of course had to go with the pho and I tried their combination with no tripe. Not a fan of tripe, texture maybe? Overall solid pho. Well priced and I couldn't find anything wrong. Still does not rank up there with Pho Dien or Pho Sapa (Bellaire location) but for Katy, I'll take it. Their Thai Tea tasted like an instant made version, skip it. On the second visit, I was amazed at their lunch special. You can get a rice or vermicelli bowl with chicken (or any other meat) which comes with either a fresh shrimp spring roll or soup. In the bowl you get fresh veggies and a fresh fish sauce. The soup is the pho broth just a heads up. Overall for the value, it was a ton of food, I was stuffed! Definitely worth the try if you come during lunch hours Monday, Wednesday-Friday. As a to-go item, I also got the beef banh mi. For what it's worth, I ate it like 5 hours later while on an airplane and it served justice. Good flavor, no frills. It's not super packed so don't be surprised. All things considered, we'll be back.

Was randomly in the area on a rainy day and decided to pop into this local place. I really liked the vibe inside. My beef pho was really yummy and hit the spot perfectly for my craving!

If they have price changes they should update the menu and tell the customer sad they rather lose a customer than be honest over 4 dollars

It doesn't bother me that it's semi-dimmed and small. The food made up for it even though my back was to the main entrance door. Good parking spaces. There was a waitlist but we didn't wait for over 30 minutes. Best bang for your buck AYCE sushi at $29.99/person and their menu is THICK. Even for someone who is used to sushi, it was overwhelming at first. The tablet made it easier to order without feeling so needy to the already-so-busy servers. Cheaper at lunch time but menu has less options, mainly no sashimi and only ice-cream as desserts. My favorites are chicken karaage, kanpachi sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, salmon sashimi, Cajun albacore sashimi, spider roll, Starbucks roll, baked green mussels, and their mochi (I got strawberry and mango). I got a lot more but those are my favorite and highly recommend for you to try. Final destination sushi rolls are majority of the people's favorite, including my server's. Eel sashimi is on a grill, which was surprising and good. Wasabi was lacking the spice and I'm not a fan of pink ginger but it's an AYCE so not complaining. What I do suggest you to do is to stay away from hot cheesecake and ice cream tempura. Unfortunately, they most likely use the same batter batch with their meats/seafood and they fry it with their seafood/meat oil so all you taste is mainly seafood, which is quite disgusting when you want your desserts to be desserts. I love seafood but that was gross. I still ate the insides. Overall, a solid restaurant for AYCE sushi. I like that the majority of their sushi rolls are half and they don't kill you with so much rice. Plus, you have an option to not get AYCE if you're not too hungry.

When ordering nigiri and rolls, be sure to ask for less rice b/c although the rice was cooked very well, the ratio of fish to rice was a little off. Service was okay, they did get hit with a big rush of customers after we sat down, so our server ended up forgetting a couple items. side note: idk if they can find a solution to this but the tablet that you order through is super bulky, heavy, and just took up a lot of space on an already small the table, which is kind of annoying for an ayce place. Maybe find some way to mount it on the table. Also, that sweet shrimp is just shrimp, we ordered thinking it was gonna be amaebi.

The weather will do whatever it will, but the menu remains seasonal with old favorites like the diced shrimp tempura (an absolute must), and new favorites. The fact that I could've been eating the broccoli katsu this entire time is absurd, and that white chili aioli can and should go on everything, especially the shrimp tempura. Quality remains consistent across the board and freshness was tasted at first bite of every dish. Service was great! Water was refilled without having to glance around, and though I couldn't get a midori sour today, my modified torched Paloma had the exact level of sweetness I wanted. As obvious as the casual polish present is, Tobiuo is such an approachable, welcoming establishment. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, allergies are even asked upfront so the meal can be appropriately modified, and the 2 - 5 pm happy hour menu is nothing to scoff at.

The service was wonderful and everything came out quickly. I tried the oysters which were my least favorite out of everything I tried. The onions take away the flavor of the oysters. Then I tried the unagi sushi and that one was okay it tasted like some other sushi rolls I've had. It was good it just didn't stand out. Then I tried the brown sugar scallops which the scallops are a big size and in like a thick soup like cream. It reminded me of clam chowder. I don't know if I would order it again but it is worth a try. I tried the foie gras and this was torched and I loved the texture where it melted in my mouth. However, the flavors were a bit weird I guess they're going for a fruity flavor but it just doesn't work together especially the dried strawberry on top. I tried the tomato kanapaccio and that one was good for a vegetable. I thought that blended well with all of the flavors. Then my favorite was the hamachi kosho it's spicy from the Serrano peppers but that kick is just what I needed in a hamachi. My next favorite was the miso cod. The miso cod had some bones in it but the fish was so soft and practically fell off the bone. The Brussel sprouts were good as well. It didn't stand out but it just tasted like other places nothing special. I also tried the sashimi belly flight, bluefin flight, and salmon flight. You can get these in nigiri with but I believe you get fewer slices(3 or 2) The belly flight was my favorite. It had 3 different fishes and my favorite on that spread was the o toro. The quality of the fish were tasty it didn't really have any flavors on it so do not expect a flavored fish this is just sashimi.

Service and food are great! We had the pleasure of having the owner served us. He's very accommodating and attentive. That's why we figured out he's the owner. He confirmed it when hubby asked him. They have one of the best Thai Curry Shrimps we've tasted. You can really taste the coconut milk and curry. The sauce is creamy. I had the General Tso's which is pretty good, and Sesame chicken to go for our daughter. She said it's really good as well. Hubby and I shared the Shaggy dog roll. We really liked it. Except for the shrimp curry, the rest we've tried are pretty standard Chinese food with very nice plating. The overall dining experience though is simply amazing! Their menu is accompanied with vivid pictures and they enclosed their professionally done brochures in their to go bag. Additionally, I noticed the owner is acutely aware of customers coming in for their pickups. He immediately politely cut our conversation whenever customers come in, unlike other restaurants who's staff seemed to not care that we're there to give them business. We didn't know they have lunch special from 11-3 pm when we went there for the first time. It's such a good deal: It comes with Crab Rangoon (so delicious with their red sauce), and your choice of soup. Hubby is not fond of soups but he loved his Hot and sour soup. Their Wonton soup is also delectable. We got a full meal to go for our daughter and it's pretty big. Check them out folks!

Service was spot on, quick, and we got our food in what felt like maybe a few minutes. We started off with pork dumplings for the kiddo, which he INHALED in moments. For entrees, we split the orange chicken and the Spicy/Numbing Pot. The orange chicken was spot on. The sauce was sweet but not painfully sweet or thick/clumpy. Really nice orange flavor and tender chicken. So much fun eating it since it is gluten free! Our kiddo also devoured this dish! Mild - not spicy at all! The Spicy Numbing Pot, while a little oily/greasy on the bottom, was still delicious! I appreciated that it wasn't knock your socks off spicy - it had a solid kick, and so flavorful. I love eating dishes with Sichuan Pepper; it has a lot of flavor, and the tingling is so much fun. This dish was perfect with some rice, and it wasn't too heavy for the middle of the day. The prices were really reasonable, and there was enough food for leftovers which we ate later that night. Our only regret is not getting the duck appetizer, but we will be sure to get it next time. We can't wait to go back, and Tiger Noodle will happily be in regular rotation for our family! You can't go wrong!
