Vietnamese coffee
Angeline T.

The Vietnamese coffee was the best I've ever had. Great price. The staff was so kind & quick.

Spicy noodles

Food is amazing! I will definitely be going back. I ordered the spicy noodles and the beef pho and it was delicious.

N2- combo fried ramen! (We had already mixed it up, but it came very pretty!)

We love this place! Great owners, who pride themselves on their food! Super friendly staff! The spring rolls are made fresh to order!

Flank Pho

This was a great place we found while being in Hinesville. The owner is so nice and friendly and recommends items and how to eat them. The chili oil is perfect to season the pho. Love you can order ala cart noodles, veggies or meats to add. Everything was really fresh and fast. Highly recommend!!

Good place to eat. Don't think just come. The Pho soup was delicious and the ramen just a bit spicy for my liking but still I ate it all.

Not good anymore like it used to be. The soup had no flavor. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were super salty.

Saigon Pho is honestly a really good find, especially for Brunswick. The pho broth is rich and…read moreflavorful, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh and made with care. It's definitely more of a small, family-run spot than a trendy restaurant, but that's part of the charm. The service is great and they cook everything fresh. For a town like Brunswick, having pho this authentic and consistently good is kind of a hidden gem.

I wanted to like this place so badly based off of the reviews and there being limited pho…read morerestaurants around. The owner is very friendly but the Pho is unfortunately the worst I've ever had (I've had pho more times than I count across more than 7 different states) and our experience, aside from our interaction with the owner, was subpar. To start, the restaurant itself is very hot, no AC, just fans. The walls and tables were dirty and greasy. Looks like a hole in the wall place, which gave me hope that the pho would taste authentic but I was severely mistaken. Also, because of the no AC they had the doors open which led to flies landing on our food and water as well as being splashed by the pouring rain coming into the restaurant. Our waitress did not pay much attention to us and when asking her the difference between some of the pho options she said "I don't know because there's nothing on the menu that I like" LOL she also complained that the owner was "cheap" when explaining that they don't have an ice machine and she would have to crush up ice in a towel using a hammer. Anyway, my husband and I were willing to overlook all of this if the Pho was worth it. We both got the Pho Bo (beef noodle soup) and he got his spicy. If you've never had authentic pho, you might like it. However, if you've have good Pho before, you will most likely not enjoy this. It was the blandest greasiest broth I had ever had. It didn't even taste like pho. At all the pho restaurants I've ever been to, they provide extra garnishes like lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts etc. We did not get anything other than the limes I asked for my water because they didn't have lemon. They didn't even give us spoons for the broth, I had to ask for them. Both my husband and I ate less than half of our small bowls before we decided to just leave. It's a shame because the owner is incredibly friendly but we will not be returning.

Luckily we got in there right before skies opened up and we stayed just long enough for the rain to stop. Whether you're escaping a storm or not, this should be on your must-go list for a quick lunch in Savannah. As others have mentioned, you order on a screen and pay right there so it's super fast and simple. We ordered the pork belly bowl and an order of the pork fresh rolls. First off, these rolls are twice the size you're used to and could be a meal on their own. We split everything since we weren't starving and we didn't even finish rice bowl. The rolls were super fresh and the pork was so tender. I hate when you get pork belly and it's all fatty, but not here. Every bite was crunchy and juicy inside. Really great flavors on everything here... I wish I had a place like this down the street from because I would go all the time.

They were what I was used to and they were on the small side, but I ordered them anyway and upon me sandwich with pork in it the sauce for the spring rolls was good that's about it. The bunny could've been really good. had they chopped up the pork instead of putting big chunks of it in there ruined the whole sandwich it appears they make their own bread which is a plus if I ever win again. I would order on me without any meat and put some sides of other things in there, but we won't go back.

From the cleanliness of the restaurant,…read moreto the friendly and excellent service I recieved and the tastiness of the food served with fresh ingredients... which is very important in true Vietnamese cuisine. They label phô as "noodle soup" on their menu and unlike the many other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to in my lifetime, I can genuinely appreciate a menu like this one where they break down every ingredient for you and label their dishes in simple words that are easier to read and pronounce. My mother-in-law took me here today to eat a late lunch and I couldn't be more thankful because it truly hit the spot and fulfilled my curiosity about the place. Everything we ordered was delivered in a timely manner with a smile. As someone who has been eating Vietnamese food since I was a child growing up during my summers in NYC, I had high expectations and the meatball phô was superb and the spring roll appetizer was delicious! I definitely plan on coming back in the future and trying more on their menu.

The food came out piping hot and fresh. Both dishes were tasty and reasonably nice portions. The Pad See Ew did not have a lot of pork, however it was fresh and good flavor. I ordered medium spicy and it came out perfect. The Basil ground pork dish had a lot of green beans and not much of the basil flavor I expected but it was fresh and flavorful. I would probably hold the green beans next time but that's my preference. Overall, everything was very good and hit the spot. I would like to try some other dishes next visit. I would give it a strong 4.2 if I could rate in between 4 and 5. Also note our service was excellent and the server made numerous visits to check on us. Thanks

I always get the Spicy Lemongrass Noodles (baseline usually not very spicy- you can add table side spices to your liking). They vary a little year to year but I always enjoy them. Cold air inside, waters stayed full, but it can be fairly noisy depending who you're sat next to and how busy the place is. Tables can be a bit tight for a couple as you'll only get a 2 top (they get busy and need to save the larger tables for bigger parties). We were able to order before the 10 top next to us, so our food came out super fast! (Yay!!) Could use two bathrooms though, the one they have is large but when they are packed it can be quite a wait. Lots of metered street parking on Broughton and nearby streets. We'll be back again!

Makes it fun to try dishes from different locations, especially for those unfamiliar with Asian cuisine. Very pricey menu. Pad Thai 2.5/5 could have had way more flavor and had zero spice, and they didn't ask if we wanted a spice level at all. Flavor came out once chili sauce was added. Red spicy noodles were spicy and yummy! 5 spice BBQ pork plate was super flavorful, loved this dish! Lychee sake martini just tasted like lychee juice which was great. They also add in 2 lychees to eat/garnish! A good spot, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't come back, there was nothing wrong with the place, just nothing exceptional.

We tried their PHO and PAD THAI dishes --- both excellent --- as were the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The offerings via the menu present a more diverse and broader range of foods --- more South East Asian overall. What we find odd is the ratings attributed to the former Saigon Bistro are attributed to this new restaurant. This is confusing. The good news is we find the offerings here, in our limited experience, to be excellent. Highly recommended.

I find it nice and comforting when it is clear that many other patrons to a small restaurant are obviously regulars. There wouldn't be regulars if a place wasn't good! That said, my meal was mostly kind of meh. I got the Vietnamese crepe, which is more like an omelet, and I think I just ordered something that didn't hit my palate right. My guy was happy with his meal (pho), but I found mine a little bland and wanting. I am sure other things would have been better, I just chose the wrong thing to order. Service was pretty good and I can see this as being a solid, every day lunch spot for folks in the area.
