Singapore noodles with shrimp
Michael M.

Decent place for a good lunch. Interior decor pretty basic as an Asian restaurant, and there was plenty of seating. You order at the counter and pay first. The wall has pictures of the various dishes you can order, plus there's a menu on the counter. I enjoyed the Singapore noodles with shrimp. The vermicelli noodles were seasoned well with the curry, and the 10 shrimp served hot were also tasty. Just a right amount of heat/spice. Just wish there were more veggies than onions. It was pretty no frills here, but the food was good. I'd try something different next time.

This is the entree labeled F2 on the menu. Mild Singapore stir fried noodles and shrimp, with the house made white sauce.

I love Eastern Noodle! I go to the nearby college do it's a nice place to pop in at lunch. For a cheap lunch I usually get the egg drop soup with Crab Rangoon or Stuffed Shrimp, but if I have the money I get the F2, which is the Singapore style noodles and shrimp. The owners are both from Hong Kong and are super duper sweet. Charlie cooks in the back and his wife Ruby runs the front. If you come in often like I do they remember your order. I know one of the reviews said it was bland...some of the dishes are but I know with the noodles I get you can ask for them without spices or ask for it to be mild or very spicy. The first time I didn't specify and they were very spicy- granted I have very sensitive taste buds but I always ask for it to be mildly spiced. Overall it's a great space with unique food. The atmosphere is nice during the lunch rush but kind of awkward if you're there alone. I definitely recommend it!

Service was awful! The lady was so rude. Rushed us out and copped an attitude. Will not be returning to eat at this place ever.

These folks serve the absolute best Asian food in Brunswick. Open from 11am to 8:30 pm every day except Sunday. Very nice people too!

The menu is pretty limited, but the food was pretty decent. It's decent for americanized chinese food.

These rolls were one of my favorite parts of my whole meal. I would order them every single time. I appreciate the freshness of each of the dishes. The vegetables are just over el dente. So much flavor in every single bite! The chicken larb was well seasoned. It came out on lettuce instead of the menu mentioned cabbage but it made it more of a salad. I didn't mind because it tasted wonderful. The spice level here is to be respected. I went with a 3 on all of my dishes and it was plenty hot. The server also brought us a spice tray which had 3 different items to choose from. I added some of the Thai chili sauce with fish oil. Deep and funky it adds another layer to an already delicious dish. Service was friendly. This place gets busy and food sometimes comes out a little slow. Be patient and respect the process. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious. * Our serve was attentive but not over burdening. I actually ended up going there twice this week- once for lunch and once for dinner. For lunch I had their Bombay chicken salad where the chicken is curried and on top of a cabbage slaw with a bright citrus vinaigrette. 3 small pieces of flatbread accompanied the salad along with a Fruit chutney that tasted like apple pie. I ordered an additional side of flatbread which came warm and was quite good with the chutney. The curry chicken is outstanding so I was tempted to have it for dinner later that week but decided to try their Bahamian curry which was excellent- a bowl of rice with curried chicken, sweet potato and kale. My husband had the special which was Mahi mahi Marsala and he raved about it. If that is on the menu next time I will definitely get it. The restaurant knows how to spice their food so definitely check it out. They do not take reservations but turnover seems to be pretty quick particularly at lunch.

Haha it was sitting up on the sushi bar counter the whole time too. Very strange...the waitress passed it several times. The whole menu except for drinks and some specialty items are included. You can order whatever you want and as much as you want and they bring it out on giant platters. Just make sure you finish whatever you order! Otherwise there's a surcharge. We enjoyed appetizers first (gyoza, spring rolls, wings and shrimp tempura). Then we ordered two heaping portions of sushi and a beef udon dish. We finished up with ice cream and a donut each. It was $207 worth of food (we calculated) that we ate for under $100 before tip for the three of us. Definitely worth it. The food was generally quality and delicious. The specialty rolls were particularly good. We loved being able to order the individual nigiri. Regularly, these go for a few dollars for 2, but in this case we could just order whatever we wanted. The eel was our favorite nigiri and the dragon rolls were our favorite sushi rolls. We enjoyed mixing the donut into the vanilla ice cream for a hot and cold dessert. Lunch would be an excellent choice if we get a chance as it's significantly less expensive for what, at first glance, looks like the same menu. We'll definitely come back, and soon!
