The first time I visited, I only tried the egg rolls. The next time I visited, I had the spicy chicken pho and egg rolls to go. I didn't realize they didn't take Apple Pay, so I had to leave and get cash. Be sure to come ready with cash or card. You will have a wait, as all of the food is cooked to order. If you're in a time crunch, call ahead. The business is typically a 1-2 man show. The owner is typically cooking, serving and cashing you out. It is well worth the wait

We try to not go too much because we want it to be our special treat. We love the rich Phos and the yummy sandwich and shrimp egg roll. It's one of the few places we look forward to going. The owner is so friendly and nice, always treats us so well. We always take some home.

Holy crap, this place is amazing. They give you free water bottles. If you're a tourist in the area, then you know what a blessing this is since most restaurants there (and the Golden Isles) provide tap water that tastes like sewage. The Pho Dac Biet was - hands down - the best pho I've ever had. The broth had a rich and deep flavor. We also ordered the Bun Ga Nuong Xa. The chicken in it was a bit too hard, but the vermicelli was cooked to perfection and the dish had a wonderful lemongrass flavor. Best of all, the owner/chef is such a sweet man. While the wait may be long, you won't be disappointed at this hole-in-the-wall.

Reminds me of typical dining in SE Asia....what that means is free table (claim it), sauces/napkins/chopsticks/spoons in a bucket at the table, and you call for waiter/order. I loved it. Pho was really rich (not a bad thing at all). Spring rolls were ginormous and tasty. Special Pho has tripe rather than tendon so be prepared...but it was cooked really well. I only wish they had basil on the veggie tray that comes with all Pho orders. **Note: portions are "southern sized" which means a medium is bigger than a large and a small is a medium if you're from anywhere else in the country. I add that only to help customers understand price vs portion size. Trust me it's a great deal**

Craving pho and we stopped for a bite to eat. The man here does it all! Please be patient it was good and served plenty:)

Understand this, owner prepares all of the food himself. You will probably wait a bit. Do not go if you are in a hurry. Go because his food is delicious and worth the wait. I have been going for years. I do not care how long he takes. Most people who are regulars say the same thing. The best Pho ever.

Local place off the highway (a few lights) in a strip mall. So, decour isn't amazing and the gentleman working was both cook and waiter. He was working hard. Quite a nice fellow. I had the Beef dish (R3) served with rice or Com Chien Bo Luc Lac. The seasoning on the beef was tasty and I was surprised with the fresh vegetables. It was a very solid 3 (3+?) stars. If you are hungry for something different off exit 38, give it a try.

Got three orders (six pieces total) of their shrimp and pork summer rolls and you can tell that it was made fresh and tastes so good!!!! The basil and cilantro leaves are so fresh and a little bit on the healthy side too, I highly recommend. Will try again and again!

Not so great experience, everything is just so so, not great, not bad, in average. The soup is kinda blank, not so tasty, won't be back!

The food came out piping hot and fresh. Both dishes were tasty and reasonably nice portions. The Pad See Ew did not have a lot of pork, however it was fresh and good flavor. I ordered medium spicy and it came out perfect. The Basil ground pork dish had a lot of green beans and not much of the basil flavor I expected but it was fresh and flavorful. I would probably hold the green beans next time but that's my preference. Overall, everything was very good and hit the spot. I would like to try some other dishes next visit. I would give it a strong 4.2 if I could rate in between 4 and 5. Also note our service was excellent and the server made numerous visits to check on us. Thanks

Pair it with the cheapest quality of rice on the market (Uncle Ben?). Call it Panang curry. I had to throw it away, and for me to throw away food it must be absolutely stomach-turning. The young lady at the register had a slight accent, and in order to do pleasant small talk I asked her where she was from, having an accent myself. I thought we may be from the same country. She said she could not reveal private information. That was absolutely weird, also considering that customers receipts, including their signatures and how much they tipped, are pasted by the register. An absolute and far more serious violation of customers' privacy. But, if we stick to the food only, it's an absolutely must avoid. Minus 10 stars. That bad and worse.

The edamame seemed as though it had been cooked earlier and simply reheated before being served. The sushi rolls appeared hastily assembled, and the avocado was overly mushy. The spicy tuna roll was unusual, consisting of plain tuna with sriracha drizzled on top rather than a traditional spicy tuna mixture. The California roll was generic and forgettable. The Philly roll was the best item we tried, but the smoked salmon tasted as though it may not have been at its freshest. Service was acceptable--nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. Unfortunately NOBODY came to take any order for almost 20 minutes and this was after we alerted the host. Overall the food was great, but the service was so bad. The server blamed it on the kitchen, but the place was not busy when we arrived and maybe the kitchen would not be backed up if the servers took care of their tables in a timely manner. My husband had been wanting to try this place for a while, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is dimly lit, intimate, and incredibly romantic... even though we brought our 10-year-old daughter along with her tablet. lol. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The menu is unique and thoughtfully curated, but they were kind enough to make an off-menu lemon butter penne for our daughter, which she happily devoured. My husband and I shared the whole fried branzino, and it was the star of the meal...perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside, and incredibly fresh. We paired it with a Caesar salad, which was simple and delicious. For drinks, I enjoyed a refreshing rosé while my husband ordered the Blood Orange Martini. Both were excellent and complemented the meal perfectly. The highlight of the evening, though, was our server, James. He brought such fun, positive energy to the table. We joked around with him throughout the night, and every time he stopped by to check on us, we found ourselves laughing. Service like that makes a great meal even more memorable. If you're looking for a romantic dinner spot with exceptional food, creative cocktails, and genuinely outstanding service, Sunday Sunday is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

During my first visit, I stopped in on my lunch break to place an order. From the moment I walked in, the initial interaction felt uneasy--there seemed to be confusion or hesitation in how I was greeted, and while I waited for my food, I didn't feel particularly welcomed sitting in the lobby area. On my second visit, I dined in. While eating, a manager began sweeping and cleaning very closely around my table, including using cleaning products nearby. What stood out to me was that other guests seated in a nearby section were not approached in the same way, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and distracting while trying to enjoy my meal. On my third visit, while ordering, I selected a dish I was familiar with and excited to try. However, I was repeatedly questioned about my choice and encouraged to order something more "basic." When my food arrived, I was only given a fork, and when I requested chopsticks, I was asked if I was sure I needed them. Throughout the meal, there were additional comments that made it feel as though my preferences and familiarity with the cuisine were being second-guessed. Individually, these moments might seem small, but across multiple visits, they created a pattern that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Because of this, I've decided not to return. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to reflect on how all guests are made to feel in your space

The takeout was neatly packaged and deconstructed (I just got the pho tai), and you put it together at home. It was quite good! Fast forward when pandemic started to let up and the tables were out and you could eat in. Wow, well the eat-in experience was just way more enjoyable. But I really just enjoyed ordering food at sitting for a change. The workers are super nice and accommodating. It gets busy here at times! And no surprise... as the only pho business in town! Now is it the best pho I've ever had? No, but it is quite good and I'm not going to be picky! They have the basics plus some. Wish they had the coconut juice and smoothies, but I rather have the good food. We come here almost weekly, if not more! Warning however, don't expect big city cheaper prices. This is the only pho in town and they charge in line with it. What we order for 2 adults and a kid is *almost* twice what we'd pay even in CT. But it's good enough to warrant it. If there's ever another decent pho place that comes to Bluffton however, it might be beneficial competition for diners. A big draw... their pork dumplings are AMAZING!! My daughter and husband loves them so much, they insist on their own appetizer each. They are so well crisped all around and just so tasty. Definitely recommend! Also, I always end get their regular beef pho (pho tai) and we get my daughter the chicken on broken rice. (Oddly it's not actually on the menu, but they have it). It's like sliced up thin chicken in a delicious seasoning that's sweet but also a tiny bit of a kick. My daughter hates spicy but still eats this! It comes with a sweet sauce (one similar to the kind that you pour on a bun (noodle) salad dish), and my daughter likes to dip the chicken slices in it. I keep thinking I'd branch out to try other dishes, so maybe I will eventually! If you are hungry for pho, or some other great dishes, definitely come here!
