Chef Son turned me on to Vietnamese food at his old restaurant- but his new place should be much better for him. Glad to see such a quality place in Brunswick. Tonight I had the Spicy Beef Pho - it was fantastic! At first I thought it was going to be too spicy, but I kept craving more. When I finally finished it, my belly was quite happy and my sinuses are drained! Definitely going back for more. read more

This place doing racist to same culture as an Asian. This restaurant being nasty and curse and yell at me as an Asian. First, when I got in store he did some nasty action and asking me am I a Vietnamese? I wonder why he asked. He is still việtnamese. When I order food together with my friend. He keep being nasty. I and my friend paid and about to leave. Then I wanted to get sauce. When i asked him he yell and being aggressive to me. What he said is that he hating an Asian and does not want to sell food for me. I said if you don't want to sell, then tell me in the beginning so I would get out. So he keeping being aggressive so I returned food and wanted my money back. He said no and start a fighting and verbal abuse. Then my friend called police came over to solve the problem. This is the owner problem. This country is not allowed for racism and no matter color you are. You need to be treated in the right way. If the restaurant does not want to sell food for aiSan or any color of your skin then put notice in the front door. So people won't come. Don't let people come in to buy and take their money then curse and racism on people. What I am saying here that people racist each other even they do not know where they come from. Same color same skin but different is their own a stupid mind. They think they racism same color will make them same side with other of color or they will prove they are different/stand out. Think about it! This is bad experience I got in the Sai gon Pho @ GA Their food look not good if compare with others. Do not come to this place and get bad service not even a good place to eat. I know people do not care bcuz that is not their business. But I have to let people know so people in other state won't come in this restaurant to get bad experience like i did read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all we ordered Pho,BBH and com tam suon bi cha. It took almost an hour for us to get our food. When we got our food they used the wrong noodle for the BBH. Then they gave me a plate of just rice and 2 pork chops. When we asked where the rest of the stuff was the owner got defensive and started cussing at us. We decided not to eat but to still pay for the waters that we did order. Order started cussing at us in Vietnamese and tried to fight me. Would not recommend read more

Food - 5/5. The banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) was incredible. The outside of the bread was crunchy, and the inside was soft. I took a bite in the car and ended up finishing it by the time I got home. Delicious! COVID precautions - 1/5. I ordered takeout but noticed that neither the chef nor the waiter wore a mask. I did not see any hand sanitizer available. Service - 5/5. The owner is super nice, and I can tell he works hard. I placed a takeout order over the phone and had to wait a bit for them to make the food once I got there, but they were thoughtful enough to offer me water as I waited. TLDR: The food was amazing, but I'm sad to say that I will not be coming back during COVID due to the lack of precautions. read more

Saigon Pho - The egg roll was the best I ever had!!!! The flavor in the Pho was amazing. I will be back!!!!!! - Vietnamese Near Me - Brunswick, Georgia

I have to say that I totally underestimated this place, but once I tried it I was very happy I did. The Fried Egg Rolls are great they remind me of one of my favorite restaurants from San Antonio, TX. The House Special Fried rice is also great and a must try! The Spicy Beef Soup is a sure pick as well, very flavorful and has just the right amount of spice to it. The only con if any would be that their isn't any free refills for the drinks. All in all I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try out their food. read more

We found this place while we were driving back to DC from Florida. As a pho lover, this place has one of the best pho in the States. We first ordered a large spicy soup noodle, a large special soup noodle, and a to go. The special soup noodle was too good so we ordered an order small special soup noodle ! Highly recommend this place read more

Everything about Saigon Pho is great!! The man who runs the shop does it all (so be patient if it's busy) - he's your server, your chef, your cashier, and busser and does a great job managing all the different parts of his restaurant. The food is excellent, tasty broth in the pho, GREAT bahn mi sandwich, and the fresh and fried spring rolls are outta this world bomb - I recommend adding a touch of the housemade hot sauce if you can handle it ;) Oh, and do yourself a favor and order a Vietnamese iced coffee If you're wondering if you should visit or if you're debating branching out to try worldly cuisines, look no further and support this man's small business dream!!! read more

There are a few Pho options in Brunswick. This one is pretty good but a little oily, still delicious though. When I came in there was only one man running the restaurant. He was making the food, preparing it, taking orders, waiting on tables, and ringing people up, he was doing it all! He does a great job running the place. read more

Awesome Pho!! Spot on! From the broth to the noodles flavorful & tasty. Travel I95 quite frequently found this little gem a while back and make a point of stopping in Brunswick just to eat here. Very sweet man always has the food bagged and waiting read more

I'm not from the Brunswick area but next time I'm heading to Florida, I will definitely make a point to stop here. My bf and I shared the egg rolls (super good) and we each got pho. He loved the rare beef and I had the spicy pho. Y'all, the spicy was SO good and flavorful but they are not messing around when they say spicy! Like another reviewer said, at first bite I thought it would be too spicy but I found myself craving the flavor after each bite. I ordered the small and it was more than enough for me and my bf had the medium and finished mine off. Also, the owners were super nice. Will be back again! read more

Saigon Pho - Spicy Noodle Soup--they are not playing around when they say it's spicy but it was SO flavorful and delicious! - Vietnamese Near Me - Brunswick, Georgia

Left this place feeling full of everything my soul needed Pro tip- don't come if you're starving, you may experience some hanger. It's a little slow but, that's because everything is cooked to order and there's usually only one or two people working. Man oh man is it worth it!!!!!!! read more

Quality, authentic, Vietnamese food in a humble yet bright and cheerful strip-mall space near the mall at Brunswick. The man and his family who own the restaurant are very friendly and nice, although when I asked for a glass of water one woman became very confused, instead bringing me first bottled water, then hot water, then after much discussion back and forth finally cold water in a glass with ice--which is what I desired. However, aside from all that, the food--a summer roll and pho with meatballs--was quite good. I've eaten a lot of Viet cuisine and cook it some at home, and this measured up as authentic and flavorful to me. My only real complaint was that service was, even beyond that one waitress, slightly confused and spotty, but overall the quality of the food certainly made up for that. Prices are reasonable, but not dirt-cheap, either. read more

Great pho although service is a little slow. I wouldn't be in a hurry if you want to try this place out. Pho is pretty authentic although I didn't care for the meatballs. Otherwise, I would recommend for Vietnamese Pho. read more

Great food and awesome owner! Loved the music and live footages of Vietnam on big screen.

We went there for lunch today. I guess it's coz of the best review (like me). There were many people there. But the restaurant owner did not know how to run the business. Wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to appear at the table. Wait for at least one hour for the food (just noodle soup). Many people left coz can't wait anymore. They didn't have time to take care of all customers but I saw one of them had time to take the pictures (may want to show social that they are busy). When my food came, the noodle is not well cooked (still hard inside) and wrong order with size of the bowl. I usually order small bowl and I cannot finish it. Today, I ordered small bowl but got medium bowl which I am they did because I could finish their medium bowl. Pro: taste good, free bottled water Con: small portion, very slow service read more

If you have eaten at the old place then you already know Mr. Sun has a leg up above all other Vietnamese places in town. The new location has the space enough for 12 tables and booths. One flat screen TV hanging amidst a lime green interior. He's got a server and a waiter out front, while he's got kitchen duties in the back. The food is worth the wait but be sure you have enough time to dine here. They still have some areas to work out with respect to speed and efficiency. But then again, there are many many places if you want fast food or your food done fast. A few extra minutes of wait isn't a problem with this eater at this place. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was tops. For an entree I had the vermicelli with sliced pork also very good. They also offer a variety of different juices and Asian drinks as well. All they need is to add boba and they might be unstoppable. Recommend this as a legit Vietnamese place and will return. read more

I'm not going to lie I found the perfect place for me to get some good pho. Got the spicy udon shrimp and beef and I forgot what the other one is but here you guys go with some pictures. I also got spring rolls which looked so good and tasted good I didn't snatch a picture!! read more

Stopped by this little gem after touring a bit of Brunswick since we will be moving here soon due to work. Coming from Jax, there's a wide variety of Vietnamese/Pho spots there so I was pleasantly surprised to find a pho spot here in Brunswick. We were greeted by a gentleman who seemed to be the owner as well as the only one running it. We were still served in a decent amount of time, even though he was the lone soldier doing it all (serving, cooking, running the register). There were about 4 other couples in the restaurant eating that seemed to be regulars so you know that's always a good sign. I ordered the medium beef pho and my husband got the medium seafood pho along with spring rolls and iced Vietnamese coffee. Everything was priced less than $10 each for what we ordered. I know I will be coming back again as Pho is one of my favorite foods and the service was great. read more

Here for work in boondocks took 45 minutes for PHO? Annoying when you get appetizers 1 minute before the Pho shows up.. The broth was absolutely the worst I've tasted in any place I've tried sweet with strange flavor. The meat was terrible. Ive been to places 20 times busier and got my soup consistently less than 10 minutes. First time in 35 years where a Pho establishment didn't have jalapeño peppers or Thai Basil . read more

I heard about this place at my nail salon, I seen their menu/brochure which was loaded with options. So we went, and were given a menu half the size with limited options. The food we ordered was however delicious, very authentic and was served quickly. It was a little inconvenient because they did not have a high chair so I had to hold my 1 year in my lap while trying to eat noodles, it wasn't easy but we managed. Overall it was great, the owner was friendly and gave suggestions to us. read more

My only issue was that the waiter did not speak a lick of English, but hey I know so many places are short staffed, so I'll give them a pass on that.
