What a find in a little strip mall in Brunswick Georgia! Delicious, fresh tasting Vietnamese food. Run by a charming couple who do all the cooking. Even gave us complementary bottles of water to go. We had the special noodle soup which includes rare steak, brisket and meatballs. Also had an order of eggrolls which could be a meal in themselves. Hands down the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner who is from Vietnam and visits regularly. He is a very nice man and he is the one who prepares the food to a high standard of authenticity and quality. We visited here yesterday for a late lunch, and the food was simply outstanding! We had 2 orders of spring rolls (each order is 2 spring rolls), a bahn mi sandwich, and a large bowl of seafood Phở. The spring rolls were stuffed to the bursting point with fresh shrimp, smoked pork, fresh veggies and the dipping sauce was fabulous. I had never before had a Bánh mì - the bread was super fresh and the ingredients mixed flavors in a delicious way. Finally, the seafood Phở , which was deeply rich and wonderfully flavored. The worst part of this visit was the mess I made while slurping up the remarkable soup. I don't know or care how he makes this, but however it's done, I hope he never changes it!! read more

This is easily my favorite place for Vietnamese in Brunswick and one of my favorite Pho places ever. The old location was excellent but it is great to see the restaurant up and running in a newly renovated space. The restaurant is clean, service is very friendly and most importantly the food is delicious. I recommend the Rare Beef Pho, but there are no bad options on the menu. read more

I'm currently here. Actually I've been here. Let's back up I got here almost an hour ago and immediately ordered my food. Same thing I get at every pho restaurant I've ever been to. Hands down the best "in country" and OCONUS PHO I've ever had and I've been all over the Far East and lived in Japan and visited Thailand and Vietnam many times. The broth, fresh vegetables, and thinly cut pieces of beef melt in your mouth. There are 3 serving sizes small, medium and large. The large was stocked plentifully with noodles, veggies and beef. Stopped by here in the way to Tampa for dinner. Good Pho. Banh Mi is ok. They had rice and grilled pork but didn't order. Other items we wanted were not available for order. Service is slow since only the husband and wife was working. Oh no AC but the place had plenty of fans running. read more

This is hidden gem. We found it out during our road trip and it was absolutely an amazing surprise. The location is very convenient from the main free way. The Phở is super super good. Wayyyss beyond our expectation. The best Phở ever on the east coast. Much much much better than all the Phở at reputable restaurants. We arrived a minute before closing and the owner still cooked the Phở for us. He absolutely cooked with love! We were so lucky! We were the last customers of the day so we were able to have some conversations with the owner. He was the one-man show: the chef, the waiter, the busboy... Such a hard worker. Beyond our imagination!! How could one person possibly be able to do all these work and cook so many different dishes!! He has been looking to hire for help and just seemed to struggle to find people who wanted to work in restaurant industry. We are thankful that the owner has been working really hard to maintain the restaurant for the past 25 years and especially over the pandemic for us to have the opportunity to try his foods. The menu may take a minute to understand and work through, but it's well worth it. Pho and vermicelli rice noodles are the bomb!

Very decent pho in town! Was there couple of weeks ago and the signature pho is pretty authentic. The only thing was it was a really hot day and the ac was not turned on but only the fans and the main entrance door was opened. It was difficult to dine-in a hot noodle soup in a warm setting.
