Best Pho in the area. Food and service are top notch. Small place but never waited. Besides the pho, spring rolls with peanut sauce and the bahn mi on warmed bread. You leave here feeling good and not weighed down from a heavy meal. They also have a food challenge as well!

The vermicelli was so good. We ordered it with the pork and I loved it. The pho was good, but it could have had some more flavor. I really enjoyed the summer rolls. It had a tasty peanut sauce with it. Everything was a good serving size.

Savoring a bowl of pho at Pho Lucky--the most authentic in Detroit! The broth is incredibly fresh and flavorful, bursting with rich, aromatic spices and a perfect balance of herbs. Comfort food at its finest!

The Pho Lucky restaurant chain never disappoints. For $13, the deal is too good. The meat is always good, & the size of the regular bowl is more than enough for 1 person. I asked for extra green onion & cilantro & they followed through! The store is small but it's clean & the people who work there are very nice.

The large bowls of pho are huge, for $14! I thought the broth was just okay. I've had more flavorful pho elsewhere. Our server was a super nice young man, he was great.

I stop by today for the first time and I ordered the rare steak pho takeout. As soon as I walked in the door that beautiful aroma of this classic dish surround your senses. I was super hungry so I'm sure that helped. When I got home I unpacked my order. I arranged everything in a large bowl and layered in all of the additions that you would expect such as bean sprouts, onions, noodles, fresh lime. First I tasted just the broth and oh my. How delicious. Maybe the best I've ever had. I really enjoyed my food and I can't wait to go back. The inside is clean and modest. My takeout was ready in maybe five minutes, very fast. Very friendly folks here. The outside of the building doesn't look like much but don't be fooled. Inside is a delicious experience waiting for you of some of the best tasting pho around metro Detroit. I highly recommend it.

One of the original and dependable pho spots. Located in a residential part of town with a side parking lot. It is a hole in the wall but the broth keeps me coming back. Sadly its years are starting to show. Also, I liked how they used to put the meat on a separate plate so you could cook it in the broth to the doneness you prefer. The spring rolls taste homemade, but I prefer a greater ratio of meat filling and pork over chicken. However, it still is better than most in the area.

I love this place! The broth is amazing. Was there yesterday and had TWO BOWLS WITH EXTRA MEAT AND NOODLES! I left looking pregnant, went again today. Wanted to do two bowls again but was completely stuffed from the first! I always come here when in town. Friendly staff!

Okay, listen people... I've been to many, many, many Pho restaurants. I'm telling you this one is by far is the best. Hands down the best. It is located in a run down part of town and the building is not much to talk about but the pho will not disappoint you my friends. The broth is one of mastery. The creator is a genius.

The staff was great! When I asked if the vermicelli bowl's dressing had fish sauce in it , they immediately suggested a substitute (the peanut sauce pictured) and when I later ordered a Banh Mi, without even having to ask, the waitress asked me if I wanted to remove the Mayo and Pate. Very accommodating to vegans & delicious too!

    Very good spring rolls!

I really enjoy pho' and this place never disappoints. It's a "hole in the wall" for sure, but ok with me and lots of other patrons who enjoy a deep broth, fresh veggies and many meat options. I always go for the veggie pho' and it is so satisfying! I never want to get to the bottom of the bowl, so I order the large, ha ha. Not the humongous, but large and it is more than enough, just love the broth! They provide a generous amounts bean sprouts, jalapeños, limes and cilantro on the side! Other notables: condiments are my jam!! They have got them. The hoisin sauce, Chili sauce and Sriracha are all at the table, along with chopsticks, napkins and straws. I also really enjoy their spring rolls and the sauce that come with it. I added a bit of chili sauce and it was so good!! I visit here often and will continue. The service is consistent and acceptable.

A plain exterior with a broken sign and a simple menu. I ordered the spring rolls and the P1 House Pho from a very nice waiter. A short time later the spring rolls arrived, perfectly fried to a golden brown. Letting them cool a bit, the first crunchy bite was met with a flavor that was rich and satisfying. The blend of filling was well balanced and nicely seasoned with a hint of tumeric. Soon a plate of veggies condiments , mint, pepper, sprouts, and lime slices appeared signalling the arrival of the main course. A large bowl with slices of pork rested on top of the nicely rolled/folded thin rice noodles. The broth was light with hints of oil and rich color. The slices of beef and tripe were within this medley of flavors, and highlighted by a few spiced asian meat balls. Adding the condiments to the bowl and letting it blanch for a minute allowed me to enjoy the rich aroma. The flavors were excellent. This was a great bowl of Pho.

Pho closer to home! Yay!…read more Pho Lucky takes on the prime location left by Ahi Poke. It has a large footprint with tables along the wall of windows and more towards the back. I love the straw hats suspended from the restaurant ceiling and mural towards the front. I've been to the Novi location, so I was familiar with the menu and quickly ordered the spring roll and the house special pho, with extra meat, before finding an open seat. Large families already filled tables, all enjoying their bowls. In short order, the crispy spring rolls were delivered. I liked the savoury filling and crunchy texture, as well as the sweet sauce. Also delivered were bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeno disks, and a lime wedge, which accompanied the pho so you could dress your pho to your liking. The broth was a bit bland, even with all the extras. Next time, I would like to try both the papaya salad and banh mi. Service was okay.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Amazing place and pho and environment, very cute!…read more The regular size is good if you're starving, it's just enough to fill you up, but if you're a burly man you may want to get the large! I've gotten the large before on an empty stomach and wound up struggling to finish, whereas I finished the regular with ease today. The workers were super friendly and the man working DEFINITELY loved his job, he was so talkative and giggly with everyone and complimented my hat also, screaming "YEEHAW!" I wish I was a local so I could become a regular here.

Past meals were exceptional with great service and a vibrant dining room... Fast forward post-COVID. Those past memories and cool vibes are gone. Don't know what happened but it's a different restaurant. The former vibrant dining room is now a chopped-up self-seating area with cafeteria style service. There is no wait staff. Order at the front register. Get your own styrofoam plates, plastic-ware, and napkins. Seat yourself. Eat in or carry-out. Think Thai McDonalds. Not impressed with the food. It's pedestrian Thai. The Pad Thai noodles had a watery sauce with oddly shaped chicken pieces. Fried rice was $14.25 for a smaller portion. The rice was clumpy. Asked for medium spice, it tasted like no-spice. Some of the veggies looked and tasted pre-frozen. Two stars for retaining some Thai flavor within the watery sauces. Wow. Bummer. This place used to be great. Now it's mediocre. Sad to see it go. Absolutely delicious!…read more We got pho from here atleast 3 times while staying in the Farmington hills area, but every time was to-go, so I don't have any comments on the restaurant interior or service. The broth was served separate from everything else. It comes with cilantro, onions, hoisin (?) sauce, noodles, meat, basil leaves, jalapeño, bean sprouts, lime, spoon and knife, chopsticks, and a napkin! The noodles were always cold and stuck together when we finally got to sit down and eat, but I attribute that to ordering to-go and having to drive back to the hotel. We've only been here twice and I was really impressed by the broth and amount of meat that comes in each bowl. I don't typically get pho...if I can find it, I love getting the quarter chicken leg that is broiled. This time, I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and ordered the Bun Cha. It reminded me of a deconstructed pho/vermicelli bowl. It's similar to soba, where you take some noodles and dip it in the sauce. The meat (meatballs and pork belly), while the picture shows is separate from the sauce, was in the bowl, which was fine and tasted great. The noodles were on the side and sticky, so instead of taking little servings of the noodles at a time, I decided to dump them into the bowl of sauce. The dish also comes with lettuce, basil leaves and cilantro. The meatballs were full of flavor and seemed made in house (different from the standard meatballs that typically go in the pho). Service was quick and friendly. The only thing I noticed could be a bit better is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were quite a few spots (maybe from the broth) or some other liquids on the wall, that looks like it had been there for awhile. Other than that, the decor is cute.
