We've been loyal fans of Phò Loc Toc for about three years now, and my husband is obsessed! If it were up to him, we'd have phò every week. Their rich, aromatic tasty broth keeps us coming back, and with the weather all over the place, there's no better time for a comforting bowl of phò. I also love their fresh summer rolls and fried shrimp rolls, so delicious! We usually grab takeout, however a lot of people dine in. Either way, the customer service is always great!

All platters are great, this is a hiding gem! My new go to spot! Great service! The portions are generous! Awesome spot.

This place is a hidden gem, the food was phenomenal. The service was also great. This is going to be my new go to spot in Riverview.

We had a great experience here. They were able to accommodate our group of 7 and the food was delicious. You can see right into the kitchen. I liked that they had a kids version for our little ones. I was only disappointed they didn't have a veggie spring roll other than that the boot was perfect in the pho. I would definitely return.

Basil and peppers and more. Oh, yes!

They are actually Phở Lộc Thọ when you include all the diacritic marks but even if you don't, this is some darned good food. I met my friends here for dinner and it was fantastic! We started with the spring rolls which translates to "salad rolls" and are paper rolls wrapping pork and shrimp and noodles and lettuce and came with the fabulous hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Decently sized, one of these is a good appetizer and two of them are a lot. Try them! For main, I got the pho with sliced beef. I had gotten the "regular" size and even this is a lot of food. Apparently if you get a "large," your waiter has to stand around like a lifeguard as there's enough room to swim in that bowl. But the regular is plenty of food. Beef, noodles, broth, and then we added from the big bowl of condiments - basil, bean sprouts, peppers, fresh limes - and added hoisin, sriracha and maybe even some fish sauce. So many different flavors and it was fantastic stuff. A fabulous meal with great friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Yum! [Review 20277 overall - 1779 in Florida - 1254 of 2023.]

The stir fry seafood noodles were just okay, maybe the pho's better. Friendly staff though

Great service. Staff were very nice and understandable. We had combination rice and special egg noodles. Very good and lots of food.

Was in the mood for some pho and found Pho Loc Tho based on the great reviews. The restaurant is located in a plaza and once you enter, the smell of the food hits you and you can see them preparing it! Ordered the large chicken and shrimp pho and it was good, not the best I've had, but the broth was tasty. I just wish the chicken was fresher because it had that taste when it's been reheated. The chicken nor shrimp had any flavor so I wish the proteins would have been seasoned too. The broth was definitely the star of the show. The service was great and very friendly so I will return to try their steamed buns. Overall, a solid place with some good pho.

Shrimp roll tasted amazing but I hate when I can see the line in the shrimp (personal preference) so I couldn't enjoy it like I really wanted to. I ordered the chicken pho. Once again the flavors were really good. I think the chicken was really soft and tasty, but I think next time I'd try the vegan pho. Overall everything tasted good & the food came out quick. I love how you can see the food getting prepped in the back. The place is clean and decorated well, I'll definitely be back to try a few other things.

Once you step foot in Pho Loc Tho. You will not be disappointed. It is a small, but clean spot to sit and eat. Regardless, if you are going by yourself, with a date, or with family. Pho Loc Tho provides a relaxed environment to enjoy a pleasant meal. My waitress was helpful, attentive and well mannered. I appreciated the great service. The Chicken Pho wasn't a disappointment. Typically, I love a different flavored broth. Overall, good experience. I recommend to my Vietnamese & Pho Lovers!

Yummy's has…read morebeen our go-to sit-down Chinese restaurant for years, but Liang's certainly gives it some serious competition. Our server, Brian, was attentive and on point throughout the evening. We couldn't make a reservation through the website, despite its reservation button, so we arrived early at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and snagged the last available table before a wait started. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the noise level made it easy to enjoy conversation. We started with lettuce wraps and egg rolls for the table--both delicious. I also enjoyed the hot and sour soup. It was a little sweeter than I'm used to, but still very good. Having heard that the portions were generous, we shared General Tso's chicken, salt and pepper chicken, sesame beef, and Singapore fried rice. There was more than enough for all four of us, with plenty left to take home. Every dish tasted fresh and flavorful, but the salt and pepper chicken was the standout. Great food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Upon entering at 3:55pm we were seated and at 4pm the waitress asked what we wanted. We explained we would like the lunch special that ends at 4pm. She responded with several questions, "what type of soup, what type of rice, etc.". Goes back to the kitchen and several minutes later returning asking again, "what type of rice?" Waitress disappears into the kitchen once again. I can't make this up, the waitress returned again to our table stating "it is now past 4pm so we can't have the lunch special it ended at 4". There was also a pungent musty odor in the restaurant, that added even more reason not to eat there. We looked around and we realized we were the only patrons in the restaurant. We let the waitress know, we will find somewhere else to eat.

We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member who uses a mobility scooter. Although there were designated accessible parking spaces, the ramp leading into the building was so narrow that her scooter couldn't safely use it. Once inside, both the retail store and the restaurant had aisles that were too narrow for the scooter to navigate. As a result, she had to leave the scooter behind and painfully walk with a cane, which left her exhausted before we were even seated. The retail store itself was packed so tightly with merchandise that it felt more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Much of the merchandise was gift-shop fare at prices that seemed difficult to justify. The restaurant appeared disorganized from the moment we checked in. We watched multiple parties who arrived after us get seated before we did, including a party of two being seated at a table that could accommodate eight guests. Meanwhile, our elderly disabled relative was told she could wait in a chair next to the restroom. When we were finally called, we were seated at a table at the very back of the restaurant, requiring yet another long and painful walk for our relative. After looking over the menu, we found the prices surprisingly high for the offerings, and there wasn't enough that appealed to our group to justify staying. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. After driving more than an hour based on the restaurant's reputation, the combination of poor accessibility, disorganized seating, and a menu that didn't provide good value made the trip feel like a complete waste of time. We ended up driving into Plant City instead, where we found a welcoming restaurant with reasonable prices and a much better overall experience.

It has a huge wine and liquor menu and the food menu is set offerings which cover lunch and dinner (dinner reservations highly recommended). Food was good not a wow but good. Blue cheese chips with tomato and a balsamic glaze, prime rib sandwich and a burger bowl, yes there is a burger under that pile of arugula. Brought dessert home from their mini bakery to enjoy later. The background music was just a nice volume so as to not overwhelm the table. If you go try to not let them seat you at the furthest back table against the wall in the side dining room. Definitely a turn off given the open vibe of the other dining areas which had openings.
