The fresh roll and peanut sauce were OK not great. My wife had the chicken pho and I had the beef. Both soups were excellent and tasted like they were made from a real base. We both enjoyed the fact neither pho's were very salty, but instead had a fresh taste. We felt the menu was limited but everything on it was good as was the service. read more

Food came out very fast and was hot. We had chicken pho and Vietnamese coffee. Good food for the price

They added new vegetarian options like Lemongrass Fried Tofu, Vegetarian Pho and Eggplant Stir fry. The shrimp fried rice is good too. Spicy beef pho looks awesome but I can't eat beef. This is a regular thing for me now. Kim is an awesome waitress too. read more

Pho Tai was decent...Pho Hoang is way better tho. The egg rolls are delicious but they weren't hot when they were served to me which is stupid. Clearly they had them already fried and just sitting therw. read more

CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK! Food was amazing, staff super polite, and both managers came out to visit with the guests. I ordered the P1 (Beef needle soup, House special w/ REAL Ribeye, Brisket, Tripes, Meatballs, Flanks.). I sat at the bar and one of the owners walked me through the entire process. Be sure to ask for Tho's ("Tah") sauce on the side tip to dip your meats. If you're unsure where to start, be sure to try the Egg or Fresh rolls. Tho also had me try a Vietnamese dessert, which was full of fruits grown in Asia and delicious. WARNING: The bowls are HUGE, but they do To-Go and will box it up for you. read more

My husband and I have recently moved to the Tampa area from North East Florida. In our old city we had multiple choices for good quality Vietnamese food. When we originally moved to Tampa we were living in South Tampa and couldn't find a decent pho place to save our lives. We have now relocated to this side of town and we are THRILLED to have Pho Loc Tho. We haven't been able to dine in the restaurant because of Coronavirus but we've have done take out and delivery. I want to say we've ordered from them about 6 times now and it's delicious every time. The quality is excellent and consistent. We have only ordered the Pho and summer rolls so far, since that is our favorite. We are so happy to have a great Vietnamese restaurant. Hopefully soon we'll be able to dine in and work our way through the menu! read more

I am so happy that Pho Loc Tho added chicken pho to their menu! Their broth is fantastic!

Food is great but gave it a four Star because it is a little warm inside every time I go. Now, I just order to go...problem solved!

Very authentic Vietnamese items. PHO is my go to soup when I have a cold - clears my sinuses with all the herbs, mint , lime and hot sauce! Their fish sauce wings are amazing and my very picky eater loves their grilled chicken bun mi sandwiches (plain of course with egg butter) read more

Small cozy place with amazing food! Had the Rib eye Pho and it was delicious. We originally asked for one order of egg rolls and asked for a second since they were so good! Our waitress was amazing too! TOTALLY RECOMENDABLE! read more

This restaurant is great. The servers are always very kind and the food is delicious and high quality, especially considering the prices. I generally get the pho ribeye and it is a great meal for anyone trying to find a good starter meal. The wait time for food is never too long, and the drinks they offer are also very good. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. read more

Pho is our favorite Vietnamese food, their pho is just ok, like it's missing something.

A must-try. Pho and egg rolls were on point! Service staff was excellent, as well. On top of all that they got a great beer selection. I will be watching a lot of football here in the future. read more

The food here is great quality. The prices are excellent and the family atmosphere is unparalleled. I wasn't a Vietnamese food fan until I started eating here. Now I am here three times a week. I recommend the Pho, the C1, the Bahn Mi and the egg rolls. The owners are great. Also, apparently Rachelle and Asia are not sisters. My bad. read more

Love the pho! Great beer prices and location is close to home. They could use some hotter sauces for a pepper freak like me but food is great no matter what. read more

I'm new to Tampa. Finding great food has been a battle. This place didn't disappoint. The food is fresh delivers well and tastes great. The food was not too salty, and issue with most places in the area. Definitely worth the try. read more

I love soups but my family an i could not stomach it at all. Not what I was expecting. Again I tried several Asian restaurants an this one didn't taste to good. Everything we order was not good. A regular customer. Great service. Food is delicious. Love the Pho and the rolls. Highly recommend!!!

No, no, no. While excited to see a new place around the corner from us, this bang for the buck and the poor execution on the Vietnamese coffee has me not wanting to go back. read more

I enjoy going there and often brought my family and friends, they love the fried rice Vietnamese style and fresh rolls , I also ordered to go often there rolls and rice. I'm a food-ie at heart , have the Blessings to travel and taste many different dishes from different cultures and countries. One of my favorites is the Vietnamese Pho, all tho this restaurant had and average Pho for me I still love to have a neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant near my home and my regular nail place near by. But recently I noticed they lower the standards of customer service and quality of their PHO. Honestly I don't recommend it anymore because the lack of acceptance of their broth quality , once I did not mention the soapy taste on my soup because sometimes mistakes can happen . But after that the watery noodles taste , I needed to say something nicely and constructive. They owner show her true self not taking constructive complain of it, the owner is extremely rude if u complain about their dish. A big deal for taking off the soup of the check even tho we consume appetizers and order the 3 fried rice to go for my family. Absolutely lost me as a customer, my family and my friends. Was one of the first loyal customers since they first opened. And for the ones that read this review... that is the exact reason that I took time to do it...the manager read it and responded with average customer service. read more

By far the best place to purchase Pho in the Gibsonton/Riverview area. In addition, the lemon pepper chicken wings are very good. Every time I eat here, it just makes my soul happy. Love this place! read more

Visiting family in the FishHawk area. We went here for Vietnamese food. Had a excellent meal for 3 adults and 2 children. The food was great, on a par with best Viet restaurants that we have in Orlando in the Mills-50 area known as 'Little Saigon'. Kids had chicken fried rice and they enjoyed it. 2 adults had the Bun (one with pork and the other with shrimp). Both were very tasty and well-presented. The remaining adult had Pho and it was also excellent. Will go again next time we're in town and hankering for Vietnamese food. read more

I've been enjoying Pho since discovering it about 6 years ago. I've had to drive all the way to Brandon to Pho Viet or 301 for Pho Huang whenever the craving hit me. After working a charitable market event at the Venue next door, we were pleasantly surprised to discover this brand new local gem of a Vietnamese restaurant right in our neighborhood and decided to try it after fasting the entire day till about 3pm. Let me just say that the nose knows! Upon entering, my senses were accosted by the divine aromas of fresh, mouthwatering spices and crave-worthy food. The owner came out, introduced himself, and even offered us a free sample of their incomparable pork egg rolls after we ordered our soups. My friend had the featured special crab Pho of the day and I had the House special Pho. Wow! I hadn't realized what I'd been missing! This broth was replete with all the distinguished flavors of slow and long simmered herbs, spices and collagen rich nourishing bones that you can just feel working immediately to bathe your stomach with healing bliss. I am thrilled and celebrating that my days of driving far for mediocre Pho are done! I look forward to trying every single offering on the menu. You will not be disappointed! read more

This pho spot is amazing! They make a variety of killer broths and offer gluten free items. The staff and owner is always so accommodating and cares about their customers' needs and wants. But most importantly the food is delicious and flavorful. They are always on the lookout of adding new menu items to be different from the other surrounding Vietnamese restaurants. I love that they offer street foods here. It's not your typical pho place. read more
