P16. Pho Seafood (shrimp and crab meat)
Bernice T.

Price: $$ Portion: 3 stars Taste/Quality: 3 stars Service: 3.5 stars Cleanliness: 3.5 stars First timer here. I ordered a regular seafood pho which came out in a smaller bowl compared to my husband's regular size. Didn't seem consistent, my daughter also ordered a regular meatball pho and the bowl was small too. I'm not sure if it's the type of pho you order, but $16 for seafood pho in this size with shrimp and imitation crab meat, is not worth the price. Definitely not what I'm used to. The egg rolls were pretty good. And customer service was good as well. We may return to try their banh mi sandwiches in the future.

Pathetic...this is what they consider "lettuce wraps". Sadly, the often skimp on portions and give inferior product on their to-go orders.

Avoid to-go orders. The "lettuce wraps" were pathetic. A few scraps of lettuce and a cheap, leaky container for the meat. Truly deserving of zero stars.

V4. Noodle Soup with Vegetables and Tofu (vegan)
Matt B.

Living in Vancouver, we're pretty spoiled by top-quality Vietnamese food, including excellent vegan pho options nowadays. Nevertheless, I felt like a bowl of pho and saw that this place has plenty of vegetarian options, many of which are vegan. I got their rice noodle + veggies / tofu soup ($13 plus tax), which came out in about 10 minutes. You get a big bowl of soup, with plenty of noodles, broccoli, what seemed like frozen veggies (carrot, peas), and some deep fried tofu. The broth was solid but simple, amped up nicely by their spicy chili oil. Friendly and quick service, and comfortable enough spot to dine in. Nothing special, but in LA, solid spot for vegan pho.

Thai Tea with Boba

3.8 Stars First time visiting Shreveport to assist a friend relocating and we were told to try this place because it has very good Vietnamese food. First Impressions: Limited parking, but not bad for us at the time due to it being middle of the day during the week. Casual dining with an open seating arrangement. Cons: (The cons are only because I pay attention to little details)No ambient Vietnamese music playing to set the experience and transport us. I feel like eating out should be an experience and an opportunity to learn a bit of a culture. Bathroom is very small (One toilet room for male and one small for female) and had to go through a dark small hall to get to it. Soap leaking onto sink making it looked unkept. Too much ice in Thai Milk tea so I barely feel like I had enough for $8! However, the pros will keep me coming back... Pros: Excellent service. Very attentive, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. Food is some of the best Pad Thai I've ever had! Ordered the combination Pad Thai and it was amazing! The smokey fire taste from the Wok came through beautifully and everything was cooked to perfection. Just visiting but I would definitely return for the service and food.

P1. Pho with Round eye steak

The beef broth from the Pho is simply AMAZING. If I can just order the broth without the noodles, I would! The customer service , not so much , lol but who cares when the Pho is THAT good!

Pork Bahn MI sandwich
Victoria G.

One of my original go to spots for Pho but I recently tried the Banh Mi pork sandwich. It definitely is not what I'm used to from an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. . It had a zesty mayo like oyster sauce with very fresh vegetables spread throughout with a healthy portion of savory sautéed pork! *Turns out it was bacon! So of course it was very tasty and filling, but not authentic. I liked the tea, but their boba could use more structure, it's not as thick as normal boba. The waiter was very nice and switched out my tea with soy milk since I forgot to ask for non-dairy! I also tried the steamed potstickers. Satisfying yet, not too overwhelming with flavor. I'll stick with the Pho! That's mainly why I keep coming back!

P2. Pho with Round Eye Steak and Brisket
Tina S.

The Pho is absolutely great!!! I had the round steak and brisket once and brisket only the next time. Neither disappointed. It is clean and inviting! Also the outside aesthetics are appealing and inviting! The service was nice as well.

The food was unique and good. We ordered the sampler…read moreappetizer with eggrolls, boudin balls, and wontons. It was really good. My favorite was the wontons. Then we got fried rice etouffee, cheese fries and crawfish for the table. The étouffée was pretty good, but strangely I needed to salt it. The cheese fries were my least favorite. I really like the cheese topping with crawfish but the fries had too much spice on them. They were hot spicy but over spiced flavor-wise. And the crawfish was really good. But being a Louisiana gal that enjoys to suck the head, the butter in the sauce made it too rich to do that. But the tails were delicious. We also had some corn and potatoes that were buttery and yummy. For dessert we tried the fried dough. It was good, but I'm not a sweets eater, so it was too sweet for me. Everyone else at the table tore it up! I wish I got the waitress's name, because she was really good!! Overall a great place to eat and we will be back.

I wish I could give this a zero, honestly…read more I called in a to-go order for the mixed fried rice (according to their menu, it's supposed to have shrimp, pork, beef, and chicken). This is apparently a really popular item here. The rice is almost inedible. Some of it was undercooked and most was overcooked. There were ZERO shrimp. It was filled with pork. The chicken was black pepper flavored and nothing else. The entire dish was flavorless. This was my cheat meal, and I threw it away after a few bites...sad waste. I won't be back.
