Squirt on some of the hoisin sauce and add some chili oil flakes in for a great balance of earthiness, spiciness, sweetness, and fattiness. Absolutely scrumptious! We both ordered it and we couldn't finish the bowls cause of how large they were. We also ordered their chicken wings (spicy) which were quite large with 6 to an order.
