They will do special off menu items if you just tell them what you want. I just purchased Chicken Chow Mein but wasn't feeling the rice so they gave me Lo Mein noodles instead. I have previously ordered Moo Goo Guy Pan but wanted it made with Shrimp instead. It did cost $1.00 more but well worth it. Best Chinese in Benton - also the only Chinese in Benton. I do not mean that in a negative way, their food is very good and consistent. Egg rolls are great, lo mein is good, hot and sour soup is incredible. All other soups are good, as well. They have a tap on the market, but they don't turn out bad food. Is it the best Chinese takeout in bossier/shreveport? No. Is it the best within 5-10 miles of Benton? Absolutely. It's consistent, service is incredible, and you'll always get hot food. If you want, you can save a couple dollars per dish, drive south, and get slightly better food, but I think the reason lin's works is because no one wants to do that. Overall, I would recommend Lin's if you live in the area. I'd give anything for them to take over the suite next to them and add sushi like their sister location across town. read more

I got the chicken lo mein. I wasn't a fan but my son who is a VERY picky eater loved it. Requested it again the next day and fortunately the servings are big that we had leftovers. My husband picked the sesame chicken and I tried some of it and it was delicious! I will definitely get that next time. I also got some egg rolls and they were very tasty. I asked if there was kid sizes for my son since he doesn't eat a lot and they said they don't carry kid sizes but she was able to do a separate smaller order which was very much appreciated! I get the sesame seed chicken.. when I go.. been maybe 30 or 40 times...over 3 years They are starting to give u raw vegetables.. and if u get one with nuts they will be raw and hard to eat too.. And they are starting to give little meat..its 80% rice or noodles.. The last time I got take out and got home.. the noodles was oh my so good but I only have like 5 or 6 chicken in my sesame seed chicken..my father's had maybe 4 nuggets in his kung pao chicken .. The lady that works the counter is very friendly and has great customer service. When I just had my little one I had these massive headaches and being here with barely any family...it was hard to get a bite. I had the impression that this place had delivery (for whatever reason) so when I called I asked the lady if she could deliver the order. she was hesitant but only asked me where I lived and said it wasn't far so she would make the delivery. We're new in town & tried this on the recommendation of a neighbor. The place isn't much to look at from the outside but the inside is clean, the kitchen looked clean & the food was fantastic. Everything was served in huge portions & the flavor was rich. We could have used a few more vegetables but my children were not complaining! Good, fast, Chinese food. Love the steamed dishes with the sauce on the side! You can eat in, but we usually get take out. They will also customize, my husband likes roast pork with mixed veggies, but that's not on the menu. However, they will do it for us. We always get crab Rangoon for an app! read more
