Let's just say I'm a bit of a Chicken fried rice snob. I had a favorite Chinese restaurant in Minneapolis that closed during COVID. They had the best fried rice ever and I thought I would never find good fried rice ever again. Then I stumbled upon the ASIAN CAFE. I now have a new BEST CHICKEN FRIED RICE EVER!!! The fried rice is actually fried with egg, onion, peas and carrots and of course, chicken. This is an updated review I know they had some changes made and not for the best. The last 3 times I've been there it was less than good meat was tough and not near as much of it but lots of onions. Service is also not as good need to get the lady back she much more friendly. The food yesterday was garbage to put it straight forward. So I guess business was good and they thought cutting corners was the way. WRONG. I use to stop here all the time, but now I'll take my money and go elsewhere. She proceeded to attempt to take my order at the same time to the point I asked if I needed to wait until she had completed her call to give my order. However, it really is affordable, so I decided to go again and try something else. Second time I tried the wanton soup with Mongolian chicken, and I loved it!
