The staff were really friendly and the price was great. The food was just okay. Both our dinners were supposed to be spicy, but they weren't spicy at all. I like how they gave an option for crab Rangoon or an egg roll with the dinner specials. I'd eat there again in a pinch, but this won't be our go to place for Asian food.

General Tso's Chicken with Egg Roll : A lil bit too sweet for me but goooood! ^_^ Egg roll : Normal

Best Chinese food in Bossier City! Everything (Chinese food, not Thai) is yummy! ^___^ I don't know what else to say...cause when I say Yummy...it's really Yummy! Just simple like that! Good food, clean place, okay service. ^_~ Ah...please note their plate is HUGE, ordering one plate with one appetizer is enough for two people. ^____^ But if you come with me, order anything and I can help you eat them all. lol No box is needed!

Came here for a quick bite for lunch before heading back to Dallas, TX: Services: Staff are nice and friendly Served lunch super quick Ambience: Traditional with some contemporary touches Food: The Mongolian beef was delicious. The beef was tender, the veggies have a nice sautéed touch. The Mongolian chicken was also delicious. The Singapore noodles have a great balance of spice and savory ness to it. Totally recommend it if you are in the area.

My party and I had a wonderful experience at Chen's Garden in Shreveport. We started with the crab…read morerangoons, which were fried perfectly with a rich, flavorful crab filling. We also tried the soft-shell crab--it was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. One guest ordered the seafood combination dinner and said everything was well-cooked, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The fried rice that came with the seafood dinner was cooked very nicely with egg and great texture. Another had the orange chicken, and although there were several chili peppers in the sauce, it wasn't too spicy--just right. The orange flavor really came through, and everything was fried crisp, not soggy. I ordered the Dragon and Phoenix dinner (General Tso's chicken and shrimp with onion and ginger slices), and it was hands down the best General Tso's I've ever had. The shrimp were beautifully cooked, and I opted for lo mein instead of rice--it was fresh, lightly sauced, and not oily at all. This is not a buffet, and honestly, it felt like stepping back 40 years to when Chinese restaurants were more intimate, authentic, and personal. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the time from ordering to receiving our food was impressively quick. I highly recommend this hidden gem. They also offer sushi and a variety of lunch specials (we visited outside of lunch hours), and everything looked so good that I'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

I would skip the sashimi; it was of mediocre quality. However, considering it's Shreveport and this is a Chinese restaurant, that is to be expected. The California Roll in the combo was delicious and well-made.

I lived in Japan for several years off and on... and even though I wasn't expecting world class…read moresushi out of a Chinese restaurant in Louisiana... I figured it would at least be enjoyable. The salmon maki was six small pieces, the normal order is eight and they should be at least an inch across , plus my chopstick was thicker than the salmon that they used. OK, let's try a spicy tuna poke bowl,, pretty hard to screw that up, right? Wrong... huge bowl of rice with about a dozen tiny flakes of old tuna coated in flavored cracker... with a tablespoon of edamame and 10 slivers of cucumber... drenched in thousand island dressing . So I ordered the takoyaki, I mean, that's just pancake batter with a good hunk of octopus... even kids can make that on the griddle... but not here! Normal order is eight, they gave me four frozen takoyaki balls, which they don't cook long enough, so the inside is completely watery/mushy, and the tako inside was smaller than a pea, and still frozen solid! Then the manager wanted to argue with me that fish is really expensive ... and I'm like well so are your prices... so where is the value? Either do it right... or take it off the menu... because this is an insult to Japanese cuisine!
