#BEWARE# If I could give *0* stars I would Tofu in my fried rice. I paid for extra egg. They put tofu. I dont know if it was to substitute for chicken, beef or pork. Fact is it was disgusting. I feel cheated. My order was $21. It takes me over 2 hours to make $21 driving Uber. I was very dissatisfied. I didn't open til I got home and was starving from a long days work!!! #BEWARE# read more

China Dragon - BEWARE!!! The combination fried rice to go with TOFU. I didn't order TOFU. BEWARE!!! - Chinese Near Me - Shreveport, Louisiana

Ordered to go recently over the weekend. I love the Orange Chicken which is always delicious. Chicken is tender, slightly spicy, with broccoli and white steamed rice. The portions are large and can last for 3 meals. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Very efficient as well. They have a very huge menu and can modify any dish if you need them to! read more

They're a tad pricey but the quality of the food is great and it's ready when you arrive to pick it up, no waiting, some places always say 15 mins and you show up in 30 and ur still waiting but none of that with this place. read more

I absolutely love this place the food is always fresh seasoned well and delicious I highly recommend you go eat here I give them 5 star's

Best and fresh chinese food. Go for the food, not for the atmosphere. I have eaten just about all their dishes. Great Food!

Absolutely found a hidden gem here. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and couldn't have been made to feel more welcomed. The food portions were more than generous and the quality and taste were hands down the best we have found in Shreveport. Highly recommend. read more

The portions are great, as is the food. My girlfriend and I have eaten takeout and dined in there a couple of times now and it's our go-to place for Chinese food. The staff is very friendly and seem to have a good relationship with long-time customers from what I've seen. read more

Incredibly delicious and friendly. Huge portions and served very hot. I also liked the food containers used for take out.

We did a order online for the first time looking at the health number of 100 and the reviews. The food was delicious and me and my wife enjoyed the food and China Dragon is are spot read more

In my opinion the best Chinese food in the area! Always fresh vegetables!! An easy call and quick order pick up!!! They've redone the tables inside and everyone there is wonderful and nice. Other people have said they've moved away from the Broadmoor area but will drive back in for China Dragon!! It's that good!!! read more

We do group take-out from work and I go with family. Service is always quick and accurate. Service is friendly.

The restaurant itself is nothing to look at but the owners and deliver guy are friendly and courteous. Foods always fresh and filling. Like most places I believe there's a few menu items I wouldn't order. On the other hand I Love the Singapore noodles from here and my husband really likes the fried chicken wings and usually orders sesame chicken and rice. They're open late and deliver hot food. read more

I only had them once but they are so nice and sweet! They give out big portions and the guy on the phone was soo sweeett he gave me some eggrolls I got the egg drop soup because who doesn't love egg drop soup, orange chicken since it's my fav, sesame chicken and their lo mein cause I love me some noodles!!! Everything was super yummy and not too greasy. Their fortune cookies were good and not stale and they have some free sauces and chopsticks if needed! The restaurant is so cute and reminded me of when I was younger when I seen the place mats were the red ones with the chinese zodiac calender on it! Anyways, give it a try! China Dragon - S12. Orange Chicken, 31. Sesame Chicken, 36. Shrimp Lo Mein - Chinese Near Me - Shreveport, Louisiana

They were a pretty reasonable place. The price was alright and the food wasn't bad. Their crab Rangoon is on the soft side, which I didn't mind. Sweet and sour pork is fried and the sauce I'm on the side, just FYI. read more

Amazing food and amazing service always!! Never disappoints! The best in town. A must for everyone to try

Great service. Some of the freshest vegetables I've had in Chinese food. The broccoli was crispy fresh. I had the Szechwan Shrimp. My wife had the Garlic Shrimp. The shrimp was huge and very flavorful on its own. Both the Garlic and Szechwan had enough spice without killing the flavor of the shrimp. Both meals were plentiful. It made two meals for my wife. We will be back. read more

Ok so I love Asian food. There is little I can ever find I don't love about it. That being said, let me tell you about these folks here. This dude answered the phone and asked for my number so he could log me into his system and remember my order preferences!! I mean these folks will actually recommend what you might want again in the event you just don't know what you want!! Wow!! They even allow for you to call in and give your number so they can simply make your usual for you!! Now for the food. I have had many dishes here and all were great, but the noodles........ oh my Lord Jesus in Heaven above....... The noodles here are sent from the gods. They are amazing. These folks somehow manage to make them taste like no other you have ever had. They are fresh and taste almost home made. The next thing they do is manage to Harry Potter the Noodle box to hold enough to feed you for two meals. I'm a big guy and I was totally unable to down the whole container. This container is small looking but like the Tardis is must be bigger on the inside. Do yourself a solid and give them a shot!!! read more

Fast service for my to-go order and the food was delicious! The menu is extensive with lots of really great options.

This place is hands down the best Chinese I ever had. I lived a lot of places and had a lot of Chinese. China Dragon takes the cake. I been ordering food from here for close to two years, 2-3 times a month and it is always spot on. The service is fantastic as well. Always a prompt delivery. I may have had one order that didn't come out right but that was probably Grubhubs fault. I honestly love this place. I used to rarely eat Chinese, this place keeps me coming back. I have enjoyed a variety of dishes from here. Oh I think there curry was meah. The rest though, 100 all the time. read more

The food was good and it's better than your average Chinese spot. Definitely recommend it. 1 star down because of how insanely quiet it is inside, if you wanna eat inside just a warning that it's incredibly awkward. read more

If your ordering stick the basic menu like sweet and sour, general sao, fried rice and egg rolls. I order China Town and it tasted like cornstarch, gummy and bland. Also szechuan shrimp same thing but red with a mild mild "heat" read more

The food was very fresh and the service very good. The egg rolls obviously made fresh in house unlike many other Chinese places around here. I got the dragon and Phoenix and my mother ordered the garlic chicken from the lunch menu. The shrimp was big and cooked perfectly. The fried chicken in mine was a little heavy for my taste, but still good. I tried a bit of the garlic chicken my mom had and it was so tender and flavorful. I'll probably order that next time. The portions are extremely generous! I could have split my meal with two other people. The lunch portion is smaller but still huge. There isn't much atmosphere, but it's very clean, comfy and relaxing. And it's nice going to a restaurant and not having to yell over loud TV or music. I could actually have a conversation while eating. Imagine that. Lol read more

Ordered the szechuan chicken with steamed rice - absolute terrible choice. Vegetables constituted about 80% of the dish, which is not completely disappointing, but it was the fact that it had no seasoning whatsoever. Hardly any salt even, the sauce just tasted like brown water. It's amazing considering Chinese takeout is notorious for high salt levels. I'm absolutely blown away by how under seasoned the food was. I understand that it is supposed to be cheap food, but calling this szechuan chicken is insulting. Sichuan cuisine should be spicy, pungent, very flavorful with the unique mouth tingling from the Sichuan peppers. There is none of this here, not even salt. The people's liberation army would arrest you if you tried to serve this in Chengdu. The food was cooked very well - the veggies were nice and crispy, but not raw, and the chicken slices were tender and juicy. This wasn't an expensive menu item, but for $8+, I would expect a lot more chicken. I can buy two whole chickens for less than $8 retail at the grocery store - I can't imagine how cheap it would be for a restaurant. For food that was minimally seasoned and sauced, I guess it should be expected to get shorted on meat as well. I have uploaded a picture of the dish - I did scoop out some of the food to eat, but I kept the ratio of chicken to veggies about the same as I received it. I've eaten here plenty of times in the past, but only stuck to general tsao's chicken. If you have to eat here, get that instead. The staff are always extremely friendly and service is quick. read more

China Dragon - Terrible szechuan chicken - Chinese Near Me - Shreveport, Louisiana

I use to live in Shreveport and now live in Virginia and have yet to find a place that beats China Dragon. Always look forward to eating here when I'm in town. Best Chinese food in the area!! 100% recommend combination lo mein and fried rice read more

I made a quick trip home to help out with a family emergency. Mom hurt her leg and was/is still stuck in bed. As the dutiful daughter, I sometimes made trips to pick up some takeout. One of mom's requests was the combination lo mein from China Dragon. The place reminds me of small family owned restaurants we used to go to when I was a kid. Speaking of families, two of the owners' kids greeted me and took my order. Cute, right? And the food? Well, the lo mein was a tad bit on the greasy side but it was good. Think of whenever you've been hungover and in the mood for comfort food, this place is just that. I can see why my parents (FYI - they've never been hungover nor are they big drinkers) have made this one of their regular places. For those lazy to dine in or too sick to pick up, they deliver. Parking is kind of a bitch though. read more

Fresh food, great value. My General Tso's chicken could have been spicier. I was expecting more heat. Other than that, the food was great. Customer service was fantastic. Come see them read more

Not sure why there are so many take out customers but wow... The restaurant is nasty and the food is gross. (Low quality ingredients, not anywhere close to authentic... Puts chinese food to shame) If you LOVE less than buffet quality Chinese Food with restaurant prices go by all means! read more

We ordered delivery to our hotel room. Boy did we over order. They send so much food. It was delicious. Highly recommended.

I was given the wrong order. The vegetables were almost raw, bland and the order had no extras. There's no way to pay with a card on their website. Its also overpriced. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I am a Chinese Food aficionado and used to live in The San Francisco Bay Area and so I've partaken in a ton of authentic Chinese Food, so when i moved to Shreveport, La i found that without a doubt this is the best Chinese Food I've found in Shreveport!!! The food is always hot and fresh especially when you eat in. Now I will admit that CD has a minuscule dining area because, I believe, they've put the focus on dining out and carry out, which is fine, I do both. It's a treat to in there cause of the ultra freshness of their cuisine!! The owner, Jack, is super friendly and remembers almost all of his customers, and that's a bonus!!! I highly recommend this restaurant and know that if you try it you'll love their food!!! China Dragon is the best there is in Shreveport, period!!!! Enjoy. read more
