I drove a long distance because I wanted to try this restaurant. After waiting for the host to seat me, I then waited over 10 minutes without anyone checking on me (no water, drink, apps, no server, no greeting, no suggestions). A group of four who entered after me--the same group I had held the door open for--were kindly greeted, asked if they had questions about the menu, and offered drinks and appetizers immediately. Other guests who came in after me also received friendly service. When the host finally came to my table, there was no greeting or welcome. He simply asked, "You know what you want?" Order a drink. My drink took several more minutes to come, and the interaction felt dismissive, as if he had an issue with me dining here. He returned with the drink and asked again, "do you know what you want or need some time". I proceeded to order an appetizer and ramen. After asking one question about my ramen order (no pork), and being stared down by the kitchen cooks, I realized I no longer felt comfortable staying. He (host) said "it is, the way that it is." I politely thanked the server, handed back the menu, and left. He said nothing and looked relieved. I spent my money at another restaurant nearby, where I was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in (And they were extremely busy). I gladly left a 40% tip on a meal because her excellent service deserves recognition. I know what I personally observed, customers who arrived after me were welcomed warmly and served promptly, while I was Ignored and treated very poorly. I read on their social media, that the servers loved first time customers and were happy to make suggestions and substitutes proteins. If this isn't the case, their advertising is deceptive. This is not a place where every customer is valued. I do not recommend. Not a fun way to spend your Friday evening and certainly not a fun way to spend your money. Go somewhere else. read more

My sister and I stopped in for a few appetizers yesterday because we were shopping in the area and I tell you the environment is very nice, clean and relaxing.....very interesting decor........the food is amazing.......i can't wait to go back and try a pho bowl.....as far as service my server wasn't to direct and patient as far as eye contact and hospitality but overall the rest of the staff was amazing, very nice and upbeat so i give this place a 5 star and you also get a small candy with your ticket which was tasty so if you're looking for a nice RAMEN spot I recommend here........THANKS NARUTO FOR HAVING US!!! first time here and i wish we had tried it sooner! service was great, and the food came out within 5 minutes of ordering. the menu had a lot to offer. the inside is really cool. if you're an anime fan, you'll like it it inside. they had naruto playing on the tv as well. can't wait to come back! read more

We ordered gyoza, he got the spicy miso ramen, and I got the seaweed salad and spicy kimchi ramen. I got a lot of salad, which I was happy with. I don't know if I was supposed to dump the kimchi in the ramen, but I didn't. My broth on its own could've been spicier but it was still yummy and savory. I liked that it had corn in it. Could be cleaner- was gonna get seated at one table but there was still something spilled on the table, got seated at this other table & the table itself was sticky, there was rice and crumbs on the chair that I failed to notice so it got stuck to my thighs. Food was okay. I saw this place in the 318 eats group from Facebook & honestly was not that pleased. We got the shrimp shumai, garlic edamame, udon, shrimp fried rice and spicy miso. The shumai & edamame was good. The udon was okay? Tasted like regular udon but it had a pretty good amount of seafood in it . Shrimp fried rice was fine, kinda mushy. I did not like the spicy miso ramen- I don't know why but the smell was off putting, it smelled off? And it tasted like a Neoguri instant ramen, not what I was expecting (still ate it though cause it was $17 lol). Overall okay experience. Would I go back? Not really. Hopefully in the future if I do go back I'll have a better time . read more

Learned about this place through a friend and, always up for ramen, we decided to check it out. Upon entering, we thought the place was open and bright. The music was pretty loud, making it hard to hear. Our waiter was friendly and prompt. We ordered tempura vegetables, grilled salmon and vegetable ramen. Sadly it all came to the table at the same time. I prefer when an appetizer is served prior to the meal. Turns out, our entrees were so large, we didn't even need the appetizer. Which is good because it was not appetizing. Very greasy and not much flavor. The meals on the other hand were great. Flavorful and fresh. Definitely worth a second visit. read more

Omg! This place was amazing! The atmosphere was awesome for those who love anime and the food was amazing for those who love food! The price isn't even bad at all for how much you get! I got a ramen bowl (R7) with a side of chicken katsu and kimchi, I also got the avocado salad and fried dumplings. Soooo filling and delicious. First time trying ramen, and I was very impressed! I will definitely be returning here, I was a little hesitant to try something new but this place made my first experience a good one. He had the miso ramen, it had pork, egg, fish cakes, & corn! He said it was some of the best he'd ever ate. I had the grilled steak rice bowl, which was also wonderful! We will be back again! Ramen was so delicious! I got the Tonkatsu curry ramen with the pork and it was amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Flavorful rich broth with the perfect amount of spice. The food was good and was priced reasonably. You get a decent amount of good. The waitress did a great job and was attentive. I loved the inside of the restaurant. It reminded me of being in Japan when I was a kid. My son is into anime and he enjoyed the theme of the restaurant. Both of my kids (5 and 11) tried everything that I ordered.
