Crab Rangoon
Brianna N.

Technically 3.5 stars.. GREAT chicken pad Thai, I loved the variety of peppers in addition to the classic onions and bean sprouts. No soy sauce offered. The inside is just as plain as the outside.. very minimal, down to the vibe of service and lack of any kind of music. They do have a tv but very very low. We were here for lunch on a Saturday at noon and only souls in there. Only Uber Eats delivery people walking in and out. Crab Rangoons were decent, but disappointed in the pho special. Just plain all around. Don't see myself returning unless for takeout.

*update* Had to post an update after the last couple of disappointing orders from Divine 9. Today's tofu and veggie pho had only 3 small pieces of tofu. The shrimp in the spring rolls were rubbery. Everything was bland. Not sure what's happened, but a definite change from when they first opened.

We were visiting from out of town when we bumped into this gem on a Saturday night. It said it closed early but decided to try it anyway and then realized the hours on the door were off. Saturday's they are supposed to be open until 9pm. We ordered and minutes later, one by one we got our meals surved. So delicious! Everything came out fresh, impeccable and soooo delicious! I highly recommend it to anyone. It's so delicious! Place feels quiet and private. So after that I just got comfortable and got a Thai tea that didn't disappoint either! I'll make sure to visit this restaurant again when we are back in town! Just so much yumminess and professionalism! Very impressed, Love it here, wish I lived closer to try new plates. For now I'll highly recommend it to people who live in town or that will be visiting, it's quite aaaamazing!!! Check it when you're in town too!!

7F. Lo Mein

We could barely eat their Lo Mein because its made of pasta noodles. As an asian we know Lo Mein should be served with egg noodles. It tastes so weird.

Food is delicious and authentic! Our family stopped on the way to Texas, and I'm so glad we did. We had the sliced beef pho, chicken soup, shrimp fried rice, shrimp spring rolls and bbq beef with steamed rice. The place looks average from outside, but there's nothing average about it! Service was great and the place is also clean. Do yourself a favor and try these guys out. I don't think you'll regret it.

Unfortunately, the Bahn Mi (all I ordered) was not very good. The bread was terrible, pork fatty and size tiny.

I get the vegetarian pho here. Pretty hard to mess that up. They are very polite in here, but I don't like how it smells inside there.

This place is one of those gems - at least for flavor. I love Pho. Not just a little. A LOT. The selections were plentiful, they just didn't have the things I really like listed on the menu like tripe and tendons. So, I opted for the Bun Bo Hue (#9), shrimp and pork spring rolls, and a Thai tea. I guess I didn't read enough about the Tea as it came out as a Bubble Tea - I'm just not into tapioca pearls but it was good tea. The spring rolls had flavorful shrimp and pork, not just bland fillers. It was severed with a ginger and peanut sauce. The soup was VERY good. Most Vietnamese places tone down the sour in this type of soup; but not here and it made everything work even better. I wasn't expecting so much meat and noodles. It was huge and I couldn't finish it all. The spice level was just right for me. The place is a little run down. But there must be a good weekend entertainment run as there is a Karaoke setup in the corner. The service was great and I was welcomed to return. Which is nice, you don't get that a lot anymore. It's a recommend for me. If I pass this way again, I will make an effort to return.

So is the lemongrass chicken (with vegetables, all of which are crispy). The chicken skewers were better the first time than the second time, and the beef skewers were good the first and last time, which was only one time. I don't know the names of the staff, but the regular lady (thinner Asian lady) was excellent. The backup (a little heavier Asian lady) was not good. I had no water for 15 minutes and she was really bad at keeping up with what was going on. Just telling it like it is. There was a big debate about the short ribs. A few of my friends (one being a local) thought the short ribs were the best dish in the house. Three others told me not to get the short ribs. And then another person told me the short ribs were amazing. I haven't had the short ribs yet, but I wanted you to know about the short rib debate. Despite mixed service, a lackluster second serving of chicken skewers, and a short rib debate, the lemongrass chicken, quality service from the main server, and skewers (aside from the last time) were all excellent. That's why it's still 5 Stars. Recommended.

I don't care for spring rolls, but the ones here are full of meat and are wonderful. I had to get some to go. After speaking with the owner, I got the story of the place. The owner is a chef and chemist! Since cooking is a form of chemistry, it makes sense. She and her sister are trying to get the place going. The sister is not actually a trained waitress, and is helping her sister when the regular waitress is off. She's a super nice lady, and I admire that she's helping. So I have to cut her some slack - this is not her primary job. So don't expect speed - but I don't care, because the food is so good. If you want speed, call ahead. Since everything is cooked to order, and such a tiny crew, it is not reasonable to expect speed. If I lived in Bossier, I'd be a regular. But it will be on my list to visit when I'm in town. This is seriously good food, and if they had just a bit more business, they could hire an additional person and that would resolve the service issues. If you like good Tai food, give this place a try. If you like it, tell two people. I really am a fan of this place and hope they prosper. It is close to the intersection of Shed Road and Benton Road. Enjoy! PS - I just had Tai food back in Florida, and none of our local establishments come close the the complex tapestry of taste I had at Pho Bowl.

Then we got fried rice etouffee, cheese fries and crawfish for the table. The étouffée was pretty good, but strangely I needed to salt it. The cheese fries were my least favorite. I really like the cheese topping with crawfish but the fries had too much spice on them. They were hot spicy but over spiced flavor-wise. And the crawfish was really good. But being a Louisiana gal that enjoys to suck the head, the butter in the sauce made it too rich to do that. But the tails were delicious. We also had some corn and potatoes that were buttery and yummy. For dessert we tried the fried dough. It was good, but I'm not a sweets eater, so it was too sweet for me. Everyone else at the table tore it up! I wish I got the waitress's name, because she was really good!! Overall a great place to eat and we will be back.
