Got food togo -- loved it!! So good! Great portions, fair price, rich savory broth! We will SO be back! I appreciate that Vietnamese places are so gluten friendly. We didn't dine in, but it was cute in there. Highly recommend the meatballs! Loved!

Yummy food as a proud 100% viet girl. I'm so glad I stumbled on this reasonably priced place especially because it was located so conveniently. The parking is street parking but we came at 12:30 and found parking right out front. The service was kind and quick. The decor and inside is nice and sleek. We got the Bo luc lac (shaking beef) that also comes with a little bowl of broth and medium pho tai ($14). We got fried rice in the shaking beef and it was so buttery and soft. The beef itself was soft and flavorful as well. The pho was usual. Very much satisfied my cravings and I felt light but full after. The cafe su da is so creamy almost like sweet chocolate milk but not unbearable strong still good though.

I've tried plant of Vietnamese restaurants in Atlanta and this is definitely in my top 3! If you are in Midtown and needing a cozy meal, this should definitely be an option. The food is flavorful and the service is quick. I definitely recommend both the spring rolls and eggrolls as an appetizer. They came out very fresh and tasted great. I feel like there are a solid amount of options for you to choose from. If you're not a fan of Pho, they have other dishes that are also great! We were seated right away which is a plus considering the parking situation. There is a parking deck that you can park in for free. It is a very short walk around the corner. Or you can park in front of the restaurant which she will have to pay for. As far as the restaurant as a whole, it was very clean and appeared to be following the proper guidelines for health and safety. overall, this will definitely be my go to for when wanting a light fulfilling meal on a cozy day!

I came here hungover and this place hit the spot. The service was fast and friendly. The food was incredibly delicious. I ordered the Pho combo and the shrimp egg rolls. The peanut sauce was great, and the noodles and meat were well cooked. The place seemed busy which is always a good sign. I would definitely recommend dropping by this place if you are looking for great Vietnamese cuisine.

This is my second time visiting this place. I decided to bring a close friend of mine with me this time. He ordered the brisket pho and I ordered the shrimp with friend shrimp egg rolls on the side. We both enjoyed our meals over a great conversation. The service was nice and the ambiance was also calm and chill. I will definitely be returning soon.

    - pho w/ flank - soursop w/boba - pho combo - grilled pork rice plate I got the pho with flank and I really liked it. Broth was clear and really refreshing. There was a lot of noodle which is good!, I just can't eat that much noodle. The soursop drink was also really nice, not sure how to describe it other than sour ish and guava ish? It's just really refreshing. My family who got the combo pho were a little less impressed since we're used to pho in the Bay Area. The grilled pork plate was also dry but I personally liked how it tasted.

Intro This is my go-to Vietnamese spot for Pho. It is always consistent. Never had a bad experience/visit. Ambiance/Vibe Nothing fancy ambiance wise, pretty standard dining ambiance with a mix between standard chair/booth seating. Service Service is great. Always quick, consistent, and attentive. Food I've only had the Pho here. I feel like one time I got something else, like spring rolls, maybe... but I don't recall. But one thing I never forget is the Pho! The name is truly accurate because that soup is aaaammmmaaazzziiinnggggg. I get the combo (but I get the tripe relplaced with an extra serving of one of the other meats). I also usually get the large, and unless you are absolutely STARVING (or wasteful), it's enough to get 2-3 meals out of it. My friend gets the tofu and absolutely loves it. Drinks I only ever get water (I love that use orange slices instead of lemon), but my friend gets the matcha green bubble tea and loves it (if bubble tea is your kind of thing). Final Verdict If you are ever in the area or not far away and craving Pho, do yourself a favor and stop in and pay these folks a visit! You will NOT be disappointed!

4.5 stars on the ambiance, 5.0 on the food and service. I'd recommend the place for anyone interested in good food and services.

We were staying at a nearby hotel in Midtown and wanted something quick for take out and Pho King was definitely a good choice. Our order was ready in about 20 minutes. The spring rolls had shrimp and pork, as well as noodles and crunchy veggies inside. The flavors of everything were more muted, and would have been nicer to have a little richer taste, but it was still a good meal after a long day of travel. The prices were on par with similar restaurants and definitely a great price for the large portion size especially the portions of meat - medium chicken pho was $14 and the spring rolls were $5.75

It was not bad, yet it wasn't great. Upon entering, the smells reminds me of my younger years. I was anticipating great, authentic, Vietnamese. Apps we ordered Spring Rolls & Egg Rolls. They came out almost instantly..I mean like..ordered, he walked away for a good 5 seconds, and came back. Great and all but it just shows that they were not freshly made.. The spring rolls were double wrapped and extremely chewy. They shouldn't be. I was having a hard time chewing and swallowing the spring rolls. Eggs rolls were basic. The Pho Bo Vien. I haven't had pho in awhile. The broth was pretty good. The Bo Vien, itself, was not great. Ordered Thai tea to go. They didn't add in boba, yet added in some other " topping" but it was good and worked well!

This is my favorite place to grab pho. I've been coming here consistently for 2 years. Staff is always friendly and the pho is always good!

The best bang for your buck Vietnamese in Midtown. Everything is good, the service is quick and the restaurant itself is quaint and intimate. The food quality is excellent for the price point, definitely recommend the fresh spring rolls, banh mi and Bun Bo Luc Lac.

Where is the parking? Is it only street parking?

Turn left off West Peachtree Street onto 8th Street, parking garage on right just past Marlow's Tavern, look for Publix sign. Two hour free parking limit.

Is there free parking? If so, where?

    The parking garage is free!

Pho is pronounced fuh, so it's fuh-king?

    You're Pho King right.

To start, they brought me a freshly baked loaf of GF bread and my own plate of salted butter when everyone else was eating bread. THEN I received a special marked up menu with the options that would be safe for me to eat. Had the scallops and they were divine. Also had a side of strawberries with creme and wowwwww. I have never been to a higher end French Restaurant that only offered three white wines by the glass. Pushing bottles perhaps? The only white that even sounded half way decent was a boring Chardonnay at $17 for a 4-5 ounce pour. Insanity. The room we were seated in was fine, drapery everywhere which I'm sure was used to create a cozy intimate atmosphere - but the result missed the mark. Our server was gracious and attentive to start, but then became a bit absent once more guests arrived. My husband started with the much touted onion soup. No French chef would incorporate such a mass of cheese and salt to this classic preparation. There was nothing epic or outstanding about it. (even after our server said something like "the NY Times said it was the best in the country.") Yeah, right. For the mains I went with the duck confit accompanied by potatoes sarladasies. The spuds, if correctly prepared, are supposed to be garlicky and crisp after being pan fried in duck or goose fat. Mine were limp and bland. I have no idea what was in their sauce verte - as it added nothing flavor wise, and sadly just soaked the potatoes. The duck was OK. Again, nothing memorable. My husband ordered the $34 burger after hearing the $70 plus price tag for the Dover Sole Meunière. Lunacy. I mean the beef patty was tasty, but nothing better than an old fashioned cook-out one grilled in your own backyard. The frites were just weird. We have been to France on several occasions and never encountered such a preparation. Would we ever go back? Nope.

Personally I like my tomato soups extra thick and creamy, which isn't how I would describe this one. However if that's not your style, this may be for you. I got it with a multi grain roll and chocolate chip cookie and when the roll was dipped in the soup, it was exceptional. And the cookie tasted nice and fresh. There's a free, private lot for parking, and lots of seating indoors and outdoors. The interior is adorable, drenched in yellows and reds, and the staff is very friendly and happy to give a recommendation. A great lunch option if you're over by Blandtown.

We had to grab our own water with styrofoam cups, which was fine but what wasn't great was the lack of service after that. No one checked on us and the same guy at the front never once acknowledged how our food was or if we needed anything. On his phone the whole time never once left his spot in the front.
