The staff is super friendly here was attentive to my needs. The Bbh was kind of bland and tasted kind of water down and it definitely needed more fish sauce or something salty to the broth. There was enough meat and not enough noodles. The chicken pho was actually pretty rich and fatty in flavor so I enjoyed that but still missing that umami. Might come back to try the banh beo but probably not the pho.

Pho Kim is my current favorite and go to pho spot. I've only ordered delivery so I can't speak on service or ambience. My orders have always been packaged securely and nice presentation.. especially the soft tendon. I love the tendon so much that I had to order extra this time and it was worth it. I've never had tendon served in a square shape but it makes it so much better this way. I wish I could eat their pho everyday!

Food is so good! Just went here today around noon and food came out so fast, the pho was so flavorful I only had to add chili oil for my preference it was perfectly salty. Server, front desk, and cooks are very nice and attentive! I recommend especially if you like having a good amount of options to choose from. (:

Tried the Bun Cha Ha Noi. Healthy amounts of everything! Greens were fresh and pork was savory. Enjoyed making wraps.

Lol what a name. But this seems like a legit pho spot, lots of tables and space for big groups, and they seem to always be cranking out tons of pho. They have a lot more types of pho than the 3 or 4 choices that are offered at most places (I didn't even know there were that many types of pho) as well as some other non-pho items. But of course we just got our usual Bun Bo Hue. This one has the actual blood cake piece if you're into that. I like that you can order extra sides of tripe/tendon for cheap, and they are generous portions. Plus you can order one of the huge broth bones for $6 if you feel like gnawing some extra meat or want to treat your doggo (it was bigger than my foot lol). I will definitely be back to try one of those other phos I haven't seen elsewhere.

Overall: This has been one of my staples when it comes to Vietnamese foods but the service can be a hit or miss sometimes. Location/Parking: It's right on 82nd across the street from Portland Community College. They have a parking lot but it can be really easy to miss because the entrance isn't that wide. Food: One of my go-to options here, much like many others is the Super Bowl. Nine times out of ten, they are pretty consistent but there has been one time when I felt like a dried-out sponge that needed to be thrown into the pacific ocean because of the MSG. If you're looking for the bean sprouts and other sides, fair warning, they do not give you much and if I remember correctly, they charge extra for more.

Bun bo hue-ordered it with extra satay. The soup was pretty bland, it tasted very watered down Pho-the soup tasted bland to me, i couldnt taste any aromatics. Not a lot of meat either. Bo kho-this soup had a decent spicy kick to it. The beef was soft but took a bit of chewing. The tendon was hard and barely chewable. But my friend enjoyed the soup. Banh beo-the batter was a bit soft/mushy to my preference, but decent!

    Special Pho and hot tea

As a chef myself, I love this place. From the rich broth to its fresh spring rolls, I can say this is one of the best hands down Vietnamese food. Great service, beautiful atmosphere to bring friends/family. Maybe a nice date... Enjoy!

There is plenty of seating there and It looked like there was a space for live music and string lights - probably a fun spot to grab dinner in the evening. We came for lunch and ordered the chao mian with chicken (spicy) and bian bian noodles (spicy). The noodles are cooked to order and we were served quickly. The serving sizes are huge. Neither one of us could finish ours. We'll likely order one dish to split next time, and that'd still probably be more than enough. The flavor of the chao mian was a bit lackluster. It was savory with a soy sauce flavor base, but got a bit repetitive with each bite. It was decently spicy and texture was there with the veggies, but I wish there was a way to customize with more spice or vinegar to taste. The bian bian noodles were more flavorful and also spicier. Fun noodle texture. There are also other vendors in the garden so you can pair a dessert, drink, or side with your meal while staying in the same area. Overall, a filling meal for a good price! Would come again to try their beef noodle soup.

So we ordered 3 entrees and side of Dry-fried String beans. The Green Beans were cooked perfectly and the serving size was generous! One of our new favorites is the Mongolian Chicken. Is not a spicy Chinese food dish but the moist chicken and seasonings produced a yummy & comfort food level dish! As usual, the lightly battered & deveined Butterfly prepared Salt & Pepper Shrimp was mouthwatering, with every bite. As the last entree to be served. The ten Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings were fresh and flavorful. Needless to say, with only 2 patrons eating lunch with 3 heaping entrees plus Dry-fried String beans and white rice - we took home 2 more meals worth of Chinese food leftovers. We devoured everything and left no crumbs but the dishes I would likely gravitate back towards are the hand pulled noodles, wings, and actually the Mandoo! The hand pulled noodles were coated nicely with a spicy sauce and had a great chew to them. I loved the thickness of the noodles and added crunch from the cabbage and other veggies. Half sweet and half spicy for the wings was the way to go - each wing was doused in sauce and sesame seeds but still maintained its crunch. As someone that doesn't usually like wings, these were fantastic. Lastly, the Mandoo surprised me! It was the sauce that sealed the deal. It was like a thousand island, poppy seed kind of dressing that worked very well. I couldn't stop eating them. If you're looking for authentic Korean food, this is the place!
