Very good food that tastes fresh. The service isn't fast, but was friendly. I really like their wok cooked beef noodle bowl. Crab Rangoons were good too! My son loved the beef pho too. I've been a few times and would recommend.

Pho tai (rare steak)

The beef pho (pho tai) tastes good and authentic. Best pho in the area. Reminds me of Pho back home from Little Saigon in Cali. Unfortunately Vietnamese food should not cost this much. The cost of living is affordable in Fort Wayne here, but the prices on the menu are outrageous. Pho and banh mi are usually half the price they charge. The ambiance is nicer - they tried to go for a fine dining experience. Overall the food was great and we had no issues. Service was okay and the employee spoke Vietnamese with me. I would absolutely give this spot 5 stars, but the prices are high.

The crab rangoons were insanely delicious wowow. Almost ordered another one. Staff was very sweet and appetizers came out. The chicken bahn mi was really flavorful and the pho was also really good.

Pho Indy has great goi cuon and the best Banh mi ever. Their pho is pretty good, but their bún is okay. I definitely recommend trying their house special wings! They're full of flavor and are super crunchy. The service is usually slow, but they do help box up your food. The restaurant is a bit dark, but clean. Definitely give them a try if you're in Fort Wayne and are craving Vietnamese food!

The atmosphere was amazing, definitely my favorite part. The waitress was really nice and gave us free cups of water without us even having to ask. They were also very patient while we figured out what we were going to order. The food portions were huge for the price. The rangoon was $5 and you get 2 huge pieces. One bowl of pho was $15 and the portion was so big we couldn't finish it. I definitely recommend getting one bowl and sharing. Extra bowls are provided if wanted. I definitely recommend visiting Pho Indy at least once.

It's been a long time since I've been back. I've heard mixed reviews so I thought we would give it a try. We went on a busy Friday night. The place was filled and doing a decent carry out business. In the past visits to Pho Indy...they were never this busy. Good for them!! The facility hasn't changed but still clean and organized. The hostess wasn't very friendly - perhaps because she was overwhelmed. The waitress was not very attentive - overwhelmed again or short handed. The waitress also seemed under skilled to serve customers professionally. She was okay at taking orders. Not good at refills, delivering all our food items (we had to reminder her of things she forgot) nor explaining things on the menu or the sauces she delivered. As for the good...I thought, overall, it was good and tasted like you would expect from a Pho place. Though...nothing exceptional. The spring rolls are delicious and fresh. Plenty of filling. The peanut sauce is very thin and doesn't have a strong peanut taste. It almost had the consistency of soy sauce. I prefer a thicker sauce with a predominant peanut taste. The crab Rangoon was very good. The filling was very creamy and plentiful. The wrapper was fairly large and fried to a slight crisp without being too greasy. My C4 was solid. The beef was tender without much seasoning to taste. The rice was cooked to perfection. The side of cucumber and tomato was nice and crisp. The soup had a nice warm and slightly spiced flavor. I'm not a Pho aficionado so I'm nit versus at sauces to accent my dish. I thought it was very strange that we had five sauces at the table but only one had a label. Overall...Pho Indy is a good choice. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you are needing a Pho fix. On this occasion...I didn't think they showed their best.

everyone's kind here and the weight is decent considering it's a sit down place. clean place and food is very good

Delicious food! I'm thankful they stay open later too! Grabbed food Togo on the way home from work and it hits the spot.

The chicken in the chicken Pho was incredibly dry and the broth lacked flavor. It wasn't BAD but I have had better.

There was one older woman at the cash register who was to seat guests, take money, get the to orders taken care of and answer the phone. The latter due to the volume of takeout orders took precedence over seating people standing in line who were ignored and there were empty tables. After almost 40 minutes of standing and a group of 8 who had reservations that the restaurant wasn't set up for-it was a mess and a bad experience for them...we were seated. We weren't waited on for awhile as there were only two people waiting tables bringing out one dish at a time to the tables. They put out a bowl of rice that sat before their food came. Customers were angry and two stood and complained loudly at the service...a woman waiting for carry out was there for two hours! We received our bland food, cold appetizers after 8pm. Some customers waited and then got up and left before their meals arrived. They ended up setting the party of 8 by the entrance door and bathroom...I'm not sure if my family would be returning or not when they are empty of customers. Our waiter kept complaining that the customers were complaining to us...

We looked up all the boba shops around, not expecting to find too much in the area, when we came upon Hoshi Hoshi. As soon as we saw "Mango Sticky Rice Frappe," we knew we had to go. It's great to see a really creative boba shop in Fort Wayne, especially one that (I think) is Thai owned, which is a big departure from the mostly Vietnamese, Chinese, and Taiwanese owned shops through the US. When we first walked in on a early weekend afternoon, there were no other customers in the shop, but as we waited for our drinks, more and more people started walking in until the place was completely full. I'm glad we were at the start of the rush rather than during it! Milk Tea, 50% Sweet w/ Boba ($6.95) - Toppings are $1 each which is kind of on the expensive side. The tea is pretty good for this type of drink, mellow with perfect sweetness at 50%. The boba is a bit too soft, resulting in a disintegrating exterior that's rough and craggy. The bubbles are quite uniformly chewy throughout and resemble more of a jelly than typical tapioca balls. (3/5) Mango Sticky Rice Frappe w/ Jelly Mango ($9.95) - This drink consists of a mango and cream smoothie topped with sweet coconut infused sticky rice, diced mango, and a salty cream cheese topping. The drink is like a creamsicle leaning more towards the mango flavor instead of the cream flavor. The mango jelly sinks to the bottom of the drink, allowing you to get a piece every couple of sips. I was kind of nervous that if the rice was intermixed with the ice that it would be hard and gross, but thankfully they constructed this drink pretty well. Super delicious overall. (5/5) There was one puzzling thing - the barista asked us if we were okay with Jelly Mango in the drink and when we asked if it was included she said yes. Then she went ahead and charged an extra dollar for the topping. Either that, or the drink is not labeled corrected in the menu at $8.95. Bizarre in either case. Bathrooms: None that are customer accessible. I was really surprised by Hoshi Hoshi. I didn't expect to see this kind of place in Fort Wayne. This is a definite visit next time we are in the area.
