Great lil Asian joint... Stopped by Pho-Shi for the first time at lunch with coworkers... Such a well decorated and clean restaurant (as in "spotless") and the service was excellent; you can tell this place is very well managed. As for the food, really good Asian cuisine (kind of a Thai/Vietnamese/Korean hybrid) and well-priced. Other FW restaurants need to pay close attention to the Pho-Shi operation and their price points - They totally understand quality, customer service, and fair/reasonable prices. Had a meal that tasted like burnt microwave! I don't know what happened but I doubt I'll go back.

I am recovering from a total hip replacement so fighting the ice and snow was not an option. We had a hankering for Vietnamese food and on the computer we went. My wife but in our order and "presto" our beef pho and chicken pho arrived with in an hour! Everything was packaged professionally and it came with all the extras, sprouts, lime wedges, hosin and hot sauces etc. everything was piping hot and we dug in. We also ordered a sampler platter with crab Rangoon and egg rolls. Everything was above average and sumptuous. DoorDash facilitated this feast and we will do it again soon! read more

I've been to this restaurant probably four times and each time my experience is worse than the last. I think I'm done. They get an A+ for customer service. They are very kind and nice. It's a family place and I love that. Other than that, it's some of the worst Asian fusion food I've ever had in my life. Everything has an odd taste. I got the red curry with chicken. I normally love this dish. It was so salty and tasted purely like fish sauce. I don't know what was going on. I couldn't even taste curry. I had my daughters tried it and they said it was disgusting. We had a double Crunchyroll so it was deep fried, it tasted like it had been deep fried in old oil twice. Almost inedible. My other daughter had a sushi roll with salmon, but the salmon smelled so fishy, I wondered if it was old. Their pineapple fried rice is great. Everything else I'm gonna give a hardy thumbs down. The venue itself is very cute and would be very nice for a seated dining experience. I ordered the emperor's roll, and it was tasty. I will say it didn't travel particularly well and fell apart a little, but that's just sort of par for the course with sushi takeout. I liked the depth of flavor and the generous seafood portions. The Korean gochujang wings were a serious highlight. Deeply flavorful, sticky, just the right amount of slickness....yum. I could've eaten so many of those. I wasn't too pleased with my crab Rangoon, although I think it's because they had to endure a fifteen minute car ride; they just became soggy. However, the filling was heavy on the crab and the sweet and sour sauce had a nice kick. Amazing pho spot here in Fort Wayne! I thought I wouldn't go near another pho spot until going home to Cali, only saying that because there are no other pho spots in the area, but here you have a fusion of Asian dishes! The prices are reasonable and for the most part the food is tasty. I was a bit disappointed when I got my order of PawKeeMow, the vegetables were sparse and the sauce was practically non existent. When you first walk into the restraunt there's a welcoming flower wall that covers the entrance making you wonder what lies behind it. As you walk behind the flower wall, the host welcomed you and took you to your seat. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Crunchy Crab Roll and Spicy Korean Ramen. The Pad Thai had thinner noodles that made the dish much more different from others. The chicken was moist and was cooked perfectly with the chicken soaking in the flavors of the entire dish. The peanuts on the side were a nice touch to the dish giving it a nice crunch. Overall the best Chicken Pad Thai that I have had in a while. The broth of the Spicy Kimchi Ramen was perfectly flavored with a nice spice. The vegetables were perfectly cooked leaving it with a nice crunch. And again, the chicken was extremely moist and flavorful with it soaking in the broth. I would like to save the best for last ending it with the Crunchy Crab Roll. Man, was this the best item that I have ordered. It was a basic California Roll but the unique part of it was the crunch. The roll was topped with fried onions that gave it an extra boost of flavor. The roll also had a spicy mayo and soy sauce that made everything come together. Service was top notch and made you feel super welcomed. What to say about this place...one of the worst asian fusion food I ever had... I ordered Thai red curry and It was pretty much white. I had Red Thai curry in many places and this scores zero points. I think the chef is a kid who just dumped a ton of fish sauce in to the curry. There is no rice to curry proportion and I left the entire curry as it was way too salty with heavy fish sauce odor. My friends ordered Spicy Basil Thai fried rice and Pineapple fried fried rice with shrimp. There is no difference between the two fried rices that we ordered and worst part is that they literally added boiled shrimp and Pineapple apple on top of the fried rice... we had to wait 1hr 15mins and paid $80 to get these disaster dishes from an amateur chef.
