Stopped in here for lunch. Like to try new places. Located in the-mall next to the Cold Stone Creamery. It's tucked in the corner and easy to miss. Plenty parking and the service is good and everything is clean and well decorated. It's a small space that probably would seat 25 or thirty. It is not a restaurant but a bistro and the menu is limited as would be expected. My pork Raman was excellent and the broth was exquisite! My wife ordered the bento box with shrimp. The tempura and grilled shrimp and vegetables were prepared perfectly. Don't expect a $9.99 specials! Our lunch set us back $ 40.00 before tip.

Really great food. Our waiter was Omar. Great service. Was taken care of from start to finish. Deserves and gonna great a great tip from us. Hope business gets busy. Drove by 2 times. Lol Tucked away right by Cold Stone Creamery. Lovely little place. Will definitely come again !!!

Takoyaki

Love the location. Small inside with not a lot of seating, though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Raman looked amazing but was bland, unfortunately. I ordered spicy but wasn't spicy at all. The takoyaki had was too much sauce and a little of the squid inside. The dark sugar Boba tea had little Boba at the bottom and didn't look appetizing but taste decent. I paid $35 for just me and left unsatisfied. I think $17 for a bowl a Raman is a little high, when I can go pho soup that's way better and bigger for cheaper.

My mom, sister, and I went in for lunch and the food was delicious. Highly recommend their spring roll appetizer and their udon. (also, special shout-out to our waiter who chased after us when we left to return the car keys I left on the table.) We'll definitely be frequenting this place!

Okay so this isn't the best in Fort Wayne now that I've tried Haru sushi and Izakayas ramen. Haru's is way more authentic and the broth has a lot more umami and it's around the same price. If ramen is what you're craving and you're a ramen lover you're going to get a lot better quality and better authenticity there than you will here.

Absolutely amazing food! Great service. Definitely highly recommend!. I have been there 4 times and always have speedy service. The food is one of the best Japanese dishes in Fort Wayne. They also have very good prices.

Pork Miso Ramen

I came to Bimi after visiting another spot that sold "ramen." I wish I found Bimi first! I had the Pork Miso Ramen - the broth was so flavorful, the pork was cooked perfectly, and they had the fish cakes/bamboo shoots/ and green onion included. The plum wine was good, I prefer the Kikkoman brand. Service was great! The place was very cute and played good music.

A little on the pricy side, but the food is good. The teriyaki steak and tempura are very tasty as are the dumplings.

Good ramen soup. Great service. Fair price. Looks like a nice family runs/owns the restaurant. Definitely would return.

Yummy Bowl is definitely yummy. And you are the one who decides what will make it yummiest to you…read more Mark your table number on your card and then head to the self-serve bowl making bar. Choose your rice and/or noodles and then your vegetables and proteins. Shrimp, calamari, chicken, pork, sausage, beef. Lots of sauces to choose from, put those in the cups on the side. I chose a mix of 2,3 and 8. Each was marked on the menu with spice level and flavor profile. Those that are gluten free are marked. Leave the raw ingredients there for the chefs to cook up for you. Your finished dish will arrive in a clean new bowl. I liked my choice, especially the lo mein noodles, egg and mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly, and brought to the table nice and hot. Forks are provided if chopsticks aren't your thing. It was busy at lunchtime, but we were seated and served right away. Slightly loud and bustling, but fine. Better than dead! Pay your server at your table. I'll be back soon I hope!

Okay, so it was really good. Albeit stressful…read more I walk in and am handed a bowl and slip of paper, zero instruction. I walk to the line. BOOM. Family of 6 behind me and they are all seasoned Yummy Bowl vets. So i'm rushing down the line just throwing stuff in my bowl. When I tell you I took that bowl home and the moment I opened that bag the entire room smelled incredible. Food was delicious. The restaurant itself while I didn't stay was very overstimulating, so much going on.
