It was pretty busy and there was only one guy who was hosting and taking orders and I think two guys from the back who would bring out the food. For them being busy and limited staff, I give props to the guy because he was attentive to all the tables, the phones, and the pick up orders all by himself. I ordered the fish pho, my favorite, shrimp and pork spring rolls and Thai tea without boba. Again, the fish pho is the best pho I had ever tasted. I never ever went back to meat pho after tasting their fish pho. It is so flavorful, light in the stomach and so tasty. In addition, I have never found a spring roll that beats theirs. Looking for some hot pho on a cold night and got exactly what I was hoping for. Went through grub hub and I am very happy! I got the STEAK AND BRISKET PHO. This place is a mainstay for my wife and I. Amazing food and even better people work here, the service is amazing. This spot really feels like a mom and pop operation and the vibes are also right at home. I was on Facebook and there was this video of Park Bo-gum eating spring rolls. I don't know his work, but with a Google search, he's a famous k drama actor. We ordered a build your own Pho with steak, brisket and Flank. Can't go wrong with that hearty combo! One of the better options for pho in Glendale! BROTH - Piping hot, flavorful, not too greasy. It is extra hot which I personally prefer so that it stays hot throughout the meal, but some may find it a little too hot. 4/5 MEATS - Pretty good quality; steak is a little chewy but their brisket and tendon are definitely good quality. 4/5 NOODLES - Standard pho noodles, they were just the right amount of chewy and not overcooked. 4/5 PRICING - $12.25 for a regular size pho, $13.50 for a large. Reasonable price in the general Los Angeles area. PARKING - Metered street parking only, it's in downtown Glendale on the busy street of Brand. But I'm usually able to find parking! OVERALL - This is definitely in my rotations for whenever I crave pho. By the time we got home, our food was still fresh. Their sides of bean sprouts, basil and jalapeños were fresh. The bean sprouts were super crispy - so that was a plus. The broth was delicious. Like I said earlier, it was clean and very flavorful. It's crazy to say this but I swear I can taste bone marks in their broth which is a plus for us! It's a rich flavor that I love. This place is so great! I found it randomly while trying to order some food on an app. Tip - order from their website for cheaper prices. It's hard to find oxtail pho and they have it! They also have a great banh mi. Their passion fruit juice was so amazing, I've never had something like that before. Their Vietnamese coffee was spot on, so strong and sweet. I used to drink it all the time when I lived in SE Asia. They also have this amazing flan I've never seen anywhere that used Vietnamese coffee as well. It had shrimp but the pork was super dry, which ruined the whole roll for me. The service of the place was good. The employees were very friendly and checked in on me while I waited for the food.
