Although the restaurant is a little hidden, I finally found it because I was getting into Boba tea and I looked up a restaurant that sells them close by. So far, their Boba is the best that I've ever had and I literally cannot pick a favorite drink. The people are so nice and they always have funny tip jars which I think is a plus because I love jokes. The place is very inviting and the atmosphere is nice, especially during the holidays. Their music is also good too because it's not overbearing and it's mostly pop. As far as the food goes, this was my first time trying it and I will definitely go back for it again. This was a pretty bad experience. The egg rolls tasted off, and overcooked. The noodle soup didn't taste authentic. It tasted like a boxed broth. And the bubble matcha tea (with "real" boba was NASTY!!!! The boba was goopy and mushy! It was disgusting. Terrible place! It was moderately clean. Service wasn't good though. Based on the ratings and business of the place I thought the pho was going to be so amazing. I know different places do different things to stand out but here are my ratings: Freshness 5 Service: 5 Quality: 5 Pho: 3 I would rate this place a 5 but the one thing they need to get perfect is the pho. I ordered the Pho with Shrimp (off menu) and the shrimp rolls. The pho broth was a bit bland (super sad face). And perhaps i came in the wrong day, but I had to add lots of sauces/spice to get it just right. There was also no leaves with the veggies and they didn't have chili paste at the table. On a positive note, you could absolutely taste the freshness of the produce, which is great! The amount of onions and cilantro was perfect and so were the noddles and shrimp. Maybe I came in on a bad day but I sure do love flavorful pho. I love it the most when I have to make few additions to the broth. I would try this place again. read more

Woaaah. Best Iv had in Odessa. Broth was great tasting. The waiter did say if the normal guys doesn't make the Phó it's not great. So I really hope it's not a hit and Miss place. Cause it was very good. Had a soft cinnamon flavor which makes the pho. Very fresh meat cuts. The garnishes are cilantro and green onion. I got a medium stake and brisket. First time to visit and was disappointed. I understand the Vietnamese people eat certain foods, but to be charged the amount of money that was charged for basically vegetables was ridiculous! Over $14.00 for a bowl of vegetables & noodles with a very small serving of thinly sliced beef! Highway robbery! On top of that, my friend was served their meal first, and I had to wait approximately ten extra minutes for my meal to arrive. Those in the kitchen need some advice, which is to serve the whole table each person's meal at the same time! No, I can't recommend this establishment. The pho is good but they lie on the menu saying they have "pho chay" ("chay" means vegetarian), but the broth is beef instead of vegetable. Unless you question the restaurant, they don't inform customers they are lying about what is vegetarian. If you are someone with dietary restrictions, do not trust their food, because the menu is not what you are receiving. If you request a vegetarian option they just give you a sauceless bowl of rice, some vegetables, and huge tofu slices. read more

I think its a good addition and adds diversity in food and culture to the town especially since there is not any vietnamese food around here. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming and service was fast and attentive. The price is a little high for my liking, but i cant blame them..theres no competition and im sure all of the ingredients are not local and has to be shipped from somewhere. I didnt try their pho because im not a fan of viet pho, but i had their pork chop rice plate which was yummy. The kids enjoyed their pho. Yes, they're named Pho House, but I don't think that's their strong point. Their PHO is decent, but their THIT NUONG (chargrilled pork) is the star. It is smokey, juicy, tender, and has amazing umami (well-rounded, savory flavor). When I want something heartier, I order it over rice (COM TAM THIT NUONG). When I want something lighter, I order it over vermicelli noodles (BUN THIT NUONG) - kind of like pasta salad. Either way it's perfection. I'm from Houston, where there's Vietnamese restaurants aplenty, and this place definitely serves some of the best thit nuong I've ever had. EGG ROLLS are average and VIETNAMESE COFFEE is okay. I'll make it easy for you. Dinner tonight? Pho, fresh mint, rich broth, a charbroiled pork rib, beef shrimp vermicelli, really friendly folks were anxious to insure a great meal. Sorry I didn't get to try the tea. Cleanest bathrooms in town. It took one minute for both apps. 6 minutes for the entire meal. The pho here is just okay. But it is definitely the best in Odessa so far and will satisfy a pho craving. The boba is good, but overpriced. The service however, is incredible and I would definitely recommend it based on that alone. It feels like home if I was Vietnamese.
