4/3/23 Been in Odessa FOR THE FIRST TIME, a mere 24 hours. Being from Hawaii with Asian restaurants everywhere, I have a certain level of expectation walking into an establishment regardless of where it's located. I am going to CONFIRM EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that talked about the broth. LEGIT and can hold it's own in Hawaii or CA in my opinion. We also ate the Shaken beef with fried rice and tried the crispy omelette on the menu. I love Thai omelettes and most restaurants do not have this particular entree on the menu. Thai omelettes are more of an airy, fluffier consistency. Thus one was crunchy /crispy and was flavorful. For dessert we tried the Vietnamese flan. Not your typical idea of a "flan" , this was lighter pudding over ice. It had a very light coffee flavor taste to it. This is a keeper. read more

I ordered a combination banh mi sandwich and combination vermicelli bowl for lunch delivery here and it was both interesting and just ok. The banh mi had no flavors resembling a real banh mi. It didn't taste bad just not like a banh mi. It could also use a lot more filling especially vegetables. The meat amount was decent but the vegetables were severely lacking. The vermicelli bowl was the opposite situation as the banh mi; the flavors were more authentic but it was not very tasty. The vermicelli bowl tasted very watered down, like someone actually poured a bunch of water over the bowl after cooking it, even with the sauce on the side. Unfortunately, even though there are not many pho restaurants in Midland/Odessa and I want to be fair, this place needs to step their game up. read more

Was excited to eat there our family sat down and we ordered our food. I asked the server if they could turn on the heat as it was freezing cold in there. Everyone was literally wearing coats in there . The server replied no and that the owner said no heater so people can eat soup. What a ridiculous notion to assume , needless to say we left and went to Pho Viet Odessa the ambience and energy was much better we really enjoyed our time . Stop by this place for lunch.. simple decoration it was cold 40F outside. No heat inside. That suck. Ordered egg rolls and hot pho large. Got two tiny egg rolls and large bowl of pho, the bow was large with half filled. Very little meats have to get a meat detector to find the beef in the bowl and two baby shrimps. Pho broth was plain no flavor. No basil, Ben sprouts, lime, jalapeño two slices. This is a rip off place for pho. Service was ok, they keep checking with no care. Quick walking pass and glanced. Picked up the rare beef & brisket pho and it was SO good. I'm very particular with my pho and this one is way up on my list

Stumbled in for lunch w my co-workers. The smell was phenomenal,which is a great sign.. We all expected to get Pho, but the menu was so beautiful w options. The pork chop is cooked perfectly. The fried rice was traditionally prepared as was the stir fry. The staff was great and the food was served hot. I only wish I had gotten a picture for this review. We were greeted and sat promptly upon entering and the staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our meal. While looking over the menu, I was glancing around and noticed the lack of cleanliness. The floor had some debris scattered about, a few of the tables looked like they needed wiped down. and the mirrors on the wall were covered in smudges and handprints. I also used the women's restroom before ordering and it smelled like raw sewage so that ruined my appetite. My boyfriend said the men's restroom was fine. We ordered spring rolls and pho and the food was not bad. They didn't serve any fresh basil like I've had at other pho restaurants and gave us minimal jalapeños and limes, but the portion of the noodles and meat in the medium pho was adequate. The broth was very flavorful and almost tasted sweet, however I was too put off by the lack of cleanliness to fully enjoy my meal. read more

Tried their fried rice man that was bad the worse ever I'm surprised it's still on the menu it was bland had no love in it was legit full of peas though. Garbage. For 13bucks I miss my money more. Worst 13 dollars I ever spent. Whoever likes that fried rice obviously got covid as your taste buds off, it went Casper the friendly ghost. I take full responsibility for this, as when I saw the rice i thought heh I guess bugs bunny eats here all those dang carrots and peas in there. That's all I'ma say about that basura rice. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't mark zero. For starters the place is freezing inside, it's 39° outside and no heat inside....... the broth is cloudy and gross... the fish sauce looks like it's gone bad and taste the same... the meat is gross.. they don't have basil, cilantro, tripe, tendon.... the spring rolls are loose and have only crumbs of meat..... this place is just bad and if anyone gives it a good rating thay are being paid to do is.... the water is decent though.... I've ate pho since 1996, in 3 different countries and atleast 34 states.... this is the worst I've ever had read more

Me and my fiance can not get enough of this place, this is our go to every week, when I don't want too cook! The pho is always amazing, it has the best broth in Odessa! I always get the tofu pho option which is phenomenal, and my fiancé always gets the steak pho option, both are amazing. Service is always quick, and the family behind the counter always makes sure we are happy when we leave! I recommend this resturant if your ever wanting a wonderful Vietnamese meal! read more

The Pho here is the best in town. We are regulars. We usually get the chicken or the brisket pho. We have tried several things. The flavors are always great. The pork chop is always good. The Korean bbq beef taste great but unfortunately its very little for the price. We have ordered this a couple times and portions were the same both times. Other places we have ordered that serve you double or more of the beef. Good food! read more

We stopped by on our way back home from Big Bend National Park. We didn't expect much since Odessa is a bit in the middle of nowhere, and the Vietnamese population is small. Pho&More definitely blew me away! The broth tasted so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I'd say it is one of the best phos I had in my life. Would visit again! read more

I had the Banh Mi and beef meatball soup. The soup was good, but lacked any sort of 'wow' factor. The portion was good, but it is still almost all broth. The Banh Mi was very tasty, but the beef strips were a bit too tough for my liking. I would prefer either a slower cook or smaller pieces. The service was adequate. The server was attentive and helpful. Odessa has some good pho spots already. Pho&More is good, but I feel it doesn't stand out amongst the competition down the road. I can still recommend it, but Pho House down the road is my favorite between the two so far. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. My wife and I ordered three pork sandwiches and an order of spring rolls. Upon cutting into the spring rolls we noticed something different in there as it was my first time eating them and to our surprise there was a BAND AID IN IT!! I went back to complain and they offered me free new spring rolls along with my refund! Why the hell would I want more food from the same place that isn't handling food properly?! They definitely lost our business and anyone who knows me knows I love Vietnamese! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Love this place! I could eat here everyday if I could. Chicken fried rice and spring rolls with shrimp and grilled pork are my go to.

This is my favorite vietnamese restaurant in town. I eat there at least 2-3 times per week. In my opinion, They have best Pho in town, my little girl is a picky eater and she loves their pho. Also the grill pork spring roll is the best. If you getting the shaking beef ask them to make with sirloin steak instead, it is kinda pricey if you order that way but it is so worth it. That is always my husband favorite. They are a little bit pricey thats the reason they only got 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 if it wasn't for the price. read more

I ended up getting the Korean beef BBQ with steamed rice. I originally ordered a dish and they didn't have it. They didn't have 2 or the 3 dishes we ordered. The dish was ok. It took awhile for them to bring the food out and they brought the appetizer out with the main dish. Had their pho, I'm Vietnamese so I know a thing or two about good pho. Their pho sucks, sorry just being honest. My wife had their "banh mi". She said for the price it's such a rip off. The sand which was so tiny. In California you can get 3 banh mi's for the price of one of this places banh mi's. Also when I went to go pay the cashier was handling money then going right back to cutting meat with his bare hands that he didn't wash after touching money. This is my go to Vietnamese place. Love their ph and bún bò hu! The iced coffee with condensed milk is potent and superb!
