Most of the food was actually good, but it was hard to enjoy it because cleanliness and hygiene were such an issue. The floors were messy, walls sticky, and tables and seats weren't properly cleaned before guests sat down. I even saw a man handling the banana cream pudding with his bare hands--no gloves--which raises serious concerns about hygiene in the kitchen. Staff mostly stood around talking instead of keeping the dining area clean, and with the price per person going up, it just doesn't feel worth it. Until basic cleaning and sanitation are improved, I wouldn't recommend this buffet. read more

We haven't been here in years and decided to give them a second chance. After all the parking lot is always full. Big mistake. The food was barely edible, and the more we looked around and saw filth everywhere the less inclined we were to eat. The carpeted floors were slimy and covered with who knows what. The decorations as well as the covers on the shades had so much dust it was clear no one had cleaned in ages. The glass partitions were streaked with greasy stripes and the "clean" tables were so sticky I'm queasy just thinking about them. The waitresses were as busy and attentive or I might have tried giving zero stars. It's sad this restaurant hasn't learned any lessons from the time the health department shut them down. I was starting to wonder why this place has such bad reviews, but I figured it out. It's the service. The food was pretty good. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty. They were putting new dishes out. The fried fish was my favorite thing along side those sesame balls ! Now the service was kind of lacking. We got drinks from the hostess but never saw our waitress until we were nearly done eating. We never got any refills on drinks. Here's the part that miffed me ... the waitress magically appeared as we were eating dessert with our check. Thinking I don't want to wait for her to reappear to pay I put my card on the tray for her right away. She came back with it and set it on the table. I continue to eat. She come back in about 2 min PICKs the check up and STICKS IT IN MY FACE (yes, with my spoon half way to my mouth) and says SIGN IT! Ok y'all I kind of don't like touching public pens and then eating again. So I said yes ma'am I will. She said SIGN NOW! So I did, but she didn't like the tip she got so she started slamming things around. I was very uncomfortable. Everyone has bad days I get that but I've worked food service before and I have NEVER Rushed a customer off and I have never ever demanded a tip for doing nothing. I normally don't do buffets anymore because they are usually filthy, people don't use tongs just their hands and the food is usually cold but my Granddad insisted on us going. This place was clean around the food areas but the floors were dirty and the walls were dirty. I figured it was from the amount of oil field workers coming in and out. Food was good, fresh and hot. I have eaten here for years. I have been pleasantly pleased in the past with the food and the quality. Not so much on this visit. The sushi and grill are ALWAYS fabulous. The regular buffet items were of such low quality during my visit that I simply left food on my plate. There were burned fried zucchini slices on the buffet, which is simply unacceptable. Most of the food (even fresh out of the kitchen) was dried out and nasty. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my recent visit. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat until last night (1-30-25). We walked in, they seated us promptly as usual, but the section we were seated, our server was lazy! There was paper, food and garbage all over the floor, our table had spots of dried sauce all over. He only came by once to see if we needed drink refills and we sat there 10 minutes while he sat on his rear end before we were able to pay. Now for the food...it was either lukewarm or cold...nothing was hot...and if you walked toward the restroom area...the whole back end of the restroom reeked of sewage, which my husband told me, when he went to the restroom after we ate, during our ride home (45 miles) we started getting sick. read more

I have been eating here once or twice per month with a friend of mine for about 10 years. It's pretty consistent. Plenty of food on the buffet, plates & silverware need to be checked to make sure they're clean before using. Today was different. There is one waiter that has 'served' us for about the last six months. He is rude, I don't know why. Today he went out of his way to be rude. He would not bring us water, we had to get it ourselves. He would not bring us silverware, we had to get that ourselves. He would not remove dirty dishes from out table, we had to bus our own table. Needless to say, he didn't get a tip this time. I've been here a couple of times. It's basically your typical Asian Buffet. But they have a Mongolian Grill also. That makes it better. I was introduced to one near Forth Worth. and love it. You pick out what you want them to cook and they cook it while you wait or pile on some food on your plate from the buffet. This place is very clean. The workers keep going out to buffet area and checking on items. Checking from cleanliness to if they need more. The staff is also very attentive at the table. They kept checking if I was ok and taking my plates. I ate so much good food every time I was there. If you use the Mongolian Grill area tip the guy. A nice set up of the fried food in one side and alot of fruit and sweets in another. But a big selection to pick from. It was my first time. I tried most of the seafood ones since its my favorite despite warnings not to eat seafood off a buffet. Some dishes were better than others, all about panda express quality. We decided to try this place after their remodel. There was a 15 minute wait on a Saturday night which is not too bad. The inside looked fresh and bright. The tables were fairly close together and it felt like a rushed atmosphere. It was definitely not relaxed. The waitresses were literally running from table to table. Perhaps they could have had more waitresses as they looked way too busy. The dining area was loud and the TVs were not even on. There was trash and food on the floors. It was very messy. The buffet looked ok at first glance. More seafood than I expected: oysters, peel and eat shrimp, tiny crabs and octopus, crawfish, fried shrimp and fish. The fried shrimp was the best thing I ate for dinner. There was also a sushi area with about half a dozen types of cheap sushi. The wasabi looked like an off green, so I didn't try that. The buffet had an over cooked roast beef and frozen style pizza. The salad bar was tiny. There was a Mongolian grill. One customer got some raw chicken off the line and took it back to his table. Typical buffet style Chinese restaurant. Selection is good and usually fresh. I do very much like that you can see the Sushi Chef making the rolls right in front of you.
