Being from Hawaii with Asian restaurants everywhere, I have a certain level of expectation walking into an establishment regardless of where it's located. I am going to CONFIRM EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that talked about the broth. LEGIT and can hold it's own in Hawaii or CA in my opinion. We also ate the Shaken beef with fried rice and tried the crispy omelette on the menu. I love Thai omelettes and most restaurants do not have this particular entree on the menu. Thai omelettes are more of an airy, fluffier consistency. Thus one was crunchy /crispy and was flavorful. For dessert we tried the Vietnamese flan. Not your typical idea of a "flan" , this was lighter pudding over ice. It had a very light coffee flavor taste to it. This is a keeper.

The banh mi had no flavors resembling a real banh mi. It didn't taste bad just not like a banh mi. It could also use a lot more filling especially vegetables. The meat amount was decent but the vegetables were severely lacking. The vermicelli bowl was the opposite situation as the banh mi; the flavors were more authentic but it was not very tasty. The vermicelli bowl tasted very watered down, like someone actually poured a bunch of water over the bowl after cooking it, even with the sauce on the side. Unfortunately, even though there are not many pho restaurants in Midland/Odessa and I want to be fair, this place needs to step their game up.

No pressure vibe, calm and inviting. The pho, while not the most aromatic broth I've had, was good and still curbed my craving. The dumplings were super good and the winner for me was the lemongrass beef sandwich. The flavors, whoa! The lady was all by herself, fast still and efficient and super sweet! First of all, about 20 of us walked in at once and they handled the crowd beautifully. You order at the counter and our food was out within minutes. The PHO with brisket was delicious and everyone liked their tea drinks (though one person found the Boba chewy even though the tea was delicious). The pineapple green tea was a hit! About half the group got cold noodle dishes and half Pho. Kids and adults were happy and the staff couldn't have been better! We had several people in the group who found this a very authentic Pho experience. What a great find! I will be back for more milk tea soon!

The computer you're supposed to order with was not working. I had to order with the little girl at…read morethe counter. I asked her if they had the little Boba balls. She said they did.. I ordered my drink and sat down to wait. I took a sip of my drink and it did not taste so good. But it was what I ordered. I took another sip of my drink and realized there were no bow bow balls in it. When I set my cup down, I realized how nasty and sticky it was. I had to clean my hands before I could get back in my car. Never again. Looks like I'll be learning how to make Boba tea at home.
