I am in love with this place. You can tell everything is handmade. It is wonderful. The price is not bad either. The quantity and the quality of food is massive here. This is my second time visiting and it was absolutely wonderful. Ramen has a perfect broth and the noodles are made fresh right in front of you. The sauces are amazing. The service is the only thing I would say is iffy. But I will forever come here it's one of my favorites I love both ramens. The beef dumplings are better than pork IMO. Cucumbers are a must always. Quite possibly the best food I've had in the midland/odessa area. Fresh and just beyond good. The reviews didn't lie. First time coming in and we ordered a bit of everything. Green onion pancake, the beef pastry roll (to die for) spicy pickled cucumbers, the green onion pork bao buns and that beef rib soup with fresh hand pulled noodles. 4/8/23 This place was packed on a Saturday at 5 pm. Take out orders we're non-stop. The baos were delicious. The noodles are made right there in front of you. It can't get any fresher than that. Youpo Noodle- loved the wide noodles. You can add spice as they have it on the table. I would've like to have added sesame oil too. We all agreed the noodles were the star. There is a sweet lady who makes their Bao by hand, which was the first tell tale sign this would be no ordinary Chinese food. Next we saw a gentleman hand-pulling the noodles. We were hooked then. Started with pans fried Bao (5 pieces) filled with pork. You have the option to select beef instead. I'd give these a 4/5. For my main I had the Wide Noodles with Cumin; this came out in a very generous portion and smothered is a savory and sweet brown sauce. I couldn't really taste cumin, but overall the flavor reminded me of BBQ sauce. Chinese Noodles with a Texas twist! Teasing aside, I really enjoyed the meal. This is in a plaza and easy to get parking. We were sat right away and quickly served. It's an open kitchen concept so cool to see everyone working hard - making the noodles. The first time I had the spicy beef noodle soup and it was good and filling. Tasted like a hearty home cooked meal. I asked my server if it was spicy and she said it wasn't, and upon trying it, I agreed. Very light heat. Server also refilled my partners drink and offered a togo cup for his drink at the end, which I thought was awesome! I came back a second time because my partner was craving their youpo noodles again. I had the beef pan fried bun and so far that is my favorite item I've tried. The filling is a beef meatball and isn't dry. The seasame soy vinegar ? dressing they have pairs perfectly with the bun. I also ordered the youpo noodles like my partner; however, this time was MUCH spicier than the first time I sampled it. My partners bowl was also much spicier than mine, and he could only take a few bites. The noodle texture and beef was nice, but we found the seasoning too spicy this time. The menus are kinda weird, one guy said they look like a children's coloring book, lol. Not a vegetarian friendly restaurant. We were really disappointed the dim sum choices were ALL meat.... Not one veggie dumpling or shrimp potsticker. I've never been to a dim sum place that didn't offer at least one veggie filled or shrimp filled option. My boyfriend got pan fried noodles with shrimp and veggies (he found a piece of chicken in it though), and I got the spicy wontons and just took the meat out of them and ate the wonton wrappers.
