Man this place right here!! I've seen reviews where people say they have to wait for seating or the staff is rude. We went on a Friday so yes they were a little busy cause they only had 2 waitresses but we weren't in any rush.. The inside has many TVs for your viewing pleasure. Our waitress explained the food options and how they came. I drank a Lucky Buddha Asian style lager.. very tasty.. I had the dry pot with beef.. very delicious and very spicy.. I would recommend eating with steamed rice to combat the spicy.. read more

I seen this place had great reviews so I decided to try it... the first time I didn't like it service was bad got ignored then thought it was a one time thing maybe they had a bad day I went again today and it was the same thing and food is not worth it! They basically gave me noodle water and put chili oil in it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

Great place ... at first I was taken back because it is in a shopping strip not really with anything popular. It smells great at first steps inside and service was great. The food was delicious and would definitely return. read more

Nice ramen spot with hand made noodles on Odessa. Plenty of seating and good recommendations from the nice server. The jalapeño poppers were worth the added calories. Got the ramen spicy with an extra egg but the nightlight was def the hand pulled noodles. Got to watch them do it while I was seated. read more

The atmosphere is very welcoming with music playing and a line to wait to be seated. When I arrived it was around lunch time but I highly recommend the golden beef noodle ramen. It was super duper tasty and this place serves plenty of appetizers and drinks. With a wide range of options. 10/5 definitely recommended!! read more

Stopped here after a 20 hour drive because the pictures looked good. Should have known better after seeing vomit in the front parking space. We ordered Shrimp Shumai Steamed dumplings Dan Dan noodles Black Tonkotsu Ramen The shumai and dumplings are definitely the microwaved frozen kind from the store. On top of that my boyfriend said he had to pick a blonde hair out of his mouth after eating the last one. Disgusting. The Dan Dan noodles had 0 flavor and we needed to put a ton of soy sauce and the chili oil in it to taste anything. Tonkatsu Black Ramen broth was okay but the noodles were tasteless and the Chashu pork was thin and dry (how can a meat that is 50% fat be dry??). On the bright side the Ramen egg was pretty good, and the server was very nice. The table Chili oil on the table was watered down to save money and there were fruit flies harassing us during the meal. We would never return here unless significant changes are made. read more

The food is amazing authentic. First time eating at Fun Noodle Bar and I am highly satisfied. The food was freshly made.

Place needs a deep cleaning because door is dirty when you walk in, seating needs to reupholstered. But the food is very good here. I visit every time when in town and today the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious, best ramen I've had in Odessa. Prices are fair and service is also good. read more

Very nice restaurant. Had the miso soup and sweet and sour chicken. Very crispy and not breaded heavily. Miso soup was so flavorful. Will be coming here more often as this was our first visit. Service was very great and staff super sweet! read more

A chilly day deserves a trip to the Noodle Bar! Visited during the lunch hour within a holiday week so the place had no wait. You arrive upfront and come in to wait to be seated! I was quickly seated and our waitress was quick to attend us. I ordered my Pepsi as this place serves Pepsi products. For the appetizer, I ordered the Spicy Wontons recommendation from my nephew which was not spicy at all was very packed with flavor and had pork wrapped inside what seemed like a filled dumpling! Now for the entree, I ordered the Tonkatsu regular non spicy ramen, so quick tip this place is makes their very own noodles so the ramen I had high hopes for. The ramen was soft and flavorful noodles, comes with pork cheek, would've preferred beef personally, some corn and green onion with fish patty which was tasteless. Overall has a local style ramen bar with a unique ambiance! I recommend you give this place a try if you're hankering other than the ordinary in Odessa! read more

we come here often and usually tip, i doubt everyone tips every single time they go out. but we didn't tip the last time we came here because service was bad. came back today and their service is lacking. they were talking about us in their language, we had a translator! we asked for a check they just throw it on the table. now our server is just cleaning tables as we are waiting for her to charge the card. these 2 girls are the big young one with glasses and the old lady! fyi we've been waiting 40 minutes to pay and there's only one other table! read more

Where to start! The food is amazing. I usually get any number of their noodle dishes but I especially love the black tonkotsu ramen. The service is usually pretty quick, but it is a popular spot so expect a slight wait when they are busy/ understaffed. I also love the look of the place and the fact that you can see them making the noodles in house! Also a tip for anyone who doesn't know: if you take home any ramen, the more it sits in the broth, the better the dish tastes! So let it sit in your fridge for a day or at least over night for an even better flavor experience! read more

They're always so great! They never disappoint the food and service is always so amazing. Those girls work hard! We always love coming here

I love their noodles here! They make them homemade in the front and you can watch. Food and service was good today but I would have liked more flavor and broth in the soup. read more

I got there 30 minutes before closing and the staff treated me very well and with a smile! I placed my order for carry out and it came out in under 10 minutes! Also there wasn't many people seated so there's that. On the ramen side the flavor was strong, however it lacked a little bit of seasoning in my opinion. There was enough food to make me full and even had leftovers. The place was decorated in a very luxurious manner bottles on the windows and good dim lighting. This gives a very nice date kind of place vibe. Overall food was great service was nice and the atmosphere was cool! read more

I ordered through DoorDash and ordered two items, the pan fried rice and Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen. Both were OK. The Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen had a very fishy taste... it arrived with the broth separate to pour over the noodles, so that was great! I've never had Ramen before, so I wasn't expecting the broth to be so fishy tasting, but the spice level was good and I enjoyed the ingredients, just didn't eat the broth. The pan fried rice was also good. It included shrimp, pork, chicken, and eggs as well as veggies. Next time I will try the pot stickers and egg rolls! read more

This place was just okay. Our tables tried several different things and I wasn't a fan of any of it. I usually love pho but all of the broths were lacking. I was pretty disappointed. The service was not the best and it wasn't very vibe-y or clean in there. I'm honestly giving a 3 star because I'm too nice to give anything lower... lol read more

Much nicer inside that it looks from the outside. Inside the restaurant is very nicely decorated, and very clean. Watching them make the fresh noodles from the raw dough was a really cool experience. We had the fried cut noodles which were really tasty, and the Fried Bao which was amazing. I had never tried the Bao before and was very impressed. read more

Very nice place! Inside was very spacious. During this special time, this place is closely follow their covid protocol. People are siting far apart from each other. All their noodle is handmade. And all the noodle you can thing of you can probably find in here. I love their spicy tonkotsu ramen, the broth was very flavorful. However, the spicy beef noodle soup was bland, I had to ask for soy sauce and salt. If I ever come to Odessa again, I will come back to this place read more

Stopped by on my way through Texas. I don't think I've met a friendlier staff. Server and hostess were cheerful and welcoming. Egg rolls were standard but good and came with a tasty sauce. The spicy baby cucumber appetizer was my favorite- it's baby cucmbers in a savory marinade; light yet satisfying. For the main dish, we had the chicken and shrimp fried rice and the wonton soup. Both were standard, but we enjoyed them. The server brought out some dumpling sauce that complimented the wonton soup very well. Original artworks throughout the restaurant were a fun touch! In all, it was a great spot and didn't disappoint. read more
