This place serves delicious Viet cuisine! Came on a quiet Saturday afternoon, the dishes came out pretty quickly, they were presented nicely, tasted fresh and well seasoned. Our waitress was cute and super friendly. The interior is clean and nicely decorated!

Took my parents to checkout a new Vietnamese spot for lunch today! I was coming from work, so told my parents to order ahead. Definitely do the large spring rolls, and dad ordered the beef stew with french baguette. Dad thought the stew beef wasnt tender enough but I thought it was fine, the broth was rich and beefy! The rolls were delicious! Large came with 4 rolls cut in 2. When I arrived I noticed they had banh Xeo so I knew I had to get it! It was almost 1pm but wasn't busy on a Thursday! The banh xeo came not long after we half finished the spring rolls! Apparently it didn't come with rice paper, I asked and they said they can give us some. I've always had banh xeo which is like a Vietnamese crispy egg crepe pancake with bean sprouts, sliced pork and shrimp inside. Everything tasted delicious! For the month of May, if you come Tuesday & Thursday 11-5pm it's happy hour with 20% off! With 3 items tax and tips and the 20% off came to $50!

Came here for late lunch on a weekend and were able to get seats no problem. Ambiance was pretty nice and the teapots they use are cute. We finished the tea and didn't get any refill though, would have been nice to have more tea. Tried the soft shell crab noodle soup. The soft shell crab came on the side which was nice and seemed to have been fried with some sort of egg yolk? My kid liked munching on the fried crab legs. The soup itself was reddish but not that spicy. The noodles are the skinny ones. The bean sprouts and mint were very fresh. If you pay cash it's 10% off. And parking was plentiful.

Lovely new spot, beautiful decor, good food at good prices. Bonus: I really appreciated the little coat hangers by each booth edge, especially now that it's cold and wet, we all have a big coat. I got the Bun Rieu Cua with the soft shell crab, very tasty, I could actually taste the crab compared to other places with pretty bland flavour. The bowl also had 3 large pieces of pork blood. I would have personally preferred less of the pork blood and more noodles, but to each their own. Flavour was good with a hint of spice. The grilled beef is actually short ribs, they cut out each bone portion separately. Soft and flavourful. The house special pho was also good. Staff were friendly.

Comfortable and spacious atmosphere. The stone pot pho came with a lot of beef and meats. The beef rib was tender and fell off the bone. We also order the rice with beef short rib and the short ribs were delicious and juicy. Overall the food was excellent and the service was friendly despite it being near closing time. Pricing was reasonable for each dish.

This small shop located in Leslieville serves up some great sandwiches in a space that is primarily take out only (although there are a few bar/counter spots if you'd like to eat there. They are also open daily from 11am to 9pm. Menu wise, there are 9-10 kinds of sandwiches to choose from. They are all served on a sesame kaiser roll and cut in half. You're also able to add on ingredients on top of the already selected ones in the sandwiches. Each of Lambo's Deli locations also have a special sandwich, where this time when I went, it was the crispy chicken club. They also have soft serve as well (rotating flavours!). I stopped by Lambo's Deli on a Monday morning before the lunch rush and opted to grab: - Italian trio sandwich (soppressata, mortadella, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, picked red onion, arugula, pesto, Calabrian chili spread) - $18 - Soft serve (flavour was hojicha) -$5 Service was friendly and I received my soft serve while waiting for my sandwich to be prepared. It took about 5 min and it was nicely packed. Staff were great and handed me a handful of napkins as well. I ate my sandwich an hour later and before opening the packaging, the sandwich was pretty heavy! Looking at a cross section of the sandwich, it was packed with ingredients! The Italian Trio sandwich was delicious. The roasted red peppers, pickled red onion, arugula, and Calabrian chili spread added freshness to the sandwich which didn't make it feel so heavy with all the deli meats inside as well as the mozzarella cheese. The sandwiches are big and I could only finish half for lunch. Overall, a delicious sandwich shop in Leslieville. Lambo's Deli definitely packs a lot of ingredients in their sandwiches which make for a tasty meal. Be warned, the sandwiches are huge! Also...don't miss out on their soft serve too!

The New Orleans Egg Benedict had a nice caviar topping and was served with a generous portion of seasonal fruits. The waffle was delicious and fresh, served with fruits. The burger was one of the best burgers I've had. The beef patty was juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant has a cozy vibe. Everything here is made fresh and you can easily tell they're using high quality ingredients. The place is small but cozy with an open concept kitchen. It gets busy regardless of what time you come, so be prepared to wait. The food was absolutely incredible, making the wait perfectly worthwhile. I was excited to try their panuozzo since this is what I mostly ate when we went to Italy. Crudo's Mortadella Panuozzo rival those panuozzo we tried in Italy. We ordered the Mortadella panuozzo and A'Patata and Americana pizza to try. I really love and enjoyed the panuozzo! The combination of the crusty bread, savoury mortadella with the sweet, nutty creaminess of the pistachio paste and richness of the stracciatella translates beautifully into a perfect, gourmet and comforting sandwich. It will transport you straight to Rome. The potato pizza is one of the most surprisingly delicious pizzas you'll ever try. You can tell they're using top quality ingredients judging by how the pizza was fresh and flavourful. The crispy crust topped with creamy mozzarella (fior di latte) and chunks of soft roasted potatoes perfectly complements the salty and savoury ham (prosciutto cotto). And to cap off a great meal, we ordered the Cafe Cream using Kimbo coffee. This dessert is rich and velvety - the perfect sweet finish to a rich meal. I highly recommend this place to any food enthusiast.
